NCAA 2K3 Football is very addictive. I purchased the PS2 version prior to actually purchasing the ps2 console! I wanted the game because i'm a big NEBRASKA fan and Eric Crouch was selected to be the "coverguy". Other than a few glitches with the A.I. i found the game to be very good. Let's start with the graphics;
The graphics are sweet from the reflection off the helmets, to the animated mascots, cheerleaders, fans,players on the sidelines, you get that college enviroment. The game allows the user to "customize" his favorite team as far as changing player attributes which go as far as type of shoes, facemasks, pads, faces, color of skin, intelligence, etc. The list is endless!
The playbooks are very good and in the "PRACTICE" mode you can run full scrimmage to test out your plays on any team you choose!
This also helps the user to learn the nuances of the controller which after about 2 games become second nature. Another nice feature is the "REPLAY" function which when activated will run after every play and give you different camera views. The addition of the ESPN Sportscenter and ESPN College Gameday theme song really add to the frontend of the game. Unfortunately the commentators are redundant after awhile. A big plus here would been to use Reece Davis, Trev Alberts, & Mark May. I'm glad i purchased this before EA's Ncaa FB2004. I saw the graphics and wasn't that impressed. If your a big college football fan you'll definitely want to add this to your collection. At the current price it's a steal for a diamond in the rough!

I loved ncaa football even when i was just looking at the case.
I was afrade I wouldn't like it, but when i saw the graphics i was in love!I realy can't wait till the next one comes out.That's why I give it a big ten. It is awesome. You should try it.

I have played this game because I really love football and this game rules and when I play this game it makes me feel like I'm in the game for real. I also like this game because I play football myself . NCAA 2K3 is a good game because of the graphs when you play the game and also when I play the game it gives me the feeling that I like.

the college football traditon is not followed as well as it is in ea sports college football but it is fun for the the gamers that like football the nebraska cornhusker are good in it unlike ea sportsand that is why i give ncaa college football 2k3 a

This game is the best E.A sports football game. Way better than NCAA Football 2003/NFL 2K3 Belive it when i say it i'm a game freak myself so i should know. I have aleast 10 football games for playstion2 and 10 bakestball games for playstion2.Now let me tell you the graphics of this game they are spectacular the gameplay puts you right in the quarterbacks face mask this is a must have game i sure can't wait till NCAA 2K4 comes see ya.

goleee, the first thing that I have to say is, I have not had an EA sports game that bad in a while. The first thing I have to nag about is, too many controls, it seems like it is not an EA sports game. The best thing about this game is the opening that they have. The espn one. This game was sad. This is just probably not my game. Geeese

i thought this game was great for the xbox. it has some of the best graphics ive ever seen for any football game, let alone college. the espn format is really good just like the real tv channel, and all of the stadiums and even the backrounds around the stadium (such as buildings, trees, the college campus) are all actually based on the real stadiums. legacy mode is the best, you get to choose what your team will work on in the offseason, as in bag drills, gamefilm,tackling, etc. you even get to load your grads onto your nfl 2k3 as rookies when you save your file. overall its a great game

The visual and audio effects are wonderful. I haven't seen a college game with such great options and graphics like NCAA Football 2k3 does it. After playing, it makes me want to go out and play real football. Its a one of a kind mastor.

NCAA football 2k3 is the best collage game to date. With superb graphics, realistic stadiums, play books, players,side lines and not to mention the 3 poles that make you want to play to get your team to Timpeak. But my favorite part of this game is the Create your own school mode. This way you can make your own legacy. People need to go to Sega sports because EA has nothing to offer at this quality.

I have NCAA 2K3 on the Gamecube and its the best game that I have. When I first started playing I thought that the controls were a little on the hard side, but by half time I had everything figured out. This has to be the best sports game of the year. NCAA 2K3 looks so real, you can see the cheerleaders in the back jumping up and down, you have people in event staff coats in the back ground to make sure the fans will not get out of hand(lol). Just when you think that sport games couldn't get no better sega sports proves us wrong well it proved me wrong anyway. The hits looks so real, as well as the pump facks, the fake hand offs, and the catches. I would pick this game over NCAA EA sports, any day of the week. The only bad thing about this game is that the person that you are playing against can see your plays, but thats the only flaw. From a scale of one to ten I gave this game a nine, and the only reason why I didn't give it a ten is for the fact that you can see the other teams plays if you look at their side of the screen enjoy the game. PEACE..........

Sega Sports has done it again... Like usual theyv'e knocked EA out of the box. This game is great and realistic. One of the biggest things is on defense you can use the R2 button to pull out and see the whole field (EA only lets you do it on offense). The graphics are extremely superb and realistic. The players move and look like college atheletes. College atheletes seem to be faster and hit harder very seldom do you see someone get "rapped up". The big flaw is on the defensive play calling as far as coverage is concerned you will never have enough time to look through them to find the best one for the situation. Also the guide to understanding them doesn't match the tutorial. This has gotten me burnt on a few occasions. This game is awesome and EA better get it together because I believe that the only reason they are so popular is because people are so used to the maddens' and the like. If people would give Sega Sports a chance I think EA would be in trouble. SEGA FOR LIFE

I bought the game for PS2 a few days back. I've been addicted to it ever since. The game is tremendous with all the high quality graphics, fast moving plays and features.
The only downfall I noticed is that the commentators are horrible! They repeat a lot of the same phrases, very boring and mono-tone voices. It's better if you turn down the TV and jam out to some heavy metal while you're playing. :-)
Anyhow, I highly recommend the game if you're big into college football.
