the game is overal good. somethings that need improvement is after you play the game a few days the game isnt challenging anymore. if you play with the worst team there is against the lakers on all star you could beat them by 30 points at the most. passing needs to be improved along with 3 point shooting.

this game's passing and dunking needs work, even when the gameplay is at its highest, the players still seem to be moving kinda in slow motion. Besides that the rest of the game is great. the franchise and all its options makes it a great game, but the gameplay should be improved on.

This must be the best basketball game yet! Theres many diferent game modes and options so theres lots to do. The grapchics are great , only the ball looks funny when it´s flying. The sounds are a bit too quiet but they´re mostly good. The players look real and the dunks are great. So go and by this game right now!

This game is by far the best game on the Playstation tha I own. Not only is it the best graphics on a basketball sim that I have ever seen, but for us Australians we do not get to see much NBA basketball so this is as close as it gets. This game rocks hard.

This is one of the worst basketball games. If you want A real Basketball game get NBA Live 2003. NBA 2k3 has better graphic but other than that the game play sucks the dunks sucks, but if you get live the dunks are way better and the game play is much more fun.

this game doesn't have anything wrong with it.The graphics are hot,I love the crossovers,and...dunks, dunks, dunks!!!I tradednba 2k2 to funco land.NBA 2k3 is waaaay better.And its ability to allow you to change player ratings, the game modes are cool, too. and i like the commentary.I give this game a 10 for all those attributes, plus its gameplay. this is definatly a game worth buying.

i wish the passing was quicker and the dunks were cooler but i have to say it is a awesome game. the trading is awesome. I like the franchise mode the best. The street hoops isa lright but i wish there was a 1 on 1, that were be a lot better than two on two. The game is awesome so you people who thinks it sucks must be pretty picky.

NBA 2K3 is slightly better than its predecessor. The added touch of using the ESPN presentation helps add a lot to the overall look of the game. For realism nuts like me, the franchise mode is what really shines. While it seems to lack in actual statistics it does come through with a more accurate portrayal of real NBA salary caps. Plus, the added draft options, like having a real draft lottery and draft day, is surprisingly fun. However, I do agree with most people that the passing is a little off. While I like the players juggling passes, usually they only juggle when the pass would be hard to catch, regular passing is very slow. If perhaps Sega could make it so you can control how fast the pass is maybe that would be better. Also, in the Sega Online Challenge many of the records people say they achieved seems a little far fetched. I consider myself a pretty good player and in 5 minute quarters can score at max 90 points. However, online some people said that they scored 154 3pt in a game. They made 154 3pts in four 5min quarters?!? That seems highly suspicious. However, all together the game is very fun and worth buying.

Even though its a big step from 2k2 it came up short from being perfect. First of all the passing could use some work. They are too slow and in some cases the recipient juggles the ball making no time for quick gameplay strategy. Second comes the updates for the crossovers. They are better but sometimes they can get annoying. Even though these points are true this game provides very honest gameplay.

This is the best Basketball game out there right now. The flow in the game is good and the added moves are impressive. The Season and Fantacy modes have been greatly improved over 2k2. However, the problem I have with this game is that the in game passing is WAY too slow. The players just lob the ball which makes it nearly impossible to penitrate and dish - the defense recovers. If Sega can fix that (back to how 2k2 was) I will give it a 10. All in all, it's a must have though.

This game is pretty good. The only bad thing is that there are lots of dunks to do, but they DONT DO them. They do the same dunks over and over again. The graphics are good. The crossovers are cool. But, they say something about signature moves, couldn't they give Iverson his signature crossover or something? It also has some cool features, like post game shows and other things. The commentary is still goo-stupid like always but im used to it.

This game is stupid. If Vince Carter is on a breakaway, he will do a layup. The graphics aren't any better, and there aren't many options. 2k2 is way better. This game is very disappointing.

it is prretty kool but it kind of gets boring after a while but i say overall it is a pretty good game the graphics are pretty good and so is the gameplay but i would say the best thing is when you get to school your opponets
