Yo this game is the best game becaue the speed, the cars, the VIPER "USA", the up grades, and the graphic i give tokyo extreme racer zero a 19 out of 10 thats how good this game is.
I have the DODGE VIPER it goes over 260 mph and over 1100 hp. its to bad that there is no corvette in the game but there is another american car in there the viper! i like the long strate aways i beat all the racers on the game. i even beat all the zodicks and all of the bosses. I only have 2 wanders left zero and last flight. and the last person. I heard that it is the fastest car out there but i dont beleve that. i like it that you can chang the cars around. my mom and my dad both think that i spend to much time playing the game. but i only spend all of my free time playing it. to me that is not enough time.

Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero is a prime example of how realistic games can get. I love it! I only hope Street Racing Syndicate is even half as good as ter0. I have beaten the game 3 times and it gets better and better evertime. Beating white Charisma fely so good

I have beat every racer in the game. Yet the rush keeps me playing over and over again. With each race getting more and more challenging and every racer with its own personality in driving skills it make you wonder how you will beat each one of the 400 opponents. I just hope that they make a tokyo extreme racer 3 with all the latest cars out there and all the latest parts. also a new type of stiker design and painting job.

this game has it all to graphics,choice of cars,music,and aero parts.I like how you can just ride around seing how fast your car is.The racing is amazing the control you have of the car is the best.You have to earn your way to the top by beating the wanderers and all the cool teams.There are over 100 cars you can choose and modify.There is so much space that you can drive,and so many cars to choose from such as civic,RX7,eclipse,S2000,skyline,viper,crx,integra,and a whole lot more.There is only one minor thing the stickers I like all the team names they have but it would have been cool if they had stickers that went across the car.It would have been sick if they had neon unerbody lights.Every body I hang out with has this game and I think everybody should give it a try.

This game is wat i was talkin about, Everything in this game look just the way i like it, but there is only one thing i don't like in this game, is that when i lower my car it don't even look low it just stayed the same height. Another one is when i was driving around the course, the car is like slippery and stuff i don't like about that, Gran Turismo 3 is better though everything look realistic, and controlling the car.

I'm a gamer that really isn't into racing games, until tokyo extreme racing came along, this game is so realistic, from a simple Honda CRX, to a Skyline , or even a Viper. My favorite part is that there is no race tracks, simpley drive around, and if you see a racer that looks challenging, race. The only thing that kept me from rating it a perfect 10, is the lack of instructions, the book doesn't help with the gear ratios, or how to race the wanderers, or how make better parts available. But overall it is the best racing game ever.

The first time I ever played the game I did not know much about it, in fact I never even hear of it that is until I barrowed it from a friend. When I first played it I was hooked, the main thing that got me so hooked was the way you can custimize the cars. You can customize your ride in almost any way you choose. From bodykits, rims, color, and stickers, to engines and mufflers. It also has great graphics and is far more better than GT3(zero) and Midnight Club one(zero). The only down side is that the wanderers will not seem to race you. Personlly I think they are scared they might get burnt. I do know the real reason but I can't post it. Because of them I have yet to beat the game. I strongly recomend this game to illegal street racing lovers or people who want to imagine what it's like to be one. All in all, tight game that is worth every penny. They need to come out with a new one that allows you to race others online.

i recently juz joined a large PS2 gaming magazine company.So with the latest street racing movie "2 fast 2 furious" coming out i decided to review some of the street racing games available.Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero was the first game i reviewed. I took about 7 days to complete the game. At first it was quite exciting beating the cars. But as soon as i realised i had a few 100 more cars to beat, it became a bit of a bore and frustration started to set in. The best things about the games are the graphics, availability of various cars and the modification of the cars. The brake discs actually glowing red due to friction when your car brakes shows you how much effort has been put in to make TERZ the game it is. There are also a large variety of vehicles available. Although it would have been better if the TERZ team could have got image rights of the vehicle brands and included the actual names of the cars, the game is available at a low cost because of that.Modifying of the cars is pretty fun but it would have been better if there were the availability of Nitro. The maps are pretty dull and boring. It gets to your head after screaming at high speeds over and over again on the same roads. I also prefer if there was daylight racing. In that way we could appreciate the details of the graphics of the cars. And y is it so hard to get the wanderers to race you?Here are a few tips.Firstly when you purchase your car, it is important to make all the best improvements available. Make sure you adjust your gear ratios, damper, suspension, turbo settings properly. I prefer putting all the gear ratios at low and the final ratio at the highest. This way when you are in a race with a car with higher horse power, you can catch up with the car faster. car heights should always be put lowest for better center of gravity and stability. Damper settings vary for different cars. You should try out possible settings on your car yourself.The rear ones should always be put hard.The front ones may vary depending on the weight of the cars.Turbo should only be used when you are racing one particular car.If you are planning to go on a shopping spree in beating many cars,it should be put lowest so that the engine would not degrade to fast.When racing more powerful cars than you try racing them at roads with many curves. Rivals usually slow down at curves, so you can have a good chance to overtake them at turns.After you earn millions after beating speed king and white charisma. Use the money to but vehicles of various class. This is because wanderers like to race cars that are equal to or slighly better than them only.

