A Great example of a North - South game... |

What do I mean by a North-South game? Basically it's saying that you'll either love it, or hate it. The problem with this game is that the gameplay is not what keeps you playing for hours: it's just what you can do during the game. Half the people who own the game probably have never beat the game, and about 95% of people who own this game has used cheats. The graphics on this game are alright, nothing spectacular. There seems to be a plethera of cars, but after an hour, you realize that there's actually a huge lack of diversity. Plus, everyone uses the Banshee anyway. What I really liked about the game is that the maps become your own neighborhood. The islands are great, but they could be much larger, and could utilize more areas. There are some parts on the maps that I've been on maybe once. Overall, this game is okay. Nothing spectacular, but if you just like destroying things, killing people, and causing trouble, then this game is for you. Either that, or you have some serious low self-esteem problems. By the way, Vice City isn't much better: it only has a real storyline, and Ray Liotta does the voice of the main character. There are better games out there.

At first it didnot know what to do because i bought it 4 $10.00 at GameStop,so i had to figure it out on my own!That totally rocked! see i love taking cars to that machine that picks up the car(which is never mine!) and crushes it. i really love all the radio stations especially Chatterbox (probly cuz i am 1) running over the people and hearing that squishin' noise can really relieve stress!!!! My friend (who's name i will not say 4 internet safety reasons) really loves the "Hooker Trick",becaus when she is done with her she kills her an gets her "moolah" back (all she want is the xtra health on the bar).Hint :Do Not try to get a hooker in a bulky vehicle or a taxi it doesnt work.
i have 3 fav cheats and they r 4 speed up time,change into any1,and speed up time (speed up time iz great when it iz foggy!)
i just think this iz the best game evah! Also: ya know you can stand in front of a police car and press the jump button and "take a ride on the cop`s roof" just becarful about fallin' off forward cuz you can get run over ! OUCH!!!! But my real fav thing about it iz : people ain't got knubs 4 hands!!!! Thanks 4 reading this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game is great as you can rob cars and complete missions. Its not all about robbing cars and killing people though, because you need to do missions to get money and get a decent house.To complete missions you need to go to people's houses on the game like people on the 1st island who are Toni, Luigi, Joey and many more. To complete the missions you need to listen to the people and do what they say. You will get money for completing them. The graphics are great you can see in many different views. The sounds are also great as when you are in a car you can listen to any radio stations. The gameplay is simple the driving is easy and so are most of the missions.You have to complete the missions to progress to other islands but as you progress in the game then the missions will get harder.In the first island it will only be the police who go on you but when you progress on to other islands you get the army on you if you commit crimes. Watch out though because the police have guns and will shoot. Also if you get arrested or killed then you will loose one thousand dollors and all of your weapons.

Grant theft Auto three is the best game i've played in my life. The graphics are amazing in all aspects of the game. At points in the game with the different types of weather it feels like your actually in a really life situation. The sound is also next to none because when in a car you get to choose what type of music you wnat to hear. From rap-talk radio it has it all. Also with real street sounds it just makes it more realistic. Gameplay is fun because you can do the missions or just cruise around and rase some hell. There are three cities and many different cars, boats, and planes. Lifespan is good if you know what your doing and plus with all the tricks and cheats you should last forever. Fun wise it is non stop fun that will last for months maybe even years. What makes game great and a big hit is that it is orginal and not copied of noone. With all the features such as the multiple cities and great looking and sounding cars it is easy to say this is the best game i have ever played. It hasen't missed a beat since the first grand theft auto. Now with all these great features you can bet i'll be the first in line for gta4.

This is the best game i have ever played. I went to a party and the person who was running it had this game for a present, and the first go i had on it, i was hooked!! Then, for an easter present i asked for this instead of eggs, and I made the right choice by far. I have never been off this game apart to sleep and go to school. The games ability to free roam around and do what ever you is what i like most, it has almost no restrictions in what you do! The graphics are superb, if you to a five second glimpse at it, you would think it is a t.v programme. you can have the most fun you have had on any other game beaten by far even if you play on this for five minutes. The realistic sounds and graphics are like no other. The echo in ally way are like real, the sound of rain and weather are real, and even if you shoot some thing to gun shoot sound real. When you get soot the amount of life it takes off is like what it would in real life, and the selection of guns are brilliant. All in all I give this game ten out of ten and recomend it to any one who likes free roaming games and has quite a bit of time.

This game is the best. I cant believe they could come out with such a great game. I dream about it for God sakes. It is action packed wether you have cheats or not. I am now in seventh grade and after school i play non stop till i have to go to bed. This game keeps me having fun, keeps me sane and keeps me from making trouble. If i had to go a long period of time without playing i might do something drastic. I would never kill myself but I would get a little crazy. I love the thrill of all the chaos in Liberty city. Especially when the cops are after you, because you can use special techniques to have them kill themselves. The cheat with the 'wanted level up or down' is really cool cause you can mess with them either way. I also have the game 'crazy Taxi and Test Drive' but they dont come close to GTA3. I want to get 'Vice City' its the next expansion, I cant wait, 'Vice city should come out in late Fall. I hope GTA3 satifies me till then, wait I know it'll satisfie me till then. Maybe theyll make an expansion evry year.

