Best GTA game yet!!!!! |

The first GTA games in bird's eye view were good but compared to this they look as bad as London Racer. GTA III is brilliant, there is so much to do, in so little time. There are loads of cars, loads of missions, loads of fun times to be had. But, frequent graphical glitches let the game down. But that ain't important. This is also better than the latest GTA game, GTA Vice city. See the Vice city page for my review of that too. This is a truly exceptional game which every gamer on this planet who own's a PS2 should own. It's quite cheap now too!!!

well i may have beaten this alot! but it kicks BUTT! bullet proof car blowing up whirrlys but VC is betta anyway the ghost town is marvelous the two springs with DL and KNJ (short names dont wanna ruin it) flying the dodo is fun but you crash but it sucks you almost never get out of a town once you beat it and go back to get your butt handed to you! but your charecta neva talks .... save up 20.00 bucks and go buy this for your play station two

This game rocks people say that they get sick of it because there are so many missions. I think because it has a lot of missions it makes it a good game. It's better when a game is challenging. I also think a lot of missions are good because they make the game exciting. It's exciting to see what kind of a mission you will have next. If you just went around killing people and did nothing else after a while you would get bored. The game does have a lot of violence to it but that's what the people like. If theres no other way to entertain them other than killing cops,doing violent whack jobs for the mafia, having sex with prostitutes, and killing prostitutes then just keep the violence going.

the Worlds greatest game, rockstar is a genius to have come up with this. I never really played the first or second GTA's. Until I was at my friends and played vice, i got hooked in a snap then played GTA3, It was the greatest. This game deserves 10 stars.

i'm lovin this game. you get to drive fast cars, hit people with the car(or truck, or hummer, and best of all you get to pick people off with the drive by option this is just soooooooo cool and thats not even all you can do in this game you can also maneuver outside of the vehicle(and kill people), but watch out for the freakin police, although not as smart as vice city's cops, they can still be a real pain in the ass. the cops always show up at the wrong time !! always!! they are stupid, but NEVER under estimate them

this is the best game out there i played it at my friends house and then im gettng one in like then next couple of weeks and im gonna be so happy cause this game is the BEST. the graphics are best, awesome cars the police are stupid that makes the game funny and this is the best i reccomend this game to anyone who likes killing people and high speed persuit with the piolice and if u like doing stunts.PLAY THIS GAME BUY IT OR RENT IT FROM BLOCK BUSTER U WILL BE LIVING IN HEAVEN BELIVE ME AND ALL THE OTHER REWIEWS.

This isn't as good as GTA:VC. But nothing is as good as the series to it, I guess. I like the way that you can do things like get on the cops nerves and everything, but I like it better on GTA:VC where, it is not just a game that you have missions. You can just do normal things like take a persons money and go by a gun with it. Ofcourse, Grand Theft Auto VC does have missions but when I got on it to play it, it was just going around hitting people. WEll I think I said more about grand theft auto vc then grand theft auto three because it is not a great game.

Grand theft auto MUST be one of the best ever game on the globe, for starters it has excellent graphics, they are really, really realistic.
There are funny things in Grand Theft auto, like some of the characters,for example the old grandma walking the streets carrying the shopping, and have you seen her in a Mannana, she can barely look out of the window!.
Its heaps better than Driver2, which I previously owned, the graphics and cars were absoloutely rubbish, But Grand Theft Auto 3 was a whole new thing, you can handbreak turn cars round corners which you would probably get stopped for in real life, thats the other good thing About Grand theft auto 3 you can do things which are practically impossible in real life.
The missions have had great thought put into them, and Sayanora Salvator has a funny joke!,i like the missions on the basis that every mission is linked with each other, and that your almost working for somebody different every mission
But don't rush through this game, take your time an it could last you a very long time, have fun with the game explore every island, you might find more islands with the Seaplane, but i'm not going to tell you how HA HA HA!
I think that Grand Theft Auto is miles better than Vice city, in the fact that its in the present time not past.Except that you can buy places and get money out of them.
out of a scale of ten on fun of the game I would give the game 12!!!

Well, I absolutely loved this game. I think that it is such and amazing game that no one can get rid of. This game is so realistic. It has the best missions ever, best characters, setting, vehicles, and everything. It's such a COOL game. I mean, Once my sisters boyfriend rented it from Blockbuster I tried it and then got hooked on it. I just could not put the controler down. Then after a day, we had to take it back, and guess what? I was so upset, I just had to buy it. So my dad bought it from a game store and from then on I played it every single day. I beat the game in 3 days after playing it for hours. This game is the most best game in the whole wide world in my opinion. Maybe in others it's the worst, but in my opinion I think that it is awesome. Thank You Rockstar Games for making this game. It really gave me something to do. I only have two Grand Theft Autos, GTA Vice City and GTA 3, and I love both of them! PEOPLE let me give you some ADVICE. Play this game and your boredness will end forever.

