THPS4 Is the best 1 yet, the career is like totally better cuz theres no time limit! The goals r a lil harder n it takes longer to finish the career. U can buy 2 locked levels, more options in the create skater, u can unlock more options with cash, and u can even buy cheats! The only thing that sux is they need more cheat options like, perfect rail, perfect manual, and unlimited special. The levels r pretty cool, but i wish they would have brought back sum levels from the past 3. This is a definite got to buy product

This game has changed from Hawk 3 in many ways. First is the fact that the game now has 190 objectives, bigger levels, and the eight player online mode! The games controls are a bit tighter than Hawk 3. That alone has its advadages and disadvadages. Also, the online mode has a glitch; if your dial up service loses contact and you are in a lobby and try to go to a new one, the game will freeze. Other than that, the online mode is great! i like it. it is hard, but once you get used to the controls it is easier. some of the goals are just stupid and impossible. the cheats make it a lot easier, but than it is to easy to beat the game. the levels are really cool and so are the players u can create. i like that u can change the skaters clothes style. overall, it is a really cool game,but frustrating at points. but when you create oyur own park it isnt very good, infact u cant make it very good at all. so just stick with the already made parks.

This game is great. it is easy and fun, except some of the pro scores are hard to get. i think they need to have some even better levels though to make the game that much better. everyone who thinks that this game sucks, you are stupid its awsome. i agree there are some problems with it, but its still cool. one thing that could make it better, is to use more pro skaters and crap. these guys are old, they are in all the tony hawks. we need some new guys. like where is andy Mcdonald. that guy is cool.

For all you people who said the music sucked means that you have never stepped foot on a skateboard. Its a skaters game and so they add skater music. Im sure if you guys ask niceley they might add some geeky Star Wars music to the game so all you nerds who ONLY play video games and don't skate can be happy. As for the game - great, it is hard enough that I have been playing it for 3 weeks straight. MY thumbs are sore and my girlfriend is cranky - sorry guys but some of us do have REAL ones!!!!

There's few things I dont like Such as,1/2 The music Is horrable, And the other half You Play so much IT gets Extremly BORING!!!! I really Dig System Of a down, Im So Glad they used that band. The OTHER Thing Is They only have 1 skate park. I like The rounds But Too Many city rounds.Create a Skate Park Is Really Useless. By the way I Despise The COMBO letter Missions. Overall, The game Has great Missions, 1/2 The music Bites, No variaties On Levels, But Definatly Worth The money.

I just got the new thps 4 game and think its great! It has great graphix and great new levels. But the only problem is i'm to dump and don't have anough time to beet the game. I rely on the cheats to onlock skaters and levels and i can't find any! that really brings down the game for me. I thought the hiddon scaters in thps 3 were awsome and i'm dissapionted in the hiddon ones in this game. all in all this game still rocks but i like grand theft auto vice city better!

A lot of things changes, for those who passes thps3 in 5 hours and think they'll do in this one.. forget it! Harder than the previous one! A lot of modofications brought to the game... LAnd on flat from a vert using R2. Get faster by skitching car. play tennis, baseball. You get goal byb meeting people all over the level.. different goal were added. You can even continue your combo after a vert using R2.. Half of the 190 goal took me at least 30 minutes to achieve..! 10/10

to all of you dissing tony hawk4 is and ass and yall all kiss ass i`ve allready bet the game and it was hard but it dont suppose to be easy da..and if yall had enought time to sit down and get in the game yall would relise it is the best game yet but i do got to amet that tony halk underground does suck.the only thing about it is you can put your photo on your player. thats cool and allso you can go to the old stages on tony halk two or three i forgot which one.

tony hawks underground or bust fagits. dont even try and front on the new $#< remove me > at !. you can almost do anything that u want and the tricks are the best and it dosnt look as fake it has "style". if enyone out there has played this game and thinks the same give me an e mail and we will talk. it is like you are playing in real life because you have to work your way up tp the top. it is a little challenge but if you arnt a loser you can do it simple. I definatly think that THPS gets better with every generation. THPS4 is no exeption. The quality of this game is superb, and the overall gameplay is something for other games to strive for. The only thing that is bothering me about it is the fact that the codes for it arent out yet, and for peaple that work and go to school like myself dont have the time to earn everything, and just want to have ten or fifteen minutes of fun once and a while.

Dude this is an awesome game but i wish it had more cheats like "unlock fmv sequence" and crap like that because the main thing i like about the thps games is the movies. I cant wait to unlock Rodney Mullens video cuz i heard it was better than in thps3. but there is no cheat to unlock it if anyone knows of a code that will do this email me at audioafreak64< remove me > at yahoo.com with this code or any other good codes for this game. thanx dudes

This is an excellent game but it is getting to unrealistic. I mean, come on, who is going to do a Might as Well Jump. Seriously I would take Thrasher or Grind Session over this series any day. I like realism. Keep it real. Not FAKE. Take Thrasher for example. Every trick in there is possible and the speed is just about right. No one is going to land a ten set 20 foot stretch then another ten set in one ollie. Get back to normal.

Everything is good, like the graphics but i beat this game in a week when i first got it, number three took me like a month, you huys really tried hard for this game, but the goals have beenm the same over the past 3 games, i suggest that you get another idea than goals for these kinda games. Anyone whom plays this game knows what i mean!!Theres lots more but i'm not standing here writing this i'm going snow boarding instead!!

tony hawks pro skater is good but things that let me down were that the music really sucked the graphics were okay but my personal opinion was that tony hawks pro skater 4 is ten times better on xbox because the graphics are so good and you can play your own music not some crap that activision put on there so my opinion is that if your going to buy a playstation 2 dont buy an xbox with tony hawk pro skater 4.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 is the game of all games. It is packed with good songs, great graphics, and awesome levels. My favorite skaters are in the game and it also has an awesome little clown that you get when you do a certain amount of goals. The special moves for some people are great too. Karrem Cambell has the kickflip bacflip which is one of the pro specific goals in San Francisco.

I agree w/ Quentin Myers fully. I skate for REAL. It's for fun. I'm not saying the game isn't fun but why do that when you can grab your REAL freakin' skateboard and go outside for REAL and ride your REAL skateboard for REAL! I'm serious! Real skateboarding is a hell lot funner that staring at a TV mashing buttons all day long. All in all though the game is ok, repetitive, but, ok.

this game is amazing ...i love the way they made career mode..you get to interact with the other pro's and do little missions for them. it makes the game a lot more enjoyable ...and the way you can spend you earning money is also a great quality! all in all id say this game is one of the best iv played...and believe me....iv played and i own almost every game and sytem to come out!

I am sorry but most of the people who wrote these revieews must be deaf. The Music is the best yet. I found that spine transfers were Impossible until now. The goals are only easy because A you have cheats on or B because you play it so often that you are already good at It. If so do what it says on the credits and get out and go skate for real! ten out of ten easy.

First I just want to say that it's an awsome game, the music could've been better but it's a matter of taste I guess. The instant replay is a good thing but it would be better if you could rewind it yourself and show it in different angles which you could on thps 3 that's the only thing I really miss in this game otherwise the tphs 4 rules