If you have skill then go ahead and play it. Uh, oh yah Graphics are good, lasts a long time, But its not much FUN. Well, I absolutely loved this game. I think that it is such and amazing game that no one can get rid of. This game is so realistic. It has the best missions ever, best characters, setting, vehicles, and everything. It's such a COOL game. I mean, Once my sisters boyfriend rented it from Blockbuster I tried it and then got hooked on it. I just could not put the controler down. Then after a day, we had to take it back, and guess what? I was so upset, I just had to buy it. So my dad bought it from a game store and from then on I played it every single day. I beat the game in 3 days after playing it for hours. This game is the most best game in the whole wide world in my opinion. Maybe in others it's the worst, but in my opinion I think that it is awesome. Thank You Rockstar Games for making this game. It really gave me something to do. I only have two Grand Theft Autos, GTA Vice City and GTA 3, and I love both of them! PEOPLE let me give you some ADVICE. Play this game and your boredness will end forever.

I seriously got this game on Sunday of this week only because my father didn't want me to have it. That was 'til I asked my mother for it and she bought it for me. Since then I have been killing people, stealing cars, and beating the $#< remove me > at ! out of people and I love to get on top of buildings and sniper the lil bitches out and watch them scream and laugh when they go back to check the dead body and they get killed while looking at it. I love to run the stupid asses over in anytime of car. The picking up of hoes part I dislike about it. Show them doing it or don't have him having sex with the girl and not show it. One time while I was suposedly doing a hoe. I decided to see if at all possible I could see a lil bit. When I put the camera in front of the car they were still sitting AWAY from each other and the car was rocking. I have yet to play GTA Vice City. Heard it was just a tad bit better. I can't wait to see the differences myself instead of people telling me. So if there is a game after Vice City.

i have owened gta 111 for soming like six months now when i first bought my ps2 i had midnight club 1 i thought it was da best until i got gta 111 i think gta 3 is great ilove da cars, radio stations, people and what they say, bosses, and just about everything the game has to offer the reason i only gave a 9 out of ten rating was that cops are extremely dumb and that when someone is attacking u if u fight back u get a wanted level or if u accidently nudge their car they come straight after u anyway apart from that it rules i also luv da way the yardies lobo has air ride suspension which i love i am carmad by the way i like the rumpo, banshee, flatbed, patriot and lots more the graphics are excelent my friends and i laugh for hours over some of the hilarious sayings evrything about gta 3 is great. keep up the good work rockstars north ps: i am reading reviews galore on gta vice city and i am begging my parents to get it for me some lovely cars there and lots of cool ideas and weapons.

ive reviewed this game b4 as"hidden girl".in my previous rev.on this game i gave it an 8 but its realy 9.this game is what Driver 2 was ment 2 be with the car physics and the commitment "grand theft auto"(stealing/stolen car(s)).other words this game has full in all Dr2 mistakes.this game is cool how u can blackmail gangsters and mafias by working 4 them then when moved to the next district then the next thing u do is kill him/her the 7 gangs are:Triads(chinease gang),Leone family(italian mafia),Diablos(grafeeti street gang),Yakuza(japanese mafia),Yardies(carribean gang),cartel(colombian mafia) and then finaly the "south side hoods"(rich grafeeti gang) all of thease gangs hane got cars/vans grafeeti powerful enjined stallions,getaway black windowed sentinels,powerful 4x4 cruizers,grafeetied rumpos,fish/laundry lorries then theres the leopard skined seats in the voodoos.any one who is out shooping 4 a game that is £/$19.00 get this OR GTA:vice city CEYALATA YU MAFIAS.

This is the best game i've ever played. This game is in lined with virtaul reality and give us an impact how how the liberty city loooks like and what is the real time environment going on in that city is all shown in this city. The graphics of this game are excellent. I have completed about 63 missions out of 74. One thing i can't find out in this game is that, within portland, in the sea side area there is a big garrage where different car models are to be parked to get the reward, but i have found almost all the cars but, where can i find Mr.Whoope ice cream van to park this car in the garage, please tell me.
I have AMD Athlon XP System, it has speed in Ghz and I find this game best played on my computer. Various states in this liberty city like portland, stuanton iceland and shoreside vale makes the game a best shape. Playing this game makes the person apply the skills and creativeness to pass the missions and go to more advance missions.

