This game sucks.I should of rented it first before thinking about buying it and I expect you to do the same.I made a big mistake and you dont want to make the same one I did.Even the first Matt Hoffman for Playstation 1 was better than this one.The levels in this game are completly pathetic.The buildings in the levels look fake along with the other surroundings.The levels are very small and not as big as dave mirra 2 for ps2.The moves are hard to land because when you are about to land a trick off a halfpipe or ramp it spins a little extra for you and you always have to turn it back to the normal position.And whats the deal with the first level in Oklahoma? that level is so small even the warehouse on tony hawk 1 is bigger than the first level in this game.The graphics on this game are just about the same as tony hawk 3 for ps2.But not the levels.These levels are small,the environment is really poor,and there are not enough bmx surroundings.This game is so bad I can only play it for 10 minutes and I would turn it off or put another game in.Dont make the same mistake I did.Do not purchase this game.If you have a ps2 buy the Matt Hoffman pro bmx 1 for ps1.The graphics may not be as good but the gameplay and the levels are better trust me.Who cares about graphics I mean yeah you have to have good graphics but not great great the gameplay and the controls to the game is what really matters.

Me & my friend have almost beaten this game and we had the best time. Yeha, the sound track blows but its a great game over all. I like the fact that you can go do stuff that you cant do in them skateboarding games. Thats why I dont buy skateboarding games. You cant go all over the map. The players are cool too. I really really like this game and you will too (if you like biking games).

Every kid should get this game for his birthday or christmas. It has really good graphics and good music. Cooler and new tricks to do manuals levels too. So really try to get this PS2 game peace out.:)

I loved this game. The graphics were very detailed. You haven't played a game until you play this. I would reccommend it to anyone and everyone who likes to play BMX games. It has very good levels on the road trip mode. The challenges are challenging but fun. The have the 11 best riders in the business exept they don't have Ryan Nyquist. You can also get other secret riders that you unlock. But don't just listen to me. Rent this game first in case you don't like it. The music sucks though. There are 1 or 2 good songs on the soundtracks that I like. You should get this game for yourself. It also has good movies on it. I usualy just use anyone on the game. I also like the fact that you get pictures taken of you if you hit a camera and they can look awesome. The specials or adrenaline tricks look awesome to. You can build very good editor parks but the view while building kind of sucks. You can make sweet halfpipes on your levels while making a ramp. You can get major air too. Like I said, you have not played a game until you have played Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2. Don't expect to be good fast though. And rent this game first before you buy it. I give it 99.9% out of 100%.

I got the demo free with a magazine and from the two levels on it, I would say this is going to be the best extreme sports game to date. The flat land freestyle tricks are the highlight of the game. You can pull manuals and peg stands and then tweak them using L2 and R2 with a direction on the d-pad. It's the same with air tricks and grinds. When your in them you can tweak them. The graphics are very flowing and realistic, they run smoothly and the player animations go without a glitch. The sound effects are top notch but I'm afraid the soundtrack did not follow suit. I would have prefered some heavier music in there but it is all rap and hip-hop (if your clever you would buy an xbox and use your own tunes, like me). The game did not get boring for me in the two weeks or so that i had it and that was only on two levels, and there are eight of them. I f you have an xbox, buy it because it comes with an extra rider and track!! I would say fasten your seatbelts and enjoy the ride. THE END.

Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2 was a big waist of time for the developers. The sound track is the worst pick of music I have ever seen in a game. The graphics are fairly good for PS2 but some things just need more detail. Alot of the missions need to be a little simpler and more explained in the intro to the level. The Park Editor, dont get me started on that, the view is stupid the controls are frustrating, the limit to the amount of objects you can put in it is too low and the size of park they give you is a little small. If I where you I would deffinatley rent this game before even considering buying it.

Mat Hoffman Pro BMX 2 is amazing. It's really realistic For example when you go up a ramp and when your air-born then the character kind of tweaks his upperbody a little. Also when you do a skid, the backtire leaves a bit of smoke behind it which is really well done. There's this secret character (Volcano...his bike is on fire, literally) and when you skid with him there's still the smoke but there's also fire. It's really crazy. In some parts of the game I kindof got frustrated but once I finished the mission I was happy. I would tell everyone to rent this game first before you buy it. One thing that I think really sucks on this game is the park-editor...it's probably one of the worst I've ever seen. The camera angle sucks so bad. When you rent this game you'll see what I mean. The levels in the game are pretty amazing graphics-wise. They're really good but they get boring after a while. You have to try it out for yourself, but take my word on it...RENT IT FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

I played the demo and its great but they fall more than the first Mat Hoffmans Pro BMX. But it has way more tricks, but not more than Dave Mirra 2, but the full version should have more. It has ok graphics but not the best and it has a terrible soundtrack. But the demo is addictive and fun. You can play 2 levels on the demo and they arent the full ones but they are big and full of grinding rails, half pipes and ramps. I cant wait till the full version comes out. It kinda like Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 except with a BMX bike.