I havent played this game in ages (GTA3) but got sick acouple of days ago, so for the last few days i have been playin it flat stick again... I had 4gotten how good it was ;) The gameplay are excellent, as 2 the graphics. I wish it where that easy to steal cars and make fast cash in real life!!! HeHe
But the only thing i dont like in the game are the cops... they are too soft. You can gun it past them, run over ppl and they dont do anything... But the minute u run into there car they are all over you. HeHE ohh well what can ya do.

I gave this 8 stars. Why? Because 9 and 10 indicate perfection, and while this game was beautifully done, it isn't perfect. But it's damn close, that's for sure... The graphincs, damage effects, sound, weapons, etc. of this game are incredible, and the gameplay is great as well. The storyline is fairly good, though I kind of shun it simply because I'm more of the type of person who goes on rampages, hitting cars and hapless pedestrians to see how many stars I can get without getting wasted or busted. For my style of play, I say screw the fast cars and give me a military flatbead truck. Or a tour bus... ;-) It's quite amusing watching as your tour bus smashes through blockade after blockade without changing course or even slowing that much...

GTA3 is the best game ever made. I played Vice City before GTA3, and VIce City just doesn't compare. The only things Vice City has better are the graphics and the fact that you can jump out of the car while driving. Other than that GTA3 is way better. Game of the friggin Century, Man.

I think this game is ok I havenot finish it yet but I'm on my way, I played Vice City before so i Think that it is better than GTA 3. But the only thing I love about it is the graphics and that I bought it for only $20.00 .

When people say that tv desnsitizes young people to violance and then they play GTA 3 the huge hypocrites .This is the kind of game that has a bad outlook on the world you dont go killing people and prostitutes its not the way to give entertainment.

This game is so sweet! the missions are fun and sometimes sorta hard, but that makes the game fun. I love this game a lot and especially like the weapons, cars and the funny things people say on the street, like, " my mother's my sister." This game is a really creative game and also very FUN. The cars are sweet especially the infernus, cheetah, and banshee.

this game is the 2nd best game anyone could ever make. vice city is the bomb! GTA 3 has some better stuff then vice city though. vice city doesnt have mafias. GTA 3, has mafias all around. If you kill just one, they will be chaseing you in either a vheicle, or on the streets trying to shoot you. And vice city has gay clothes. If you don't have neither one of these games, THEN YOU ARE WASTING YOUR LIFE! THESE GAMES ARE THE BEST ANY ONE COULD EVER BYE! the graphics are ausome, the people are ausome, and the whole game looks realistic! But you should always look out for triods in Portland. If you just see one, don't even bother to even punch him, or else all of them will be chasing you with either a bat or a gun. Lets hope its a bat, or else you will be dead before you know it. and if you so much as point a gun at cop, then you already have two stars. But thats the best way you should start out if you wanna get all six stars, which is probably the hardest thing to do. But thats the only way to get a tank unless you use the cheat. But I don't use cheats until I'm finished with the game. otherwise iyt just makes the game too easy. Well, there is just one more thing I have to say. THANKS ROCK STAR, THIS IS THE BEST GAME YOU EVER MADE!!!!!!!!

If you want to get the most out of this game, you should get the Grand Theft Auto 3 Official Strategy Guide. This book has it all- Character descriptions, and a full page on just about every mission including full maps, routes to take, and so much more. I had trouble finding it, but if you do, its definately worth it- some of the missions i couldnt beat without it!! GTA3 is the best PS2 game to come out this year, with a great strategy guide to help you out through the game.

You must buy this game it is extremly advanced for a ps2. The sound, graphics, gameplay are all 10/10. I could play this till I drop! This is a game I would not buy for $100 dollars, I would just wait for it to go platinum. It is better than GTA 2, But not as good a GTA Vice City.

The reason i like this game is because it is N.H.B. (no holds barred). You can kill cops,inocent people,and all the stinkin' gang members you want!!!! This is the only place you can blow up things without getting a real criminal record. the graphics are tight,the weapons are histarical,and the missions are the bomb baby!!! you can literaly take over the city and have all these pezents look up to you (and of course you the main man). the only thing i didnt like about the game is, when the gang members come after you when you just wanna take a drive. But other than that its all gravy baby!!! its deffinatly worth the amount of money you pay for it. thats it and !!!WARNING:THIS GAME IS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!!

GTA3 is one of the best games Rockstar ever made. But the problem is that when you go to the airport in shoreside vale, the big airplanes you can't evrn ride. That was stupid.At least show the guy that your playing go to the airprot and fly to vice city. I give the game a eight because the graphics are cool but just needs work with the realisum. Peace out GTA fans.
