WEll..i've always been a fan of the Armored Core series..So when i bought AC3..i knew what i was going to see. The best thing that got me jumping around my room was the movie in the beginning. That was the best movie of all the Armored Cores put together.. The things that were dissappointing are as followed..
1)The graphics of the game were good..but i mean..c'mon..your people are WAY MORE capable of making WAY BETTER GRAPHICS..so get off your butt and work your #*%< remove me > at s off.
2)And the second thing is...hmm..come to think of it..there isnt a two..just the graphics..thats all ^_^
And CANT WAY FOR THE NEWer verison..i forgot the title..but i saw it..AWESOME!!!

ok its good but the fact of the matter is that they cud do so much better iv done all the games an liked them all but who doesent like robots the size of 4story houses runnin around blowin up everything that ent bolted down but im still waiting 4 them to show us all wot the ps2 is realy capable of and hopefully they will blow armored core 3 out of the water i wud like them to make the game alot harder so only the true pilots can beat the game an then if it was online there wud b an endless aount of possibilities 4 the game an wen that eventually happens ill see u all in the arena.

First off! This Has been my first AC game and I'm alrealdy hooked! Dude! Were else can you play in a big ass mech decked out in almost any weapon and armor style you want. Personal Favorite style has to be the right left blade combo with dual grenade lunachers of death, uh back to subject.
Good Points:
1. the music (If you can find it let me know)
2. the huge array of optins and limits for your ac
3. Multiplayer!
The not so good points:
1. no online network yet
2. The levels seem short and kinda simple, only one objective
for most.
Other than that, Sweeeet!!!
Let me know what your ac set up is and i can probably do some poster art for ya.

Me and armored core go WWWAAAYYY back I have played all the armored core games own all of them and get a funny felling, could be the pretty lighting or that subliminal messaging (Kinda makes u fell like ur part of it) but hell I would give my will to this game! VERY GOOD and right now it's (12-11-03) and i'm absolootly POSITIVE I have ac3:Silent Line.

Cons ok before I do cons any1 with armored core 1 for ps1 listen too me (And peeps without it) in ac1 for ps1 there was no OB, EO, radiators, hover legs. Also the graphics were good for it's time, the 4 legs didn't walk u slid, u couldn't drop parts,pick up parts. ac1 was short. You think thats bad well it's no big F******KING deal that was THE BEST game ever made by my standards. To see AC# in all it's medal bashing glory it's amazing. now ac3 has a place in my um uhh ok little too far. One more thing none of the ac ever had online not even silent line does but I have HEARD that there is going to be a new ac with online.

This game owned, not only is it FUN AS HELL but it also has some really good graphics, and sounds. Only downside is the music's kinda well... weird BUT IT STILL ROCKS!!!!
Perfect for rentals for a party, this game is still a very good buy.
But for some people(like some of those guys up there :-[ ) this game might suck, but, if u like Mech wargames THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!!! If not... deal with it.

But overall the game is good. I like it. If you like this you should play a game called starsiege and tribes. They are similiar like building mechs and stuff butt funner because you get to do more stuff. :}

The first few things I noticed about this game was the music, different from all of the other AC games. Usually we'd get a striking techo theme etc but in this we get a mix of orchestral sounds with a surreal chanting. I didn't like it at first but now this really gets through to me, the music is excellent.
The gameplay has what all the other games had and more with the additions of new features such as a orbital weapon choice for the AC or the option of a consort AC or MT.
The controls in the game handle very well, with an excellent configuration allowing fantastic control over the Ac's maneuvers.
I really can't fault this game for anything, it's worth 10/10 and it rests in the pride of place in my games collection.

I have heard alot about AC3 and so far it sounds awsome! I'v only played AC2 another age and i loved that game (the fact that you could make your own AC). It's funny cause the things me and my friends said would make it better is in AC3! We wanted 4 player. We wanted the spider legs to walk. We wanted 2 guns in hands and all of these is in it! Only thing that would make it sound funner would be online (of course). and yes mad hatter is a idiot. I would waste him so bad. AC2 had ok sound but i wanted more guns to choice from. Also more of the litle items that u didnt really have to have but was fun to put on. Ahh the little things in life. I like all robot games but AC2 and hopefully AC3 stands above em all. I hope there arnt any cheatcodes they get annoying all my friends cheat so they suck when we play for real.
Hope AC3 is fun gettin it in 2 weeks :)

This game is one of the best mech games i have ever played, but i think that in AC3 the computer AI is too low well some of of the mechs have loads of missles and always stay in the air.
They are the hardest that an opponent can get and in area is u really want to u can lure them to the end of the area zone and they will most of the time fly to the outer zone.
But the graphics a pretty good. but some maps bit dull.
On another point i personally dont think the music in AC3 is very exciting or moodish.

madhater you are a prick...This game f*cking rocks! It's just so damn cool! Althogh I do have one complaint the fact that the cores can't hold the karasawa, moonlight and big fat arms aswell as some back and extension weapons, now I know that this does make it more realistic but the problem is you can't acually have the great ac you want, I'm sure there are ways of getting around this but it is proving a problem for me. But like I say best armored core yet!

