My Summary | | Orphen from USA says (12/Aug/2003): | I got Orphen simply beacsue it was a role-play ganme. The title had something to do with magic, so naturally, I bought it.
I took it home and began playing, and I absolutely loved it. The Graphics are good, There is a helpful map, and I love the characters.
Sephy: Sephy is usually the first storyline you go through. She is a dancer looking for her dead fiance, only he's not dead. She has some really good attacks, but her voice is too -high-pitched for my comfort.
Zeus: Zeus is usually the second person played. He is quite annoying, and his attacks suck. The only cool things are his FMVs. The actual plot of his storyline isn't that bad, either.
Mar: Usually the third and last storyline played. He is about ten years old, and he s looking for his mother on the island. I used to hate this one, but I figured out how to get past the part where you have to guide the old lady through the caves. I was using my flute instead of the Smelly Bags. Don't do that. You feel sad beacsue he dies at the end.
Overall, this is one of the best games I have ever played.
| I love this game | | matty b from barford, Ehgland says (14/Jul/2002): | I got this game for £15 thinking it would be like Final Fantasy X but it's completely different because instead of traveling a world infested with towns and people you spend all your time on an island. What you basicly do is move from room to room, fight the ecational boss and move on. The battles are realy good because you fight big monsters and can summon monsters to abit like Final Fantasy 10.
graphics: The graphics are quite good. All the characters look brillient but the backgrounds are abit dull 8/10
Sound: The characters voices get really anoying after a while. 7/10
overall: this is a really good game which most people will injoy
