I think this game is excellent! The only reason why I didn't give it a ten is because of the bad angle of the camera in some parts of the game. I think it wouldn't be the same without Disney being involved because their company has such a wide-range of characters and settings to use. I love the music, except for the sound in Wonderland, it's annoying! The only problem I had with the plotline was that Alice was a princess and Ariel wasn't! Since I used to be, and a little bit now, a big fan of the Little Mermaid I don't know why Ariel wasn't a Princess of Heart. It would make more since, and it would definitely bring Atlantica more into the story. Ursula could have taken Ariel and, obeying her promise, turned her into a human, like in the movie, and sent her to Hollow Bastion. Wonderland could have ended with Sora rescuing Alice from the Trick master and her floating back up the Rabbit Hole. Yes, I'm a Disney fanatic. Also, why were some of the worlds so empty? Like Neverland, the only people aboard the ship after you've beaten Captain Hook, besides Peter Pan, is Tinker Bell. Atlantica is also empty, they totally forgot about Ariel's six sisters. I would say Agrabah, but I found that if you look around the world after you've locked the Keyhole, you'll find several people who will talk to you. But they'll disappear once the Heartless are back. And I hated what they did with Olympus Coliseum. There is only 3 characters, and only three rooms. But besides the things I've just mentioned, Kingdom Hearts rules!! And the combat does have different combos and things to use. Also I like the way you can move in battle, unlike the way you fight in most of the Final Fantasy games I've played. Also the battles against Disney characters is unbelievable. In any Little Mermaid game I've played, you never get play Ursula as a Giant, or Jafar as a Genie. And this is the first time the movies Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Pinocchio, Beauty and the Beast, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Sleeping Beauty have ever been portrayed in a game. Although Malificent is missing her crow. The voice acting is great, although in some parts you can tell words for some of the Disney characters have been taken out of a movie or tv show and used, like Jasmine and Mr. Smee. Overall, this game is spectacular, the graphics are great, especially in Halloween Town, and even though it doesn't have that many Final Fantasy characters, tis game isn't revolved a Final Fantasy plotline it's Disney. We're lucky we even had any, thanks to Squaresoft. Anyone can like this game, unless they're just going to judge it for having Disney in it. It's almost like the characters are new. Like pretend Disney never existed and this game, with all it's characters, was made. It would have more fans, except for the Winnie the Pooh part. This game is worth the $50 dollars and it will keep you enjoyed, I've already played it about 32 times.

At first i thought it looked stupid then i played it.I can never put the controler down once i start.The graphics are amazing you cant belive how real they look.It challngeing but not so much that with time you can figure it out.I loved the music i even downloaded the begining song.Any body who has never played it is really missing out.

Kingdom hearts is the best game in the world. The grapics were sweet. I also think the game had really good story line. My favorite world was Neverland because you can fly and then in later worlds you can glide in later worlds. If you havent beaten Winne the Poo land and you're stuck and need a lost page, go to the Dalmations house and they will give you a page to beat the world.
I thought that Ansem was easy but a bit hard at parts. I don't want to give the ending away, but I thought it was sad when he lost Riku in the heartless world, and Kiari back to Destiny Islands. I liked the theame song a lot!
I heard that KH 2 is coming out in 2005, and instead of Sora you are Riku traped inside the heartless world. There are more powerful heartless, and Riku, Kiari, and Sora are all about 20 years old. Sora is lost somewhere nad kiari is still on the island. When it comes out I'm going to get it right away.
Anyways if you haven't played Kingdom Hearts, you must.Like I said earlier it's the best game ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game has the best graphics Ive ever seen. I like it because it is Final Fantasy meets Disney. My favourite thing about this game is the cut scenes because the characters and graphics are amazing. The game has many twists and turns that make it hard to stop playing.