Well its pretty good but GTA3 Vs GTAVC Vice city would throw GTA3 in the air and blow it up but in GTA3 you can go on subway and go against triads the triads are cool this game would be a 8/10 but poor GTA3 when vice city came to the block there isnt much to say the games pretty good but Vice City is better dont get me wrong though this game is pretty good but the story mode and all these different weirdos you do missions for is weird and Tommy Vercetti doesnt talk at ALL in the game how lamb is that but I'd say this game deserves a 6/10 from me sorry whoever likes this game but I really thing GTAVC Is a whole lot better Well Its ok I like how you can have the subway and get ran over but there are some glitches like when I killed a cop he came back to life even when I shot his head off well I guess Thats All! This game deserves a 6/10 from me maybe not from you but from me So dont make reviews yelling at ME!

this game was the best roleplaying game i had ever played besides vice city.the reason i loved this game so much is you can kill people with anything (car's, gun's,tanks,)the possibilities are endless and the one thing that amazes me that when your driving a car the stuff u hear on the radio is so funny that when i heard the gay yoga artist talk to lazlow on chatterbox and say the stuff that he said was just amazing what they can put on a video game these day's and to funny for some people to handle but even though vice city was awsome with more options to choose from like motorcycles,miniguns,helicopters,biplanes, grand theft auto 3 was and will allway's be a classic of all video games but the thing that baffles me is why didn't they make the missions a tad bit easier and input some more movement's for tommy vercetti to use life new hand to hand combat but like i said rockstar games rocks!

Lemme tell you, i've played alot of games. There are good ones and bad ones, GTA 3 is somewhere in the middle. Many things could have made this game much more enjoyable. A few more cars (that actully go over 50 Mph and are useful) would help. Some different guns (a secret lazer would be nice),also.Theres not enough happening to be interesting. People want action, guns blazing, and some better AI in a game. We would be in some serious trouble in the real world if our cops were like the ones in this game. Ohh, one more thing, what happened to the place where a dangerous person could mount some firepower on the front of his/her car, along with the oil slicks and carbomb you could get any time you want. Heres the final opinion. Although the game beats most others, theres still one thats a heck of alot better, GTA Vice City. Grab it and you get the same thing as GTA 3 plus more.

this is the best game i give it a big fat 10 ,because the game has has incredible gameplay and extraordinary graphics.the characters are very kool.and the gangs are very crazy.gta 1,2 were good ,but when gta 3 for ps2 came out it was awesome i still today have not even touched my other games, i am hooked on this incredible game. the cars are sweet,and the weapons are very kool.now i just cant wait to see gta vice city, gta 3 is the best game out there a sure must buy indeed. gta 3 is the top game of all time and always will be. i cant wait to see the futures games of gta. i mean i didnt think a game could be better than driver once i played it but i was wrong. gta 3 lets you run around and you can do anything, and the missions are fun. i hope gta vice city is just as good as gta 3, i bet it will be.

I first rented this game at the local video store right after buying the ps2. Let me tell you something, this game is one of the greatest that any console, in my opinion, has EVER made. GTA3's graphics are mind blowing compared to just about any game I've played. I even hail GTA3 over my Old Favorite game, diablo 2 xpac. Soundwise with the radio they did it alright. But i dont ever have the volume on for long since i prefer my mp3s. Replay value, i could play this game for yrs. I dont think i could ever get sick of it. Ive played nothing but this game for 2 weeks straight. Im a gaming junkie of sorts. I play almost every game that comes out to test it. Anyway, game play wise you can do whatever you see fit. Steal a car and then steal the one right next to it thats awesome. Did i mention the Graphics are almost life like!

I must say the game is brilliant and everything i want in an action adventure, but people...it is called the "crime simulator" Are we this desensitized to our own morals that we will subdue our minds in this sespool of lust, greed, violence, murder, and theft? Believe me, this was a tough descision for me - you have to draw the line somewhere between fun and games and just outright sick. I know the effects of 911 have changed a lot of peoples hearts in this but i for one am not swayed by that event. This game is brilliant, graphics are breath taking, and game play is very addicting. But does this justify our acts in secretly playing "another life" as some gamers say. Even if you think i am just full of hot air, you are influenced by what you see and hear. remember that. Australia was right in banning this game.

i like this game but its old every tyme i pley it i feel behind evvary one coz my cousin r all ahead of the game luckily i`v got grand theft auto;vice city to stey on there line anyway heres my list;graphics;8/10 a bit cartoonish at least there not fully cartoonn the game haz a glich arms/legs go frew walls.sound;thats cool how you get 9 raydio stats. in ur car.gamepley 11/10 yes there r betta gamez but this part is kooool.lifespan i`m sorry idon`t know tat gamez idea;this copies the idea of crazy taxy and driver. driver is fer revenge thoe.. anyway wen i 1st played waz wen i waz at Aarons house my couson i was playin vc 1st then i decided 2 hava go i liked it soo much at tat tyme i wud of gavit a 10 at that tyme and 2day i jusst play vice city this is prabably a ps2 original now coz itz been frowen 2 tha back
