The controls are horrific. What was the point of making a joystick if your not going to use it? I was somewhat disappointed with the gameplay. enemy's are somewhat easy to defeat. I wasn't sure about the storyline. since when did Samuri fight demons? I was hoping for more of a man on man fighting game. The story line is kinda hard to follow. they never explain what this whole kidnapping thing is all about. I don't think I will by #2. just because I can't stand the first one

Fantastic details. Engaging story. Though some of the puzzles is indeed puzzling, you'll be wondering if the brain cells still work. Magic swords, shining stones and mirrors. But the controls were abit hard... why not using the stick? Tricky and a bit difficult in certain areas. But check out the moves - COOL! Get this game.

wow when i got this game i thought it would be just another demon fighting game but i was wrong.. this game has everything from lighting gems to fire swords. i love how u enhance ur weapons or gems to make them better but i have come to a spot where the game has gotten quite hard... in the keep on the second floor the damn fast demons kill me evry time if any1 has any tips that i might use plz e-mail me.
i enjoyed this game and am going for the sequel as soon as i beat this one:)

A classic PS2 game. As Samanosuke a famous samauri (you'll find out) returns to save Princess Yuki. Yuki had written in al etter for fear of "demons" terrorizing the castle. As Samanosuke arrives small bands of men fight off seemingly endless demons. I'll leave you with that, I don't want to give away the excellent story.

Onimusha rules because of all of the levels and there are so many cool weapons to use and onimusha is the king in this game and you defeat bad guys and it is only $24.99 at target and in fubary
im getting Onimusha 2.