at first i didnt like it cause my game always froze(it frozo in hec's world) so my friend gave me his it was awsome and hard i needed 2 buy the guide for this game. i got far with the guide then i got bored of playing it i deleted the data on my ps2 and didnt play it for like 7 months then i started 2 play without the book man was it hard i was also suprised when got farther without the book than with the book lol im on the end of the worlds and cant beat that vampire like creature in the end of the worlds boy is he hard i loved the music when u fight a boss it has a cool beatand the keyblades are awsome anyway this game is great i cant wait till december for the second part.i almost cryed when sora struk himself with rikku/ansem keyblade it was sad anyway i love the music the graphics the characters i wanted 2 buy final fantasy 2 see the other characters but i didnt. whoever buys this game will want 2 buy the second part well this game is awsome. i would give it a 200 thumbs up(if i had that many)

I mean really person with anger issues against nice big footed people-it was cool even my brother who is a FF fan liked it but he hates platformers and Alice in Wonderland is 'specail' so lets leave it at that.So are you retarded and decided to play a game you knew you were going to hate just to make me feel bad and CRY.Anyway Sora will get cooler-I have hope for him-in Kingdom Heaarts 2.And why were you making fun of my mom??But over all Kingdom Hearts was the best cuz it combined actiony-RPGs-and a little bit of platformers which is good cuz i watch my brother play all the RPGs but i suck at them so this was cool.And if you finished the end where he left Kairi even though he loved her and she saved him from being a heartless you would cry too!But the battle thing was funky with the camera BUT the will have it fixed for the next on so Yeah.So this was way worth your money and the songs themselves are worth it-but the commercial they had on Disney for it was very much stupid.But cuz of the end I msut know what happened to Riku even though I yelled at him he redeemed himself at the end.

(travis town) when you are in the green room with leon and yuffie go and talk to leon and he will ask you are you ready when you talk to him for the second time. you must say yes,you go outside the room and will have to fight. leon will go out with you and tell you not to worry about the small frys the small frys are the small guys with the armor on.so dont bother with them. next go down to the L allyway across from the dalmations house keep walking till you get to the door. go inside and you will be in the third distrik with goofy and doanold you will first haVE TO FIGHT THE small guys then the big one from there you will move on to the next world GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
P.S.Reamember before you go to the next world to buy alot of potions for your trip good luck and bye and good luck !!!!!!!

Kingdom Hearts rocks. When I first brought it home I poped it in and was glued to my tv for the next two hours. Fight's in Kingdom Hearts are not at all boring. They keep you on your toes and are usually fast and furious. Especially when you get like twenty guys comeing at you! I will admit that during battles and some close quarter exploring segements that the camera does get kinda funky. Its not to bad though if you lock on to a guy. The graphics on this game are good. The clouds that you first see when you start a new game are amazing! The characters in the game are instantly likeable and funney. By the way the theme song for the game It plays during the opening video is really good. As a madder of fact I played the opening video a couple of times just to hear it. But aside from all of this stuff the game is just fun. There is alot of fighting, boss battles ( which are great and super fun!), puzzle solving, item collecting, character meeting, and general do goodin. And if you like any of that stuff this game is for you! Even if you are a seasoned RPG adtic ( like me ) then try it on Expert mode. More than likely you will get you but handed to you a couple of times, a least! I really enjoy this game. I recomend this game to everyone. EMG on CNN: Thursdays at 4:45 p.m. (Pacific Time)!!!!!!!!!!

I think that it's totally cool that Disney and SquareSoft combinded their amazing talents to make such an enjoyable game. I've just started playing Kingdom Hearts, but I've watched my husband playing it for a little while now. It's a very exciting game with cute Disney characters like Alice, the white rabbit, Peter Pan and Captain Hook, the Genie, Hades and others from all your favorite Disney shows and movies, and the classic characters from SquareSoft's great Final Fantasy gameline, like Squall (Leon), Cloud, Tidus, Wakka, even Aerith. I really enjoy the voices of the characters, and the little sidequests that you get to take. The story line is just great, and there's a lot of action. The worlds have amazing details and scenery. There's something for everyone in this game! I admit, I did have a tough time getting used to the new system of magic, etc, because I've played many of the Final Fantasy games. And the fighting and finding of the items took a little bit to get used to also. But once you get to Traverse Town, you do get the hang of it, and things start coming into place. And they've made a game guide to help out, just incase you get stuck. I highly recommend that, even if you've never played an RPG before, that you pick this one up. It's definitly worth it.

