i thought the ending made the most sence. it was great, and i cant wait until two comes out next year.. i love the theme too.i think the honest to god best character in this whole game was riku. he opened his heart to darkness only to help kairi. then at the end he was going to kill himself in order to stop ansem who infected his body- then at the very end, he sealed himelf and king mickey in kingdom hearts, the heart of all worlds, whick was infected with darkness. if you ask me thats true bravery

I bought the game when it first came out and at first i tought it would be like a FF type of game but I was wrong.The fighting style is diffrent,the storylines are diffrent, everything's diffrent!Just becuase there are disney characters in the game it doesn't mean it's a game for kids.It's not!It's more adult as it requires strategy and ideas.
When you finished the game and winning the hades cup,99 dalmations, there will be a kick a double s preview of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of memorise and Kingdom hearts 2.It's so cool!
Get this game now,you'll love it!

this is certainly the best game ever.i've never played a game like it.im almost at the end right now.my favorite character is kairi, but riku is hot.soras ok.i can't wait to see # 2.and if it wasn't for my little bro i wouldn't of gotten in to this game.thanx ty.i got all my friends into this game on my b-day.thats how great it is.if kyle reads this good luck on trying to beat the end boss oh and mandy.good luck disney on squaresoft to make a Kingdom Hearts 2.u guys rock all u kingdom hearts fans.

this game is ok. There isn't really much to it except pushing the x button constantly and seeing a bunch of old characters from disney and other squaresoft games. And anyone who gives this game more than a 7 or says it's the best rpg you've played than you either haven't played many games or you have a taste for easy kids games.

When I got Kingdom hearts for christmas, I opened and played it for hours on end. The day after christmas, I beat the game. It was awesome. It was one of the best games that I had played in a long time.

It took me like 66 hours to beat it but I did it. And I did it with no codes and no book. The only thing wrong with this game is that it is to freaking long. I mean just when you think you won you didn’t. But when it is over the ending was lame. The graphics are really good and the game play is excellent. The character design was amazing. I recommend this game to all gamers who like the Role Playing Games. The sound was great nothing was scratchy but crystal clear. The fun things about this game is that you got to go visit your favorite Disney worlds like Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Alison's Wonderland, Nightmare Before Christmas, Tarzan, Pinocchio, Hercules, and 2 other no Disney worlds. Also what was fun was that you could build your own gummy ship and collect money throughout the game and buy various weapons, and items. The characters Sora, and his helpers, Donald and Goofy set off on an adventure to stop of the heartless. This is one of the longest and greatest games I've ever played so go show your support and all you Playstation 2 fans and buy this game.

I hate this game so much. It shouldn't be called an "RPG"; it is a kiddy game. I mean, like, Disney characters? What the hell? And Square hasn't been doing too well lately. I mean Final Fantasy X just blew and now Final Fantasy X-2? Damn. Well, Kingdom Hearts only got a four from me 'cause of the graphics. Personally, I don't think Square and Disney mix. Wait. I know that the two companies don't mix. And, ya know, there was basically no character development because you already know the characters. Well, on to the mainness. The graphics are excellent; the soundtrack got rid of the old school MIDI Stuff which is a main factor is an RPG. The music crap in this game will never rival The Awesomeness Of The Great Final Fantasy Series (up until IX). The gameplay is good I suppose, but it still sucks in a sense. They make Cloud Strife look like a wussy in that sack of crap disquised as a CD. I hate that game so much. Japan and America don't mix. How could Square manage to pull off such a crappy game with Disney? Well, with Disney's poorness, it just dragged Square down to its level of crapicity. Don't buy this game. It is so horrible. Don't you remember The Classicness of The Final Fantasy Series ? Stand out. Make a difference. You don't need this modern crap in yer life. It'll insert stupid fairy tale crap into yer pocket-like mind. The only good aspect of this game is probably the Gummi Ship Maker and the Graphics. Overall, this game is not for The Old At Heart.

ok i cant beat sephiroth and his long sword and his skill sin harvest always kills me.and my gummi ship is so cool well at least i like it.ok wateveri already beat almost every task cept getting the magic spells stopraga or stopga and aeroga the dalmations and the stupid pooh lost pages and beat sephiroth.yeah but i still like kingdom hearts i am lvl 80 have ultima weapon crystal crown and the omega arts.goofy is lvl 83 and donald is lvl 79.all i need is save the king and queen i always hate fighting alone.i think kingdom hearts 2 is bout riku.

if you like disney or SQUARE ENIX you will love the story line and the fighting. it also features finalfantasy characters.you can also play and team up with other characters to destroy the heartless. go get those Heartless.

