Stick With the PC Version |

Ah, yet another game that was ripped from the PC and forced into the tiny world of PS2. I was saddened to see that the PS2 controller has met another game it cannot accomodate.
Keep in mind that Unreal Tourny is SUPERB when played on the PC platform at was originally intended. The PS2 version makes me feel like a little kid trying to play a complicated adult game. Or something. I felt constricted trying to control and shoot with the silly little D-Pad or the ridiculous analog stick.
Nothing compares to a mouse and a keyboard for accuracy and flexibility. Otherwise, it is the same game as the PC version, with minor differences.
My video card is infinitely more advanced than the PS2's graphics platform, so it stands to reason that the PC's delivery of this game would probably be varibale compared to the static nature of PS2 visuals.
Just leave it alone, I am giving it a 9 for the PC but a *1* for the PS2 because it is a joke to control with the silly PS2 controller.
Blah.

i think its amazing and the best part is defending the fortress. my favourite weapon is the chainsaw as you can just run around permanantly with it on doing a killing spree.

when i played this game on pc, it lagged but when i got it it was like a dream!!! The PS2 ZIPPED right through the levels of non-stop action. Thats why i rate this game to a high 100

This game is great Because you can blow Opponents head off whit a sniper riffel ore yust blast them in to oblivion whit a rocket but dont forget that they also shot back on you so it is not only a game of killing but also a game of surviving in a hell of a battel field you start only whit a gun whit 30 bullets and a mineing hammer for close combat(this is not recomendabel) but in the batel field you can find Evry thing from a ripper(A weapon thats shots Blades of steels to cut enemys head) To a remote Mini Nucler Rocket Launcher There are 4 Combat Modes Deathmaths ,Domination ,Capture The Flag And Assult each Mode will Need diffrent types of tacktik if you wiss to win.The best part is still Multi Player were you battel aginst your friends about the titel The best Unreal Player of them all:
