Fireblade by Midway should get an E for Efort. I enjoy pilot/action games and think that Fireblade is a decent attempt to experince helicopter combat. Although it's very archade based it gives you a feeling of how manuverable and deadly a stealth capable chopper is. The controls are a little frustrating at times, it mainly has to do with the anolog sticks being reversed. Although you can invert the controles you are not given the option to change much else. Other flying and combat game take health a reloading wepons much more serious Fireblade makes it easy find missile and health from destroyed enemies. All you have to do is fly over the spot where you killed an enemy, it is a little difficult to tell the difference between enemies and health and wepond with the thermo heat vision on. Fire blade is a good game and should be givin a chance by anyone who loves blowing stuff up.

The game is good if you prefer stratigic solo blasting. The only difficultiy is the analogue controls since the left stick moves the chopper and the other straffs while swinging the chopper all over the place. Without previous training your practically cannon fodder. The other let down is the distance where you can travel outside the screen before the base commados "request" that you return to the combat zone. If Fireblade is ever to become a better game then the creators should make the aircombat and flying area more extensive/detailed. I recommend this game only if you love blasting those digital zoids to gameplay bits.

This game is one of the best top notch air to ground and some air to air combat games ive ever played this game is a bit shaggy with how you run into a building or something and bounce off it but the graphics are 2 thumbs up for me the missions are fairly hard but that is a good thing the game is also short but that doesnt make it any different from any other games if anyone has played nuclear/soviet strike for the playstation and liked it you gonna want to play this...

graphics are good not mind blowing i spent my time firing missiles at a guy on a motorbike...no mercy, the enemy ai is great i really loved the weapon choice overall get this game for the missions alone there difficult at times and when you get the cheats u can have a bigger laugh when u dispatch ur enemy or friend (us style)