Alright People this game kicks ass. I've a seasoned pro on all rpgs especially Final Fantasy 1-10 beaten them all and to hear cloud sephiroth Squall Yuffie Aeris all talk its been great. The Disney part was funny but all the battle system keeps you going. I Beat this game in a week in a half simple. i beat all secret bosses sephiroth phantom zisa ice titan hades cup ultima weapon mushroom hunt done it all. my review for the game is low because its 2 easy

This game blowed me away when i fist saw this game in the disney magazine. My favorite part about it was the Simple and clean music and the ending moving. All the disney characters were really cool and the ff characters were cool too espicially leon (squall) He was better when he talked in Kingdom hearts then final fantasy VIII. this became my favortie square soft game since FF VIII I mean it. This game is so cool when i lended it to my friend i was so mad and bored because that is what i always played

The Game, The plot, the graphics, the music was all very nice. BUUTTTTTT. The game was SIMPLE. There was no challenge like in most of the FF games. There was no hard battle besides sephiroth who still wasnt all that hard... Hopefully Kindom Hearts two will be LONGER and HARDER than the original. See sum ppl dont get this game they think its not THE best rpg ever but think about it my generation (ppl born between 1980 and 1990) like this coz they get to play and interact wit all the characters from the movies they grew up around and i bet al of them at 1 point would have had a stuffed toy or bed sheets or sumthing wit these characters on it see and i seriosly think that NO kids(except maybe those superbabies :P) would even come close to beating this game and yes this isnt THE best I think that FF VII was THE best rpg ever and always will be(i wish they make a re-make of it:(.....so yea and the characters from the FF series kill it coz i own EVERY single Final Fantasy game so they jus bring back memories.....so if u dont have htis game, go out and buy it....

This game sucks even though I barely ever played it but Soras a freakin clown.Why cant we play with that buff dude he actually has muscle and its not in his feet.Theres something wrong with anyone actually having fun playing this game unless their gay and think Sora is too.I would keep going but if I had to point out all the bad things about this game Id be here forever.

i think this is the best game i have ever played. i mean wen i first saw it i was like this game is for lil kids. then my brother bought it. an let me tell you i cant put it down. the gummi ship thing waz pretty kool i thought.the only thing i didnt like was that the game was too short. other than that i think it was awsome. but i coulkdnt imagine beating sepheroth on expert. i jus beat him on normal an he was tough. an the end of it, wen sora an kairi get seperated, it put a lump in my throught, an i don choke up often, exept wen tidus an yuna were seperated in ffx.anyway get up of your chair an buy it now, its not a kiddy game its like a final fantasy but betta with the battle systom.go now buy it!

