even though I am going to give this game the best rating ever I wont be able to do the game justice with mere words. I know what you are thinking, just some geek who does not see sunlight gets to take out his frustrations on a video game well your wrong, I come from one of the hardest cities in the UK and I can relate to this game, GTA : Vice City is one of the few games that many people will be able to pick up and play right away, the controls are easy to master, the fun is instant and in your face from the start, the work and effort that has went in to making the game is outstanding, little touches like shouting to the cops "GO SHOWER WITH THE GUYS" while you lay down fire on them is sheer genius, the radio stations is like a game itself, I dont think I will ever get bored with this game. Thank you Rockstar for the smiles you have put on me and my friends faces, Thank you

This is the best game for PS2 that I have played. It is very hard to describe. The graffics are awsome. The cars are so cool. The cycles are very fast. I like the angle one best. It teaches you not to shoot cops. They will kill you if you do. It has a good collection of missions. They are very challenging. The rock bands have a nice wardrobe. I really like the radio station called Kchat is so cool. I could listen to it all day. I think that thor the viking god is great. I think that the woman in the green shirt is very evil. But overall the game is just so much fun. I do not like the cussing but that is life now days. I think that the life span it great. The motercycles will kill you if you cash them just like in real life. The gang memebers are hard to kill. The vice city cops are evil. This is one of the best games that I have ever played on Ps 2.

This game is great. I never thought Rockstar could come out with a sequal to be compared with gta3, and then Vice City.I admit I was a little overwhelmed when I played it. So much to do,so much to see. You get to do what you want, where you want when you want. I thinkthe gameplay of Vice City is what makes it so popular. No other game(besides the other GTA games) can top the gameplay and quality of thsi game. Though I give this game 10 out of 10, it coulduse some impovemants. Like I think every inch of the game should be accecable as soon as you start the game. I also think a wider variety of cars should be added. There should be at least 500 varieties of vehicles. I would pay 70, 80, even 90 dollars for the next game in the series. In the next 10 or so years, I see GTA 15, 16, 17 and so on still selling millions of copies. Final Fantasy, eat your heart out.

This game is the Bomb so what if you can get hit by bullets through walls and if you get hurt just walken so what I mean deal with it you big babys. Only a few people can beat it in one day that shouldnt make you change your mine about getting it. Its worth every penny ok. Its also got better things then GTA3 like motorcyles, airplanes, helicopters, dirt bikes. Its got good codes like you can float on the water with cars the cars you can get like the sabre turbo the hot ring and the blood ring a hearse awsome looking jeaps the ones with the engine in the back, golf carts in GTA3 you couldn't get any of the things I said I think and the weapons are awsome the chain saw, sword, mini gun like the one in Terminator 2, smoke bombs, grenades you can detinate your self, and all of those reasons and i mean aaaallll of those should make you buy this game its so cool.

Well, i have played GTA 3 and finally got this one. First i was thinking that it was a really shame, oh, but i went to the display menu and selected the trails to off, oh, that was much better, trails are only good when it's raining. Well, if we start to talk about the good things of this game it's hard to end, this is one of those games that you can play as long as you want, and do what you want to do, way better than Driver 1/2 and GTA 3. If some tell ya that GTA 3 is better, don't belive it, because i played all them and the only GTA 3 better than Vice City is the PC Version, where you can even make skins. Just check, in the past GTA series, we can't drive bikes (Even i love more cars than bikes in the real life, but in GTA i prefer the bikes to drive around), and in the past GTA series you can't tune to the best radio station ever: Radio Espantoso.

I just got my game October 28. I bought it at funcoland and they called me and said it would be in a day early. The graphics in the game are perfect. The cars look like real cars. The game first started out kind of confusing but the game is really great. The graphics of the characters are alot better. I have been waiting for this game to come out for 4 months. It is one of th greatest games of all time. The radio stations are set in the 80s. I started the game and Michael Jackson started on the game. Now there are other games trying to be like GTA coming out. I hope they keep making GTA's forever because they will make millions just as they are now. They need to put in a two-player mode in the next one though. Also maybe even more buildings you can enter. This is the greatest game ever and if you dont own it yet. Why havent u bought it yet???

