Wow! That pretty much sums up my experiance playing Kingdom hearts. Not only was the voices sooooo good, the graphics kick ass! The colors are so vibrant and bold, its like a movies in some aspects. Now, I'v never played any of the final fantasy game, but playing this game....oh...well, I'm about to buy the whole series. Sora and Riku are just about my favorit characters and Donald and Goofy are classics that I grew up with. The end was a bit dissapointing, but only because I don't like being kept waiting and I know I said this before, but I'm about to go mad wanting the second instillation. this game was one of my favorits and I'm probably going to have to play it agian just to see the alternate ending

This game kicks butt. It is a mixture of disney and squaresoft. I don't like disney very much but I love Final Fantasy games. If you like Final Fantasy this is a must have! Also, I can't wait for the second one. Let's talk about the graphics. Simply amazing! This has the best graphics on PS2 since Final Fantasy X. The gameplay is awesome. I would have liked to see more party members or in the last fight all of your party members fought together. The game is long but it's nothing to do at the end. Anyway go pick this game up. Kindom Hearts is the best game i've seen in a long time. Every thing is so awsome in this game it just like...like....I CANT DESCRIBE IT! The bosses the square and disney characters is a weird combo but it worked for me. The new battle style is great and a key for a weapon is tight! The voices for the chracters are perfect. All the different worlds and places are off movies i watched growing up which is nothing like any other game ive played yet. This games was also more challenging 'cough' 'cough' sepheroth 'cough' Very good game play and controls. I couldnt ask for anything better except the second ending,which left me confused. One more thing i would like to add is the theme 'simple and clean' was a good theme for kingdom hearts.

this game is so cool.even though i'm just learning how to play it's still the best.my favorite charactor is kairi. i hope that there will be a second and a third!my best friend and i are hooked on this game and if it wasn't for her and her four year old brother i wouldn't be playing this game so i give them a special thanx.your best friend mandy.the part that i'm on now is agrabah and fighting the pots and stuff was though.although this isn't one of the most hardest games i've played it's the most awsome most intencemost magical game i've ever played!i hope disney comes up with more ideas for games to.my best friend amanda and her little bro. tyler are so hooked to this game i'm supriesed they're not totally sick of it.to all of the people that are fans of this game rock!!!!!i really hope that new games like this come out and that kingdom hearts toys come to chilliwack so that i can buy some .i really hope that the price of this game goes down before the 20th of november 2002 or chritmas 2002.i even wish that by the time i go to disney land the charactors will be there!

I actually haven't played a Squaresoft RPG this good since... well, since Chrono Trigger, honestly. If you couldn't guess, I'm a picky player. I like the fact that this game doesn't just bombard you wu=ith a bunch of new characters and other things... Many of the things in the game are from other games, like Item Synthesizing... and the characters. That's another thing. This game brought back so many of the best characters from some of the real good, but not as good, Square games, as well as all of the Disney characters. I like being able to see a person and going, "Holy crap! Look! It's (insert character here)!" Yup, pretty good game.

This game Rocks!!!!Rank this game #1!When I played this game the first time (in my life!) I was AMAZED jaw down I screamed and screamed until I cannot scream no more!The graphics are great!no no it is AMAZING as if the Heartless (beings with no heart) almost got my heart.The sound OH MY GOD!! don't say this in front of me or I'll gonna faint!It's like i'm inside an orchestra but of course unlike some games (Not a Final Fantasy nor Kingdom Hearts and Squaresoft games!) the sound is so stupid!The story It is so GREAT!no GREATER THAN GREAT! as I progress through the worlds I explored every corner every inch and I found all the items and gummi blocks and keychains and weapons for Goofy and Donald.I haven't seen the commercials but I downloaded it from the internet.Buy or umm... JUST BUY IT!!!

in this game there are more characters (sorry for my spelling) and mini games then any game i have ever seen! just amazing. i was so suprised that i found out that the makers of the game put all of the disney carecters. in the pause menu you can see all of the information (incloding when was first seen on tv) about the characters you have seen even the bad guis!

I just finished everything in the game. I managed to get all of the keyholes sealed and all of the puppies/secret items. I even mangaged to get all of the Ultimate weapons and kill all of the 'exclusive US bosses'. Tonight, I beat my last two: (you think I'm gonna tell you who? I think not! It'd ruin it! :-)) I just want to say that if you are into rpg's and Final Fantasy/Disney, you should definately get this game...... I am sooo looking foward to.. hehe... nah... You beat the game. You find out what I am waiting for.

This game is genius...but for those people out there who have beat this game and are saying that it was way to easy must be afraid to admit that they got whooped by a 'Disney' game. One thing,this game is not for little children. Call up the Official Playsation Magazine and they'll tell you themselves it's a very hard game. I'm just sayin...admit the game was kinda hard atleast...flawless game.

o good lord, if you do not have this game now, then get it. it is a wornderful mixture of graphics, sound and adventure. At first look, this game may look like a kittie game, but don't judge a book by its cover! The only thing i could find slightly wrong with this masterpeice would have to be the battle camera, it could use a little tweaking, but that is all. This game(kingdom hearts) is filled to teh top with tactical skills, and has complete contact with what gamers want in a RPG. Square and Disney have both out-done themselves. thank you