To all the people that give this game 10 stars and say its totally awesome, what the hell is your problem? What are you, four years old? This game is a CHILDS game. "Oh, look at me, I go around and bop things that have no hearts with a big key!" The only good thing about this game is creating and flying your OWN gummi ships, and by the way, thats the gayest name for a ship ive ever heard. Disney and Sqaursoft? What the hell? Whinnie the pooh. WHINNIE THE POOH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! SqaureSoft made a big mistake working with Disney to make such a game. Look at their feet. What is wrong with their feet? Are they clowns? SqaureSoft let Disney take characters from the Final Fantasy games and completely change them. For one thing about the "KEY BLADE" it frigin chooses who it's master is? What the crap? What if it chose Bob the Builder? The universe would end. AND it chose and frigin kid instead of someone older and cooler like Squall. And whats with Cloud? He bandaged up his sword, is it wounded or something? This game is not an RPG. Also, the summons suck. And they didn't use any worlds from SqaureSoft, they were all Disney worlds. Dont waste your money on this game. It dosnt even make any sense. The "HEARTLESS"? Oh please, my frigin grandma could come up with a better villin. There are so many things to bitch about in this game. "Oh, we're supposed to be saving worlds and stuff, but we'll just stop to pick flowers at the Olympis Colesium. And Destiny Islands, WHY is it called Destiny ISLANDS? It is ONE ISLAND! And when you "kill" the heartless, they drop money. What the hell?! Why would heartless need money? They dont even have a frigin heart for cryin out loud! God! And I know this really dosnt have anything to do with Kingdom Hearts, but WHY IS IT THAT NO ONE LIKE FINAL FANTASY 9?! Argh! I like FF8 and FF7, And so does everyone else, but WHAT ABOUT FF9?! I would greatly appreciate it if someone would e-mail me and tell me why. And Donald and Goofy are always talking about not meddling with other worlds, and then they come barging into Traverse Town and look for Squall, which I have no Idea what the hell he was doing here, And then they grab Sora and run off to lock the keyholes. Talk about not meddling! Sora's world gets blown the hell up, and then SOMEHOW he just MAGICALLY APPEARS in Traverse Town and is alive and well. The music sucks. The lyrics suck and dont make sense. "Simple and Clean is the way that your making me feel tonight..." What, is Sora giving her a bath? And since when, oh forget it, I REALLY dont think I want to know. In the beginning of the game, Riku comes up with the BRILLIANT idea that building a raft and sailing away will give them some unexplained access to other worlds. Then the big black thing appears in the sky and somehow he knows all about the door opening and now they can go to other wordls. What the hell? I really hope Kingdom Hearts 2 is less childesh than this one. I'm so tired of people going, "OH ANSEM IS SO HARD!" This game is easy and boring. The plot line just stinks. You could write a story about a frigin rat and it would be better. Somehow Tidus and Wakka end up at Destiny Island. Somehow Sqaull, Yuffie, and Aerith have this unlimited knowledge of Ansem and the heartless. Somehow a princess named Kairi ends up at Destiny Islands. Somehow Mickey is the King of...Everything. For some reason Merlin came to Traverse Town. For some reason Merlin has a book which is Whinnie the gay ass pooh. For some reason the gay ass pooh book is missing pages. Somehow, the puppies and the pages of Ansems report got scattered all over the different worlds. None of the game makes any sense. Somehow Monstro can breath in space. Somehow characters from a completely other world in a completley other galaxy in a completely other DIMENSION end up in a Disney dimension. SOMEHOW. FOR SOME UNEXPLAINED REASON. If a 1 year old could understand a video game, he would get bored with this after the first 10 minutes. SqaureSoft has discraced them self. Every one of their games I can think of is rated teen. For example in the Final Fantasy games it is adultry. It is mature. For those of you who are childish, and think cussing is funny or something like, "oh my god, he just said damn! and hell!" Curse words are not just smacked into story for no reason. It enhances the feeling, the emotion of the story. In the FF series there is violence, cursing, sex related themes, smoking, war, and other things. This does not make it something to laugh at. Just because characters say damn, that does not make them cool. It makes the game more realistic. If your mommy is like, "Uh-oh, that game said ass, or bitch or WHATEVER!" then she needs to grow up. Zidane, from FF9, is he a little stupid, gay, weird boy like Sora? Or is he a cursing, theiving PERV? God you people understand nothing. you are so immature. Any way, the point is this game is not worth wasting $50 on. I have so many other things I could say about this game but I dont have the time. So long.

I dont know what people are talking about when they say ths game is awesome. It is not awesome. This game is lame, the characters are REALLY annoying and the story is shallow and predictable. It doesnt come close to squaresoft tiles like ff6 & 7, SOM and Chrono Trigg.
The FF cameos were random and pointless, the whole game was just a pathetic Disney money making scheme. I guess it's OK 4 kids tho, my little sister likes it but she's only like 4 or something.....