ok ok i know that i can't be the only person in the world who got chills from seeing cloud and aries! one of the final scenes where cloud and aries see eachother, i seriously about cried! HA..anyways great great game, allready beat it twice but cant get enough of it..i have sat there and played it up to 8 to 9 hours straight...Gameplay can be rather hard and im still working on Sephiroth...but al can be accomplished rather easily after maintaining a certain level..THIS IS A MUST BUY!! speaking of which FF XII has been started in the making...no release date yet but id imagine it would be in the next year or so!

This is the best game I have played in my life. It is the first game I have heard of that has Disney characters to meet cool and fighting characters. The voices and music was perfect. If they made a Kingdom Hearts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 like Final Fantasy, I would buy them all. This is the game I suggest everybody should buy.

Man when i first saw the commercials on tv i was hooked after getting my money from my uncle mike i went shopping i just got it on saturday and made to agrabah. the problem is i don't have a memory card to save teh game. but i will always like the opening of the game. i love the graphics i have noticed that sony when from black side to reflective and this brings out the full potential of teh graphics, the music. all and all i suggest that you buy this game. normally i don't play rpg games but when i heard this was in real time where damage is dealt at anytime and waking moment. the beginning is the best especially teh clouds. but i think they took the clouds from nature. but the gameplay is awesome and if they make more kingdom hearts i will buy them until the end of my life time. or until i get arthurites.lol well i gtg. you should buy this game.

I got this game a while a go and i think it's so cool!! I've never played any of the final fantasey games, but i have seen pictures, and this looks like the best one yet. The graphics in the opening movie are astonishing! There's somthing about this game that just makes you want to keep playing. The controls are very easy to master, and the fun factor is of the charts! this is not some game thats gonna be played once and then sit on the shelf collecting dust. i had trouble a day or so into the game, and if this happens to you, i would recomend a stratiegy map. the sound is incredible. the graphics are great. the game makes you think. it's a little pricey, but i'll leat that go by. Overall, i'll give it a 9! great job, DISNEY!!:)

I just rented Kingdom Hearts from Blockbuster on sunday and i am already at the Deep Jungle Boss, hes gay though, all the effort for notin, just die. Anyway, the grafix are just da best i have ever seen and da music rocks,(especially in the opening movie)that was da best.I cant wait for the rest of da game cuz i always play it after school till dinner, its that addictive. The gameplay is awsome and da Disney characters are cool and are like your in their move. I'll admit, its da kind of game you dont tell your friends about until they play it. Its worth the buy, i am buying it tomorrow.

This game is the best game I have ever played in my life. The reason why I say this I because there was never a time were I did not want to play it. I had just bought this game a week and a half ago. And I would play it til 4:30 in the morning. I played that game so late at night my eyes became bloodshot red, and I would wake up the next day at 2:00 ready for more fun filled action. The scenes and sound had my eyes ears and heart glued to the t.v. I never played any final fantasy games ever. But the characters from this game gave me a taste of it. And me being a fighting/adventure game type fan really makes this game the best. This game also shows another side of all the Disney characters, and I really like that. And blending that in with real people realy makes me feel like im in the game and living it. And its not too hard and its not too easy. I am 75% thru the game. I keep dying at the part wher you are in Agrabah for the second time and the carpet takes you to the desert were you fight that huge mechanical creature with four arms and swords. But thats okay because I will pull it of somehow, I know I will because I did it before with all the other bosses I fought that seemed imposseble to beat.And thats the thing I love about this game. And I can not wait intil Kindom Hearts 2 comes out, I will buy it the first day it comes out. And I know that Kingdom Hearts will turn into a huge saga just like Resident Evil or Final Fantasy. Kingdom Hearts will be known for years. Who knows, maybe even a movie!

Kingdom hearts rivals the FF series as the best rpg game ever. The storyline is awesome and the hidden bosses make the game a great play. I would have to say the only thing that could make the game better would be an optional two player game where the second player could be any character he wants, final fantasy or disney.