I posted a review earlier about AC3, but now i want to revied the next one if they will let me. Armored Core Silent Line is the best AC game ever! If you liked 3, this one makes 3 seem so boring, it has all the parts from 3 and about 100 more, the graphics are the same, and not only can you still drop your weapons but you can destroy your opponents weapons if you can hit them just right. not only that but the op-intensify optional part allows you to fly around while using weapons like the chain gun, or my personal favorite, the gernade launcher back weapons, and the missions prove to me much more of a challenge, i managed to beat it in less than a week but i still cant put it down. so if you really liked AC3, than im tellin you Silent Line is about 50 times better, i cant say enough how much i liked this game

ok i like this game BUT i have to give it a 5 instead of a 10 for ONE reason, you can make the L3 stick move forwards and side to side and all but the R3 stick cant do anything, i want it to move the target around but it doesnt, i would move my weapons to the l and r buttons, i had it all planned and found that i could customize the R3 joystick for whatever reason, so that cuts the score in HALF, i cant play this game any other way.

This game is great! The graphics and cematics of this game are both addictive and just plain cool.The whole get to edit and make your own AC thing is great. Only thing is, if AC3 is this good imagine AC Silent Line.Rent,Buy or whatever to get this game, its that good!

Unlike most of the reviewers here I haven't played all of the AC series, only the very first game. I loved AC1, from memory it had to be one of my more favored games but AC3 is a complete let down. Firstly the music doesn't suit the game at all, wierd chanting just doesn't go with huge mechs kitted out in heavy weapons. Secondly the level design is very poor, most of them look like they've come straight from AC1 and then made real small. But what I really dislike about AC3 is the fact you have to pay for ammunition? Ok fair enough but why so costly?? It's pathetic to play a mission, complete it and end up forking out over 15k for ammunition used, bringing your income for that mission to something like -10k. Basically you pay to take part in missions a lot of the time. Arena battles are just too easy.
But now the good points....what are the good points? I have no idea. I guess one good point would be the heavy mech action, but thats about it as graphics are mediocre (explosions utterly rubbish), sounds are ok and gameplay is dead boring after 5 minutes of playing. Right now I am going back to AC1 as I prefer it to this let down. 4 stars just because its Armored Core

I think this is a great game for fighting and destruction, i believe if u dont like the game than u are stupid. A few reasons i like the game is bacause im good at strategy games like this and how realistic they made the game. also its more challenging than the rest and ive blayed every version and own 4 of them. the only thing about the game that dissapointed me was the end when the controler was so easy to beat, i mean i thought it was gona be more challenging than just 2 ACs and i still think like armored core 2 another age better, but still ac3 is really kewl.
everytime agetec comes out with a new crmored core game, it always manages to top the last armored core
i would like someone to tell me how i can get every hidden part, if u can tell me this then let me know, my AIM s/n is outlawed567

this game kicks brilliant graphics and alot harder than AC2. parts galore and i can kill any arena robot with my AC.tons of part 2 chose from i dont know where 2 start but even the computer still is able 2 kill me i bet all gamers who love shootem ups will love this. :-D

Having every current AC game up to 3, this is the best yet. The Exeed orbit is a nice addition, and being able to drop your weapon has helped me survive so many arena fight, I practically owe my life to it. The graphics are amazing and the sound is top notch, Even though the controls have stayed the same, their still easy to use, even if their not newbe friendly. This game basically has the same concept as every other AC game, but one thing makes all the repetivness worth it.......MORE PARTS. Now the game is only 20 bucks, so dont rent it, buy it. When your done getting all the parts, just convert your data to AC Silent Line, that is a different review. I have to say im really happy obout getting this game, and I suggest it to all the Mecka freaks and geeks out there. IT ONE OF THE BEST!

When the first time i play this game, all emotion mix it all, when you lose a battle or when you win the battle, the fell of the battle field is sucking me up, and when i face the new anemy the moonlight in my hand start to shake, my AC core starting to Overcharg and bost forward to the enemy without thinking, slashing them to pieces, ha - ha - ha - to bad i loose, dam this game suck hard when trying to gut S level but all in all its a good game, defeting the final boss was so sweet, with all the new weaponds and all, this is the best game i ever play, hmm i wonder if the system canbe change like in the front mission 3, with a combination of CGs and the power of PS2 this can be a great game too, but i like it this way to, my Exelent DEATH 13 AC are calling me, for more parts and other ACs to be distroy, Ah the week shall parish, HA HA HA HA HA Uhuk-urgh DAM,
