smackdown sym is much much better than any of the other smackdown games so far the characters look more realistic on this one.The number of years they let you play sucks and the characters say the same thing to each other over and over again. I feel that the com and myself should be equal.for example the cage match the com climbs way faster than i can it takes a minute just for me to reach the top,by that time im knocked on my butt and he reaches the top like that and the match is over. and another thing i hate how long your person stay down befor they getup oh yeah and you cant create a female wrestler that sucks big time.esp for female wrestler fans. Beyond all that sym is a great game it has awsome graphic and is a great game to play if your bored.

this game is really great im addicted but the season mode kinda sucks and its late ex: shawn micheals didnt come to the NWO in 2003 he came in 2002. also there should be actual beef beetween the wrestlers like on tv ex: the rock and brock lesnar and it needs blood. I have been asking for blood for a while. and another thing the wrestlers dont talk. and finally your character should be able to get injured during a match besides all this the game is excellent.

sm is acool game except alot of the stuff that make it look un real like when the people talk to another superstar you read it rather then them say i love the draft pick at the beginning esp when a superstar gets picked and he doesnt like the owner. I really wanna make my opponent bleed to death more characters like some of the people who arent there any more should be added as well like road dogg he was on one of the old smackdown all your wrestling games should be on ps2.morematch types i wanna create an arena to fight there and have it to become one of the greatest of all timelike wrestle mania 8x that will be so kool i think that it should be more real. alot more people standing around and talking and when you walk into the owners office they say the same thing.i would luv to see tag team partnaz beat each other up after they lose a match. people betraying one another is what i wanna see like tag team partnaz leave their team mate hanging to take a severe beating smackdown sym 8 i mean thumbs up.

Ok, the create-a-wrestler is great, no problems there.There are many match types but they need to be updated (stretcher, elimination chamber, etc.)The graphics are excellent!!Season Mode beats Just Bring It by far.
The people need to be updated as well.There needs to be a better selection of original music.The moves are good, but more would be better.As everyone knows, there is no BLOOD!! That needs to change.There needs to be the Legends of the WWE in this game too.Just my opinion, but all in all, this a great game and I recommend it to any wrestling fan.

This game was very cool with great action and fantastic CAW. But like every other game, there is a bad side to the game like the season mode being only 2 years which is bull $#< remove me > at ! to me. Also no blood which would be awesome if they had in it. Also if they had weaponsto use in a hell in a cell match. Also that they should have the referees in the game not get in the way so much becuase he always does and gets knocked out precisely when I got the pin on the other guy which causes me the match. To also actaully show championship belts during exhibition mode like in Smackdown 1 and 2. Not that now you can only play for the belts in season mode, thats crap. And to have the wrestlers actual entrance themes like Jeff Hardys, Maven etc because the themes that they replace them with really sucks. Also to allow more members into a stable, not just that crap of a trio. Other than those disadvantages, the game had awesome graphics and i give it a score of 7!

First of all I'd like to say to all of the people whining that this person or that person isn't in the game.. the game was made before some of them debuted, and some of them the WWE doesn't have the rights to put in the game... BUT the Create a Wrestler is so well done that if you can't create ANYBODY you decide to put in, well it's just your fault b/c the tools are most definately there as my game roster will attest. The only flaws in this game are
1. No blood
2. No Canadian flags! what's up with this!? As many Canadians as are on the roster and you can't have a Canadian flag??!!
3. Season mode sucks! Only one player? 2 years? what a bunch of crap! Not to mention there's no real change from season to season.
4. Stable limitations. if I want to create a 3 person stable it takes 4 stable slots!! one for the trio and one for each duo! that's crap!
Other then that, I don't have any real complaints, keep up the good work THQ and make the next one even better!

I think smackdown shut your mouth was a great game but needed improvements such as the 2 player season wheres that at or having some weopons in a hell in a cell. Plus this game needed some blood and more outfits. Besides all that i think the game was great, it had really great graphics.

I like the game so much i can't stop playing it, everything is realistic. everything a wrestling fan would ask for.but there should be blood! and j.r and the king should be there and it will be cool if you join in with them in the commentary, or just simmply attack them, you shouls add more characters. and please put Scott Hall in the game and DX. I will give it two thumbs up.

Smackdown SYM is the best game I have played on the PS2. The graphics are awesome, storylines, moves and arenas are totally cool aswell. I never get bored playing it. The sound is brilliant and so too the entrances of the superstars. If SYM is this good imagine what the WWE games will be like in the future to come. I would give Sym a 10/10. Thanks to the people who made the game, you guys rock.

