Well do not get me wrong here, this is da best game ever! although it could be fixed up a bit! The scenery is great, i like how ur main character actually talks and stuff too, it is just better that when he talks cuz ya got a better idea of who u are in the game! but...... The damn cops are just to damn difficult! One thing wrong and there are the cops as usual beat'in the $hit out of ya! it gets way too annoying! But overall, it rocks!

This is the best game on playstation 2 yet, you can do so much on this game and I like the helicopter and the seaplane idea, that was so sweet. Anyone who has a playstation 2 and does not have this game should get it it's very cool.

I think GTA3 is cool beacuse there is mo peds, other criminals, dirtbikes, safehouses and helicopters. You can also get food, go into malls, (put on a cheat so your car can drive on water), its really fun, especially all those melee weapons like swords, chainsaws and hammers. For ratings, the graphics i would give it an 8, because their hands are always stuck in one position, gameplay i would give it a 10, and Missions i would give it a 9

I like the game really much. It is the best game I ever played, but one thing you should include in the game is (PUTTING 2 OR MORE PLAYERS IN IT) Like if you do that in the next game that would be the best thing that it would happen to it. Example: if you had more than one players then you could go and play aganist each other, driving cars around the city, shothing in each other. That is what I think would be the best new thing that would happen in the GTA series. So if you like the fans satisfied, you should do this thing and make us want it even more! THANK YOU. I HOPE YOU DO THIS.

Finally its here GTA vice city is here and it is a lot hotter then GTA3 Which was great. I mean all the missions job chances and other stuff. Don't wanna do missions fine then go kill people, steal stuff cause trouble, play with cheats, buy places and things, steal cars and a whole lat more. GTA VC IS the best Game ever Period.

This game is seriously the best game I ever played, the graphics are amazing, everything looks so real. Every little thing that Rockstar Games changed in Vice City from GTA 3, are really fun, like shooting out your tires, the new cars like the motorcycles, the 80's surroundings, the weapons, and the crime bosses. The story line is also very good, how you start out as a nobody,a and then you go to a huge crime boss when you buy The Malibu club, and Diez's mansion. I highly recomend this game, it's really fun, and its not as bad, as they say it is on TV, you can pick up hookers, but u can't see anything. LOL

Then what r u waitting for go out and buy the game. Everything is better than before, more cars, more weapons and the opportunity to fly over the city with chopers and seaplanes do u need more?...u do? than what about producing your own porno movie; owning a strip club or a rent-a-car. if it's not enough than u better ask permission to your parents to play with your sister's barbie. Probably the best and the most opened minded game i've ever played for a long time P.S-keep up the good work

Grand Theft auto:Vice City is genius because you can do almost anything you can think of, Someone said it would be cool if you could go and rob houses but I dont think you would wanna wait for an even longer loading time in the beginning for every single house in the game (unless for some of you die hard fans), but the Idea of peddlebikes and skateboards is cool Overall this game doesnt need much mor improvement except online Gameplay with missions that you can only play online and co-op with unlimited chaos lol.I thought the Toy Helicopter mission was stupid it was hard as hell to control the copter and it was slow too. Great that u can chop people up with it.. Well here are my ratings

You can go in the Vice City Mall and if you go to a Food coart you will see the pink thing go in it and you will eat some food that will give you health or if you go to a store you can bite up / kill the clurck and your wanted level will raise too two and, and if your game came's with a map you can see the North Point Mall, the ammu-nation place will have bitter guns, the tooled up will have bitter tools, Thank you! The new Grand Theft Auto is almost exactly like #3 of the series. It's got everything that 3 had, only a few more additions. You get a few extra (cooler) weapons, a few surprises in the automobile department (motorcycles, even hellicopters you can fly). Also, it seems that Vice City has more of a pulse than Liberty City from GTA3. Liberty City was a little too plain and...well...boring. Vice City graces us with a cool 80's feel...lots of flashy neon lights, and you can even go into some shopping areas, malls, night club, strip clubs, stores... you name it. Well, I've pretty much pointed out it's strengths...which would pretty much be the entire dang thing! The only weakness...(and by weakness I mean a struggle for the first month or so) would be the controls. If you're in a heated battle between the authorities or even civilians... it can be somewhat of a difficulty to control your character and to be able to fight people off. ...Or maybe it's just that the game isn't that easy. Enough rambling, I wish I was allowed to review this with a few sentences...cause thats all that it needs. If you've played Grand Theft Auto 3, enjoyed it...and got a craving for some more of the same dang thing...then Vice City has your name written alllllllllll over it.

i think this is the funest gamei played but i think they should have worked harder,cause when i drive casue i am stuck on a mission or want to ride on a motorcycle i get stuck in trees,and i think they shoud add 2 players,like where its a mortle combat game just u get guns and hide from each other and u can get 2 guns at a time like pistles,shotguns,uzies,swords,knifes,and u could do side flips, back, flips, (rolls on the grond at any time) skating,

GTA: Vice City is the, in my oppinion, the best game ever made. Anyone who has ever played Driver 1 or 2 should seriously consider throwing the game away and buying GTA: Vice City. With much better graphics and features than GTA 1 and 2 and all of the Driver games this game deserves a 10. The only thing I disliked about the game is that it lowered my GPA from a 3.7 to a 3.0, but besides that anyone who hasn't played it should definatly go buy it, its worth the money!