This game is fun and more realistic than any other raceing game like it. The number of cars, the number of parts, and the speed is higher than you could ever imagine. I have beaten the whole game except for the top racer. I'm hooked on the game like a drug it is so good!

i have only had this game for two weeks and all i have left to do is find 30 more wanderers and it sucks cuz no one will rece me but i still like driving around at 255 MPH in all 3 of my skylines. one of the best parts of this game i think is making people race you, and putting aerodynamic parts onto your car and playing with the weight and gears.

This game is the best street racer game u can play so far.
I got this game because I love games that u can tune your car.
The graphics are ok but the handleing of the cars is not very realistic.
The sound/music is ok but it should have more american music ie ludacris N.O.R.E etc.
The gameplay is great they need to make another one I would buy it if they did.
They also should make it say what the car is like skyline and supra instead of saying R34RVM.
The lifespan heck it took me over 3 months just to get 280 pepole beat so it has a long lifespan in its self.
The funfactor is a 10 you will love all the things it has to offer.
The only hard thing is that the wanders on the game will not challenge u if they know u can beat them.
So u must get a car and make it to their specs so they will race u.
The game is a very good buy and now u can get it for 20$.

the reason why this game is one of the best street racing games
around , is because of real-life street racing quality. for ex:this game is not a cheating game where you are able to use Nas
pick up speed like "MidnihtClub 2" . txr0 is hard core, intense,
and assuring to be challenging to thoughs whom are novic dirvers
but, after a extended amount of time you will adjust to it and be
able to play at excellent driving proficacy to become "emporor of
the highway". You are allowed to modify your car with over 200 parts such as , but not limited to Engines, muffullers, spoilers,
side driffts, tires, rims, grills ect. The best trait about this
gameis the tense competition with your rivels like dreamy ghoast,
speedking,white chrisma and the diver whom is a complete myistry.
there is some things that could have been accounted for like better music amd more parts and this game could have been mission
based. although this is not the only game of this siries, it is
still one of the best street racing games that I have played.

First off the only good thing about GT3 is realism, everything else sux. Second off who cares about traffic cause it's more fun to watch the opponent get way ahead and slam into a CATZ truck. I am working on the last wonderers and my Viper rules. Even though I hate Vipers it has beaten every hard enemy so far. Indeed GT4 will have a much wider selection of cars this game is way more challenging and worth the time and $20 to invest.

tokyo extreme racer zero is in a league of its own when it comes to PS2, ive had ps2 since it came out and have gotten sick of every other game i have, including the illustrious Madden 2003. bottom line, tokyo is the only game i bother to look at, people say the game play isnt real because of the gear ratio settings, if there is no torque to start out lower your settings in first and second gear all you have to sacrifice is about 50mph off your top speed. this is the realest game out there if you know anything about cars and once again it is the only game worth playin. when is o1 coming out?

i think this is the best racing game out there if you're lookin for the real night life racing. the graphics aren't outstanding, but its definately awesome. but too bad this game wasnt really advertised at all, but to let you all know, Tokyo Extreme Racer ZERO-1 is coming out sometime near x-mas..or early next year..finally..another version....try and look for some videos. and type in "tokyo extreme racer 01"..in japan..it comes out july 24,2003. i seriously cant wait for it to wash up on american shores. =D

This is a great game for any ages. It is a cool intense fun game to play. If you are intrested in car modifing games, this is the top of the line game you should diffintly get.I give it nine out of ten stars. I just loved this game. I advise this game to anyone.

this game kicked butt... I thought that it was soo cool that you could upgrade your car... I got obsessed with it... I beat speed king and went out and got his Skyline and souped the crap out of it! All in all it is a good game that could use some work... like... you need to be able to add custom lighting, and be able to get off of the freeway! And the background graphics get a little dull after you have gone around 1,000,000,000 times looking for wanderers! Vehicle graphics are really good! I think that if they would have waited a couple years to release this and added some more features this would be the game of a lifetime! I am looking forward to a sequel like a "speed King's Revenge"... Or something like that... I gave this game a wopping 8 out of 10 Stars because i myself race and understand how hard it would be to duplicate onto a disk!

I totally digged tha game! it is totally challenging and the best part is you can modify your car. its pretty tight. as soon as i beat speed king i had only 1 car up untill i got tha 3 mill! yeah baby than i went all out i got like 25 cars but i didnt put engines n stuff in them just the areo stuff and painted them. i only gave the game 9 stars because i think the cars need to get damaged when you hit other things and you should be able to change the tail lights to clears n things. i also think that they should have made some graphics for the sides of cars and more stickers to go on like the bumpers and stuff. what im looking for now though is a list of cars in american instead of just the type. its still a tight game and ive almost beat it!! i recomend all you that dont have the game should get it!!
