Great Game for all ages |

This game is awesome. If you are 5 or 60, it doesn't have anything that needs reading, and is just plain simple. You could play it all day and not get board. And as for that slow car stuff, if you want that, get a diffent game. This is designed, really, as an alternative for Crazy Taxi. The game is easier to understands and has better graphics for children. The one down, is that they minorly curse, for younger kids. Anyways, it is a slow paced game, but also equally as fun.
This game is a 10 out of 10.

This past weekend, a few friends of mine and myself purchased the Simpson's Road Rage for PS2 for $20, as a PS2 greatest hit. We must have played that game for about 6 hours, and we had a great time. It was a fun game. Sure it is not Need For Speed; Underground or anything even close, but it isn't meant to be like that. It is meant to be a game that a few friends can sit around drinking a few beers, and playing a game that doesn't have such an intense plot that everyone must follow along with every second of the game in order to contribute to the game. It is a driving game, just added with the innocense of The Simpson's. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a good time with a few friends, or even a younger sibling or a wife/girlfriend, because it is not too hard for them. The difficulty is set for a beginner or novice, depending on the level of difficulty you choose to play. Don't go getting the cheat codes, UNTIL you beat the game. (THAT IS WHEN A REAL GAMER GETS THE CODES) Just buy the game, again I paid $20 for it like a week ago, I wouldn't recommend paying much more for it, and dammit, just enjoy the game. Don't expect to lock yourself away in a room and play for 14 hours in a row, call some friends, order a few pizza's and beer, or soda (depending on your age) and just have a good time. Thanks- Chris

ok simpsons road rage is not too bad for babys (7-12 yrs old) but i dont think a 7 yr old would like this game.
The five main reasons i do not like this game is.
1. all you do is pick up people and make money
2. you get the same charcters just about every time you pick up
3.vehicles are crap (too Slow)
4. no good background music
5.can't get ougt vehicle
exept from some of these bad reasons the game is not too bad after all it was a good idea making this game but at the end of the day its only game and it gives us somthing to do.

We have been playing Road rage In the difficult mode so to obtian money more quickly and have completed all areas like mission modes and extra places to drive around SO how do you get the question mark???? character This has become a mistery to us and nobody else seems to know?

I've played "Simpsons Wrestling" 4 the PS1, but what in blazzes is this? I watch The Simpsons on UPN very night at 7:30 pm. But I think they should stay with the TV show. All u do is drive this crappy looking car in the same place, and pick-up the same character, and that person says the SAME thing, over and over and over! Like Apu 4 example, once I pick him up, he says "Take me to the market, they're price's make me laugh!" And if your Homer, he says "Come in..I got CCAANNDDYY!" Overall, graphics r ok, sound is stupid and boring, and its just plain BORING!

its very good at the start but when you get nearer the end of the game it gets very boring and repetitive. The characters are funny and got there own very good cars. Homer is especially funny!. It is worth getting but you would get bored of it after a while.

The one thing missing from this game is faster load time. The characters are hilarious, and most of the bad reviews on this board are due to lack of skill, not the game itself. Just because you suck at a game doesn't mean it's bad...you're bad, Road Rage is good, end of story.

The simpsons road rage is rubbish. No affence to the producers. But it is so boring. You just drive around in the same car for ages. It is so repetitive. The game always freezes, even when I first bought it. Your rating is always, Destructive, the graphics suck, the music sucks to. It is always the same boring song and the graphics are just so rubbish. The cars are so slow, and you always get rubbish money off your passengers. The missions are all the same, and Mr Burns does not let you move. The passengers call you names, like, hey fatty, step on it! And, where did the word rage come from? This game is so boring. I would rather put my hand in the oven or snog my girlfriend Michelle. That is nice! This game stinks! The simpsons Road Crap! Yeah, the front cover is cool, but even I, a 12 year old kid hate this game, it is in the bin now. The graphics are cheap and the sound effects are just the car moving! It stinks! Nobody get this game! Seriously, all of my mates hate it too! So do not buy it! I would advise it to beaver or a skunk, which is stuffed!

Well, another Simpson's game, I knew it would happen. I've played Simpson's Wrestling and it tottaly sucked. So I saw this and I said it would probably be bad. Because it is Crazy Taxi except with people from The Simpson's. Now I'm a HUGE fan of The Simpson's, so I rented it. I put it in and the story was good. Then I played, it had a bit of a loading time, I played and played for 14 hours. I had unlocked 13 people and 4 areas. The game is great and very funny. The only problem is those atomic buses and Mr. Burns. They screw with you constantly, and stopping you, and running into you, and that gets very frusterating.(don't mind my spelling) All in all it's a great game.

me and my partner have hours of fun on this. it's easy to get into and with different places and cars to choose from it will keep you going for ages. the only downpoint is it can get a little boring playing on your own, you have to play with others to get the most fun out of this game.

This game is a very good game to play. The graphics are great. Hey sure the cars might be slow, but hey it's worth it. The sound is great. The cgaracters are great. If you use cheat codes you can get more money, and more speed. The towns are great. So don't talk bad about this game. Oh yeah! This game is a must buy.

I think that this game is just as bad as LEGENDS OF WRESTLING. In this game there is not a long time limit, and at Springfields DAM the half of that one bridge is out which makes it very difficult to jump over it, I have fallen into the lake more times then I have made crossing that bridge. So to summon it up in 2 words i would say IT SUCKS. This is game is not worth the money or your time to even play it.

When I owned the PSOne, I like many people out there went out and brought The Simpsons Wrestling. I found that the graphics were quite poor and the gameplay boring. So when my brother went out to get this I was'nt to keen on playing it. But when he got it home and slammed it into the PS2 (not literally)and turned it on I found out that this game was fantastic. It had great graphics, great gameplay and all my favourite charecters from the show. BUY THIS GAME.

I really don't see what all the whining regarding The Simpsons Road Rage has been about. I have heard everything from "It's Boring", to "It's too easy" to "It has crappy collision detection". The only gripe that I really have is that the loading times are a bit long and the dialogue is a little redundant, too. I think the load time is well worth it, and if you want the dialogue that badly, watch the show! If the collision detection WAS bad (which it isn't), it'd just make the game a little more challenging for the folks who said it's too easy. I bought it, it's a great game for when there's company over, and I think it's 50 bucks well-spent on my new system.

Bad Game this game is boring sure mabey for about 2 hours you will start to like it but it is dumb there is not a lot of charecters and it's pointless to just take ppl to their destantion and there should be more neiborhoods. and the misson's our easy till # 6 then it's hard this game. I have played Wrestling and that was even bad they have embaressed the name of simpson. I am very dissapointed at the ppl who helped make this game they should be embaressed this is a game that shouldent even be rented it's sooo bad. This game is a defent no buy. That's all I hav to say about this terrible game from DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this peice of $#< remove me > at !!

This game is action packed but only has one type of action, all you do is drive aropund and collect people and take them to their destination. There should be more characters. The missions are stupid soome are IMPOSSIBLE to do and some are to easy. You can skip the missions after about 7 goes. Altogether this is a game that should be kept on shop shelves.

I remember playing The Simpsons Wresleing,that game was horrible.And the Simpsons Road Rage is horrible just like it.I know games really dont deserve a 1 out of 10,but this one defently does.Its a copy off Crazy Taxi.What you do is ride a car through the town and get money.Its anoying because you go through an allie and it seems like a shortcut but after 5 minutes it ends up as a dead end.The cars go icredably slow and the graphics look like PlaystationOne.It has anoying sound just like TSW.It has only a few simpsons charecters at first and you have to unlock them but you wont want to.Its too boring.
