Also has fairly good grafics and much better plays than any other game i have payed. The sound of the crowds the reffes

| This is one of the best collage football games out there!!!!! | | Josh Hibbert from Sharpsburg, GA 30277 says (24/Apr/2003): | I just got this game in a pack that also included NCAA foot ball 2003. And ive got to say this is even a little better than 2003.
First of, the gameplay is awsome. All kinds of moves you can do.The AI is also pretty good. Not stupid like in the 989 sports game. The graphics are awsome, some of the best iv'e seen. They were so good that they barley needed to improve them in 2003. A little note, if your looking for collage sports games that have great graphics, DO NOT BUY ANY 989 SPORTS GAMES WHATSOEVER. The sound is great, because they have all the schools fight songs. You will also hear the crowd shout for the home team,
for example if you are the bulldogs you will hear the crowd chant Go Dogs Sick'um, woof woof woof. The comentary is awsome w/ the ESPN crew of Brad Nessler, Lee Corso, and Kirk Herbstreet.(this is continued throughout the franchise). If you want a great college football game you should definitely get NCAA Football 2002, or 2003.
| HARDKNOCK FOOTBALL! | | D Johnson from The Colony, Texas USA says (25/Mar/2002): | NCAA Football 2002 is the bomb. Since I got this game, college football simulation to me hasnt been the same. Over 120 division I-A and I-AA teams and invitation to bowl games. Includes Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, and Brad Nessler from ESPN. Unlike Madden, the commentators dont repeat themselves a million times over. Great graphics, realistic movements and graphics, awesome eam pageantry. I recommend this awesome game to any college ball Junkie. I love the way the game flows. Youll want to play it all the time. You can even pump up the crowd. Rock on to the ROSE BOWL
| Hardcore Road to the Rose Bowl | | D Johnson from The Colony, Texas, USA says (22/Mar/2002): | This is the greatest NCAA Football game available. Real coverage with awesome realistic movements and graphics. Heisman Trophy Winning Opportunities, invitation to various bowl games more than a 120 NCAA football Teams. Expert commentary by Kirk Herbstreit and other ESPN commentators. This is the best college football game and every football fan should have one! Rock on with NCAA FOOTBALL 2002.
| Coolest Football Game Ever!!! | | Jeff Boyce from Davis, California, United States says (31/Jan/2002): | This game rocks!!! My brother and I got this game, and we love it. I also own Madden, but Madden isn't even in the catergory of coolest games unlike NCAA. The graphics are awesome. They are clear and crisp, and have great attention to detail. The gameplay is excellent, you have complete control. It is faster, and not as sluggish as Madden too.The sound is amazing. The announcing is amazing. They have what seems like millions of phrases to say. It is really fun to listen to. The players also are chatter boxes. I love everything about this game, but my favarite is how the players hit the people on the sidelines. Speaking of the sidelines, they are very detailed. They move and talk and run in too each other. It is quite funny actually. I would suggest this game to anyone who likes action packed, funny, amazing football games. I have just sat and played this game for hours against my brother. The computer is also a fun challenge, although I have not beat it yet. I gaurentee you will love this game! It is the best football game in the world!! I think you should buy this game.
| the best and most realistic football game around! | | will b. from Davis, California says (27/Jan/2002): | I own Madden 2002 and I love it. But since I got NCAA 2002 for Christmas, I havn't even touched Madden. Here's why- NCAA 2002 has awesome commentary that doesn't repeat often, while John Madden has no announcing talent, and it shows up in his games. He seems like he repeats himself every few seconds. Unlike Madden, in NCAA the commentary almost never repeats, and is a lot of fun to listen too. Next, the gameplay in NCAA is like Madden, but faster, and much more responsive. It doesn't have that slow heavy feel to it. The running plays are much better too. It really makes you feel like your actually running through the line for a good gain of yards. It's not easy, but it's not hard either. The passing in NCAA is spectaculer too. It's has a much better feel than in Madden. It looks like you really catch the ball. You use pretty much all of the buttons on the controller when you play- on offense, and defense too. The graphics are incredible, and I personally prefer them over Madden. The player faces look pretty much the same though. The animation and celebrations are perfectly done, and the camera angle is just right. I love running out of bounds just to knock over a coach, or anyone else on the sidelines. The sideline animation is also perfect, and the coach's can be seen reacting to plays. It is really funny to see them get mad. The crowd looks good too, they are still 2D, but nothing to bad. You can even see the marching bands playings songs after good plays, and throughout the game. To summerize it all, the player models rock, the celebrations are great, awesome sideline activity, and did I mention good replays? Madden is a great football game, but in truth, I think that NCAA 2002 is the best and most realistic football game around. Go pick it up!