grand theft auto:vice city is the best game ever made when i played this game i fliped out.the graphics were amazing and the sound was outstanding.the character tommy v has attitude and thats what i love about this game.also it takes places in the 8os so the music is great.and the bands that make it great is motley crue slayer ozzy osbourne and list gos on.plus the wonderful thing is if you cant enough of gta vc buy the video SCARFACE and its just like gta vc.this is game is so fun you cant STOP! and the great thing is the missons the missons are action packed and so is this game.dont waste your money some cheap version of gta vc like the getaway go out right know and buy the best game to offer GRAND THEFT AUTO:VICE CITY.you wont regreat it.my name is Dylan and that was my review on

as a more mature gamer i thought i'd seen it all but when you play gto vice city this get's turned on it's head.the sheer size of the game is great when you look at your stat's and see you'v only completed say 28% of the game, after night after night of game play.And the free to roam is fun if you get get stuck on a misson you just get on a bike and thrash it through the city ( just for the hell of it ).As for the life of the game well i'v completed it an still go back to play it for fun. The graphics are smooth and crisp and the radio stations keep you looking for your fave tune.to compair this game to other driveing games is hard, because there is no other game that is a petrol heads dream. how will rock star better this game wee will have to wait an see.Gto just keeps getting better and better and long may they live .

GTA VC is a great follow up to gta 3. There are so many improvements, you can shoot through car windows, shoot out tires, fly helicopters and planes, ride motorbikes and go inside buildings. The graphics are better then gta3 and if u go press start and then go to the display option and turn trails off, the graphics improve dramastically. Although the main storyline missions are shor, to complete the game 100% is gonna take awhile. The reason the story is so short is because the game is so large its much bigger then gta3 and theres more weapons, cars side missions, and you can buy property, i dont think there was much more room for more missions. I do think they should have just put 2 disks so they could have made it longer but then there would be to much changin disks. All in all gta vc is a great game and anyone should buy it.

Shallow, derivative and cynical. All words that describe the trash that Rockstar call a game. (I might as well point out that I live in the city the game was developed in, and many people claim, loosely based on, at least in terms of layout) The only two good things I have to about this game is that it boasts a good soundtrack and the car handling is easy. The rest of the game doesn't fare too well. The graphics are very basic, but that's probably the PS2's fault. The missions themselves were done far better in games like Hitman 2 and Jet Force Gemini. A lot of people like the game seemingly from this fascinaton with crime, which I don't buy into. The gunplay is also terrible, and the lock on system rubbish. Call this a rant if you want but this game is BORING. And that is the worst crime a game can commit.

This game is pretty good, but needs improvement. For example, the faces sucked a$$, and the rest of the games graffix needed to be more smooth, like THE GETAWAY, not so edgy and sharp. The missions were to easy. The game needed more missions with a challenge, like cop land(if you have gotten that far yet). The best part of the game were the insane stunt bonunes. Those rocked. And another good aspect of the game was the size of the city, it was nice and big. The storyline was completely bogus, it was just to stupid for my taste, too bad the graffix were not good enough to make up that mistake. but this is still a rental, if not a purchase. Rent this before you bye it, it may not be worth bying. Personally, I would go with the getaway, the graffix are better, as is the gameplay and the storyline.

this game is almost like GTA3 but in here there is better graphics but they didnt change that much.Well using a bike is good and all those new cars and the helicopter but this game is to easy it didnt take me that much time to past it. Well the next version i think they should have little kids and youngster because in this game all they have is old people and adults also it be good if they have bicycles and people with Dogs ont he street just like you see in real life and he should be able to sleep like show a scene and whenever you turn it up..he wakes up..that will be a perfect game in this game i give a 7 out of 10 oohh an also lol their hands..they suck so i wish they make better graphics and more cars and a longer game.....well the game its ok...its worth it but it could be better..

GTA:VC is a kick ass game, I can't say its not. The missions are fun, the dialogue is killer, but the problem is glitches. I have gone into buildings that you just cant go into. I think Rockstar pushed this game out to early, they could of done alot more on the visual smoothing. I played GTA3 the other day, and the graphics looked cleaner. I just hope GTA4 will be better, and they take pleanty of time to fix the glitches, like the one when you are walking down stairs and whoops you accidently stub your toe!!! what is that all about? Or the those rampages that you have to blow up cars, and then no car even shows up until the last 10 seconds of the rampage. I just think rockstar could of done alot better, if they didnt put it out so rushed, but tahts my opinion.