Hmm? were do I start more like were don't I start SYM is gotta be in the top three in the best ever games it's is a relative good game but it's got some like's and dislikes first ill start with the bad new's SYM mouth is missing key, key wrestlers like REY MYSTERIO JR, Jamie Nobel/Nidia and most important off all Da BaD Guy Scott Hall also what's with Stephanie G.M of Smackdown and no Eric Biscoff he was there before Steph, well I know that guy's like golberg & Scott(Bigpoppapump)Steiner weren't around when they made this game it would have been cool to see them in it same with guy's like sting,Jeff Jarret, macho man etc also key matches like elimation chamber, 5 man tag match, 1st blood, and there should be more men in a stable than three like I wold like to extend the n.W.o to a bigger group like in the wCw days well enough of the bad new's now the good it's got over 55 superstars lot's of matches great season great CAW. Overall SYM is a great game and it's a buyer I give it a total of nine out of ten stars can't wait to play Here comes thw pain.

You can stay in the hell in a cell on the out side of the ring that is sweet. the anousers table should be by the titan tron and if you go up to ther table and throw the opponet on the table Jerry"The King" Lawler and Jim"J.R."Ross should get of there chairs and back up and you should be able to take there chairs and the bell ringer dudes to. There should be blood but not fakie. There should be create a entrens were you make the way you walk out. HINT: there should be optoins of walking/running out dirtbikeing out hiting a jump or not doing a trick or not ect. make your own entrens movie downloading yor own music... back to the wrestling. In season or exibitoin you be able to sit with king and j.r. and watch I know that this game was made before rey scott stiner came in that sucks and the heavy weight championship and two seprite tag belts and in exibition you should be able to win belts. in season if you go into the parking lot you should be able get in your limo and go to your hotel and if you dont get back in time you forfit the match and you should be able to be a girl in season and there should be more than two years and you should be the womens championship belt and if your a guy in season you should be able to able to help a chick in a catfight and kiss her like Jeff Hardy and Trish Stratous ect ect ect ect it keeps on goin goin goin goin but I tired its 1:51 am

This Game is god damn good and i must admit that the Graphics have improved drastically after the ever disastrous Just bring it. It features my Fav Triple H and it looks pretty much like him in the game as well.
Bad points--- Even though u hit the superstars with steel chairs, tables, Cage, SuPERSTARS DONT F***** BLEED..I was so f***** dissapointed after that..Uu cant pick shawn in the season mode and that freakin sucks... And hez not wearing his regular outfit..
I hope smackdown 5 here comes the pain include Blood, barbwire, and much more stuffs ...Peace Out...

This game is cool! but i want to write something about the smackdown shut your mouth and next time in smackdown game they should put rey misterio, john cena, sable, funaki, and they should show us the tazz and the micheal cole they should see i mean they shouldn't be indiviual. Also they should here comes the pain and they should put golberg and areana should be very big and we should choose another kinds of arenas and in season mode we should have 2 players because we can be a tag team patner plzzzzzzzz do that 2 players in season mode and the waiting in wwe smackdown shut your mouth i hate that waiting we have to wait to enter the door and when we go to the vip room anytime they should ask us that do u want and title shot or u just came by to see me and last thing if we have 2 belts they should show us 2 belts

this games graphics are great and the story mode is incedible but the create a wrestler mode was almost as bad as smackdown 1 i mean create a wrestler is like one of the most important things in a wrestling game, especially if there is a missing superstar that u need to add to your game for example rey masterio. i am disapointed at the create a wreslt and i hope smackdown 5 does a better job. by the way what the hell is WWE i know they got sued but i mean im losng interest now, an stone cold doesnt wrestle anymore i guess u can put a sock in the WWF, oh wait i mean WWE (give me a break)

I think the game is really very good. I think there should be more kinds of matches like first blood, elimination chamber, etc. And whoever said that they're sick and tired of complaints about rey mysterio not being in the game and elimination chamber, is who im ticked off at. I mean the game was made a month after the elimination chamber, and they should hav it in there because they've got time. And rey mysterio came to the WWE 5 or 6 months before the game was created/made. Maybe in the next Smackdown they could make tag matches in the hell in a cell! But I know it's not that important.

this game is good and all but it should have more wepons like a singapore cane and barbwire,and you should get ladder when ever you want.You know what would be the best.If you can buy a liter back stage and lite wepons and tables on fire.there should be more ecw people in the game too that u have to unlock.they should make a game with all the federations in it.like ecw,wwe,and wcw.there should be blood and lots of it.there should also be barbwire maches.