Kingdom Hearts is amazing. Who cares about the Disney people? When my friend came to a sleepover the day I got this game, he said ,"It's gay," without even playing it. He left the sleepover with an obsession that I had expected. He was talking his butt off on what he'd do when he got the game. To be honest with you- I'm ten years old, and this is the honest-to-God truth- the Disney people are halarious, and Haley Joel makes a great voice for Sora. All your favorite kick-ass Final Fantasy characters are back, too. Cloud, Squall (as Leon), Yuffie, Aerith, Tidus, Selphie, Wakka, and even the bad-ass, wrecking machine, one-and-only SEPHIROTH. You play as a guy named Sora, and you team up with Donald and Goofy to find your girl, Kairi, and King Mickey. Soon you get this thing called the Keyblade. That's where things start rock'n. Also, you don't HAVE to do some of the levels. For example, if you are an older person, you aren't forced to do Winnie the Pooh's level, but then you can't get the secret ending, the best part of the game. Your move. Go buy KH for 50$ bucks, or be a geek. Buy it. It's cool.

this has to be the best game i ever play i have 25 hours on it already if u dont have it ...well buy it cause ull fall in love w/ it this game would have to be a 12 outa 1-10 cause it is really adicktive and i cant beleave how fun it is the first time i saw my friend play it i was like wow i need to get this game...there is a second one coming out soon i no this bye my friend when to china or japan or one of those cuontires and he found it and bout it..but since the ppl of the world are so smart its only works for there kind of ps2 so no he has kindom hearts 2 that doesnt work and its in some other language.. anyway this game is the besk game every so buy it cause ull love it if u dont well i dunno wut is rong w/ u

now kingdom hearts is a great game and is appealing to younger kids but also older kids. sure you just hit X alot but how many of you rpg fans have played a final fantasy before. if you think about it all you do is choose what you want them to do then hit X. it gets kinda boring. but in kingdom hearts you hit X repetedly so you dont get bored looking at the time when your aloud to attack. also you can use spells and glide. i dont own the game but i want to. i rented it twice and love it. the only problem i can find with it is the camera angles. like it gives you the worst angle when your right in the middle of a battle. i am only on riku's 2nd form right now. for those of you who say its a kiddie game i think it is kinda challenging. sure you may be a great gamer but not everyone is. it is great to be able to see all of the old characters from disney in one game. the peter pan levels great when you can fly. also it doesnt deserve a ten because i think they could have done without the gummi ship thing. its really anoying to go through. i think the story is pretty good myself. i like it i think some people just regard themselves to good for this game cause they got disney in it. you get to kill the villians thats not to disney. also its nice that your partners can revive themselves. then you dont have to waste stuff on them.i think this game deserves a solid 9

In response to some of the other reviews, I must say this games was very challenging, I can't imagine a child actually beating this game. I didn't even bother renting this nor had I played it prior to purchasing it. If you don't own it, get it, buy it, play it. Simple as that. This is a must own game. I look forward to the next one Disney puts out!

WOW what a game, Ill be ownest. I bought together with kingdom hearts also the game X-man: next dimensions (I am a real x-men fan). i played x men for the whole day. KH was still laying at my computer, waiting to be played. After a whole day beat-em uppen, great powers of storm. I put KH in my computer. Now 2 weeks later, amazed by KH, now x-men is waiting to be played. But it have to wait. KH is an awesome game. My god what a variety. You have to have it. No matter if you prefer other games. If you play it you will be addicted. I just started and what possibilities you have with KH, Wonderful. Summon Disney Friends, Summon: Simba, Genie (alladdin), bambi, Dumbo. They fight with you. An other thing: Who dont like to join up with Donald Duck and Goofy. Fight and play together. Fight together with Alladin or Tarzan. Fight Cerberus at the hercules world. So many things I can tell. Sorry Storm, I really love you, but you have to wait till I finished KH, It will take a long time, but Pinoccio will help me in the Monstro level.
EVERYBODY: TIP: GET THIS GAME, BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!

Even though I haven't finished the game the graphics are good, in the beggining of the game the theme song was very good. I can even sing the song of by heart. The game is not that hard and not too easy for me, but I don't know about you, you may think it's hard but it's not, you may think it's too easy but it's not either. Trust me I've played lots of other games such as Final Fantasy 1 up to Final Fantasy 10 and finished all of them. Those people who rated Kingdom Hearts lower than ten are people that haven't played many good games before. If you haven't got this game go buy it now because it's the best game in the entire universe.

Ok, when I saw this game at Blockbuster I thought that with Disney, it would be pretty gay but was I wrong!! After the 2 Day rental was up, I went and bought the game. I looked in the back credits in the Manual and I saw that Sephiroth and Cloud (The best Video Game characters ever) are in the game! Long story short, this is an awsome game so go get yourself a copy!!!

I LOVE this game. It has a great story line, wonderful characters, and some humor here and there. I love seeing Disney characters, meeting them, and enteracting with them! The graphic are the best! My cousins, who have an X-Box even say it has good graphics. The game is easy yet challanging, mysterious and at the same time predictable. I love this game and I can't wait till the next one is released in America!

I've played nearly every type of game out there and if you want a good mix of elements then get kingdom hearts. It combines the story lines of final fantasy, the action of devil may cry, even the puzzle element of resident evil to produce a very well rounded game. The only complaint I have is the camera angles, when your trying to glide or keep an eye on enimies it really becomes annoying, but a perfect game would be a perfect world, so it's a minor flaw compared to the overall game play. good graphics, better than average game play, nice pace, even the soundtrack isn't that bad. A very good effort by square and disney and worth checking out just to see who pops up in this little crossover game

Just like a lot of people I thought it was going to be a lame Disney game. But, man! Was I proven wrong! I've been playing the game for over 26 hourse in length now, and I still have quite a bit to get through. It is long, has excellent graphics, and has A LOT of different things to find in the game. There are so many hidden things, that my eyes are about to pop out! There's also all kinds of mini games, throughout the entire game, that are hidden, and are great to play! Then, when it comes to fighting, this game is the bomb! You start out with this little keyblade, that by the end of the game can kill guys in one hit! And there are all kinds of different spells to learn! Quit reading this review, and get the game for yourself!