Play this game for just 15 minutes and you'll understand just how much better it is than any other Ps2 Game out there. That covers everyone but even more for lovers of the GTA series, if you liked GTA 3 you'll friggin piss your pants when you play vice city. New cars, you can jump out of moving cars and in midair, you can shoot people that are in their cars, theres a whole new rang of weapons and even better a vast new city to explore. Remeber when u start to turn off the trails in the options menu their fluckin horible but other than that its amazing. I almost forgot to mention, remember the plane from GTA 3? welllll theres a new plane and its actually flyable for more than 8 seconds with little or no practice. Also an awesome soundtrack with over 70 licsensed songs.

I got ViceCity that next night it came out.I just love it.I am only 12 years old.I know it is Mature.But i just got hooked up on it.I use to play Gta3 but it got kinda boring and it has a big scratch on the back.Anyway back to the most coolest game in the world.The reason I like this game is that you can go inside buildinds,I love the music espeically Emotion and V rock,The real reason is that I get a hot ring racer ang getting all 6 stars and run away from the cops.Graphics are really cool.Same thing with sound,gameplay lifespan funfactor.Oh and one more reason I imagine that I have a wife a kids a brother or sister.
I act that Arnold Schwarzenegger is in the gane.I know that sounds kinda weid.Thanks Rockstars North for making such a tight

Vice City is by far the best $50 I've ever spent! Everyting that they did wrong (not that it's a lot) they fixed in this one and then some. Every character is rendered to perfection, the lighting is beautiful, every car is bad a$$, and the little extras in the game round everything off to a well put together game. The satisfaction that I get when I shoot someones head off through the windsheild, blow out someones' tires, or finding the mini games makes this a great game. Plus, it's really cool running over 100 people to 99 red balloons and all the other 80's songs they put on the sound track. The design of the people, the song list, and the cars make you feel like you're in the age of helmet hair, hot pink, and bad taste. By far this is the best game ever!!!!!!!!

When I started playing, I was in disbelief at the incredible improvements. Everything was more detailed, and the interior locations were a great idea. Going on a mad killing spree in North Point Mall is a blast! The game is awesome! One Suggestion: Make a game arcade in the mall; every mall has one. You know, just throw an air hockey game in there or something as a mini game in a game arcade or be able to go into Mitch Baker's bar and play pool or walk into love fist's studio and listen to them jam or something. Just some extras they could've spent a couple of extra hours on though, no big deal. And even with the guide, I can't seem to find one I keep missing and 1 unique stunt! 98%! The game is still great though and EVERYONE THAT CAN SHOULD GRAB A COPY!

This is the kind of game for people who have no clue what action is. First there is only action when you have 6 stars, you cant run some one over and say "what action". Second the missions are get a package and deliver it here and there, maybe theres like 20 missions where you are supposed to kill someone. Third Graphics are horrible, they also tried to make Graphics realistic when your driving fast and everything gets blurry around you. Fourth very glitchy game. Fifth weopons are horrible, they all do the same things but one shoots faster than the other (exepth the shotgun, flame thrower, and RPG) they could have added a gun with a secondary mode for it. Sixth whats the use of a sniper in the game you cant be stealth. Seventh its not my kind of game.

Overall,I'm still debating on whether I like this or GTA3 better. Yeah you can get helicopters,motorcycles,go in buildings,but soemthing that made 3 good was the environment,the dark and crummy city versus this nice Miami Beach. 3 was dark,it just seemed more fun. Vice City though...if not for the tunes I'd havin given this game a 9.5 if I could. When you can blast a guy in the head with a sniper rifle,then take his car...listen to some Run DMC or some Cutting Crew,drive to your garage,take a cruise around in a helicopter,visit your strip clob you recently bought,then end it all with a nice demolition derby(for those of you who didn't know,wait until 20:00 then go to the front doors of the arena to join an event)you really can't beat that...

Grand Theft auto:Vice City is genius because you can do almost anything you can think of, Someone said it would be cool if you could go and rob houses but I dont think you would wanna wait for an even longer loading time in the beginning for every single house in the game (unless for some of you die hard fans), but the Idea of peddlebikes and skateboards is cool Overall this game doesnt need much mor improvement except online Gameplay with missions that you can only play online and co-op with unlimited chaos lol.I thought the Toy Helicopter mission was stupid it was hard as hell to control the copter and it was slow too. Great that u can chop people up with it.. Well here are my ratings