This game signifies the future of gaming and what to expect as the norm in terms of game size. Past great hits like FF7 and even classics like Zelda, all have one thing in common, depth. Vice city offers exactly this along with a very high fun factor rating to make it a great gaming experience. The graphics are amazing considering the scale of the living environment built around you. The playability is great for this game and everything that you need to do to survive can be done with little to no effort. The missions are challenging if you play it straight up, meaning no cheat codes. However, as someone mentioned earlier, the main plot line does disappear and you lose intrest as more time is invested in the game. You often find yourself more involved with the side stories and missions rather then the main story. Although these side missions are great, I would prefer them intertwined with the main and give it a sense of belonging in the game. There are a few downfalls in this game, but none that can even come close to out weighing all the good. I guess it all comes down to this question: is it worth your money? I'd have to say yes...

over all this game gets a 9 1/2. Fantastic game and a must have for any mature gamer.

i love this game with over forty weapons and over a hundered vehicles and this time your not just cruising around in a car thats right this time you will be riding in motor bikes and helicopters and again boats so the hell with walking just jack a car and off to the beach pumoing up the tunes in your car well not your car but the person you stole it off it dosent matter but this game has topped all games before it once and now there just doing it again its great if you want a good christmas preasent get your parents to get you this, merry christmas and happy shooting

This is definitely without a doubt the best thing thats come out since the movie porn and chicken! lol anyways there is NOTHING to complain about in this game...i hear people constantly b*tch about how it's too short....now, if you were smart, then you would notice the depth of this game....from the properties to the packages to the minigames...I dont go around looking for the bad things in games, and if i did i would fine none in this one!

even though I am going to give this game the best rating ever I wont be able to do the game justice with mere words. I know what you are thinking, just some geek who does not see sunlight gets to take out his frustrations on a video game well your wrong, I come from one of the hardest cities in the UK and I can relate to this game, GTA : Vice City is one of the few games that many people will be able to pick up and play right away, the controls are easy to master, the fun is instant and in your face from the start, the work and effort that has went in to making the game is outstanding, little touches like shouting to the cops "GO SHOWER WITH THE GUYS" while you lay down fire on them is sheer genius, the radio stations is like a game itself, I dont think I will ever get bored with this game. Thank you Rockstar for the smiles you have put on me and my friends faces, Thank you

What can I say? I found this game to be very time consuming and fun.
The graphics totally amazed me; the vehicles gave it that extra boost in fun gameplay.
Helicopters? Brilliant! Nothing better than having an aerial police chase - especially using the "Hunter" as a getaway vehicle.
However, I was a bit surprised with the storyline. I didn't really feel there was a primary storyline to this game. Therefore it seemed like none of it made any sense.
The only positive aspect of the storyline for me was that there alot of tension and suspense, also it wasn't as predictable as the GTA3 missions.
Sure there's alot of glitches, but we're talking about an 'enormous' game here, not some "Crash Bandicoot"
I was also disappointed with the loading time at the beginning when the game starts. It seemed like it'd go on forever.
I was fascinated at the idea of being able to buy buildings, and being able to make a fair bit of money by completing the assets.
I was amazingly shocked at the possibility of being able to go to a high class derby.
Hotring, Bloodring, etc...

Grand Theft Auto Vice City is the best game ever made. Sure, after you complete it, it gets boring, but there are so many things to do. Helicopters, Planes, Boats, going inside Buildings, stealing things, robbing stores, i mean the possibilities are endless. Not to mention the music, the music is old skool, but it is awesome. All i do after i have beaten the game is re-start the whole thing over again. I mean the missions on this game are very fun, and i just go and do them all over again. This game is the game of the century, and you should try it out.

The game is great, a little much like GTA3, so I was already a bit bored of it, but plenty of new content and I finished the game anyway. The worst part for me is the radio stations. All the programming is steeped in liberal political propaganda, and in times like these, when I play a game, I would like to escape a little all the politics and noise of real life, not be pummeled with more of it by some geeky game designers that rarely step out of their office. I think they let their ego get away with them. Other then that, a worthy $50 worth of entertainment.

i think they should add multiplayer bigger play area dogs cats peddle bikes skateboards kids. you should also be able to break into houses and rob them on free will. and plus the cops get on you to fast and it should not be so easy to jack people. well thats just some things i woud like to see on the next one! great game as usual rockstar keep rocken the costumers minds.
