Ratchet and Clank is one of the best games i eva bought. It tests ur mind with hard challenges and the graphics are amazing. There is so much to do it lasts u for ages as there are 30 skillpints to get and ten golden weapons aswell as the first 15. The sounds make u feel like your in that place and the weapons are really great. My favourite the Morpho ray. For its value you have to get Ratchet and clank caus it will be the best game u will eva buy.

Ratchet and clank starts out with this cat guy who is stuck on a planet trying to fix his ship. All the guy has is his wrench as a weapon/tool. Then as you play the first level you get your first weapon. it's a bomb glove wich is pretty lame compared to the others. Wich include flamethrower, morpha ray, tesela claw, glove of doom, and many others. The graphics are very good. The sound is just basic background action music. You start out with three basic life bubbles. Later in the game you can get more. I forgot to mention two very important people. The first is clank. A small defective rowbot who can come in handy at times. The other is gagetron. This is actually a company that supplies you with weopns and gadgets. They also give you hints along the way. The bad guys in this game are not that hard to beat. But the bosses can get tuff. When it comes to them it takes more thinking than weopon or skill. This is veary original and lots of fun. But it is pretty long. Over all its a pretty fun game and the weapons, characters, and story line tie all togeather.

While I agree with all the comments about the amazing graphics and the sounds, there is just one source of frustration. I finished the game and beat Drek, then decided to go back and do all the skill points and obtain the Golden Weapons. The Golden Weapons are no big deal, just have to keep gather bolts till you can afford them. HOWEVER, I currently have 28 out of 30 Skill Points and the last 2 are near impossible. In fact it has now put me off the game. If anyone knows the best way to finish the first Hoverboard race in less than 1:35 then I invite you to tell me. Then there is the combinations of tricks you need to do to get the 4500 points on the second hoverboard race. I am so fed up with trying, I put the game away. Even though I like a challenge, there is point where it is no longer fun. I have now played Jak and Daxter 3 times, and while it is still challenging, the end is obtainable. It may be awhile before I revisit Ratchet and Clank.

I reckon its a great game and you always have fun with it. Dreks a bit easy but the Hoverboarding is SWEEEEEEEET. Anyone who DOESN'T like this game is seriously screwed up!. I think that there should have been more levels and mabye in ratchet and clank 2, they should add a level which includes a drive-by racing car level, where you can shoot your opponents. Otherwise a very good job!

ok this is one of the best games i ever bought totally worth the fifty bux i payed for it i am on the last boss and only have 1 more gun to find i think its the ryno but im on drek and its so tuff if sumone can email me a detailed walkthrough for drek it would be greatly appreciated now i will lis t why this game kicks

I am a great fan of insomniac games but I have never seen such a destrutive side of them.Need a gold bolt well then go to the otlantis orbit and get past all the toxic waist go out of the lift turn around and look up there's a tube at the top use the visibomb gun and steer it through the tube and hit the tower and it opens the forcefield by the toxic waste.

For the cheats after you defeat drek and everything...I'm on my second game and all most finished and I still haven't been able to figure out the cheats. they say "go to the goodies screen and perform....." well i go there but it's just a blank screen. How are you suppose to perform these in the "goodies" menu if you cant see what you're doing. Plus when ever I try the combinations, the screen goes away from pressing the triangle button for the moves. I love this game... its an awesome game....but why can't there just be cheats with the buttons to push. I think they could have done a better job on the cheats and they could have made them less confusing. Other than that, its a good game play. It really keeps me busy even though some parts are really tough. Don't give up if you're stuck!!! You'll get it eventually.

Ratchet and Clank is the best adventure game i have ever played. It has been very challenging to find the gold bolts. I love the game so much that I have beaten it 4 times already. once you beat it the first time it's a whole lot easier to beat because you get to keep all your weapons and bolts.Drek is really easy to beat, especially when you have the R.Y.N.O. (Rip you a new one) I think Giant clank was really cool. The hardest level to beat I thought was Veldin becaus if you died you had to go all the way back and you didn't get your bolts or your ammo back.

Man I love this game when I first got it I couldn't stop playing it! I don't know what came over me :) Whem my mommy saw me playin the game she came over and tried to hog it all!!! And when I beat the game for the very 6th time my friend called me a ratchet freak because I beat it so much but hey how can she call me a freak when she plays it 24-7 :-] But the best thing is it's like the total great game in the world! And Goin Commando I'm speechless!

ratchet and clank up your arsinal(three)is a great game because you can get about thirty weapons and once you level them up they all go Boom! My favorit weapon is the plasma storm because it shotes out a huge ball of lightning that zaps evry one within 30 feat.When I first got this game I did not think it was that good butonce you get the more heavy duty weapons the game gets a lot better because you can blow the ****ing $#< remove me > at ! out of stuff.and the vacum gun thingy majiger is tight because you can suck up enemies than shoot them you cant go wrong with that.the plasma whip is cool because when their are fifty eneimes surronding you one hit their dead.when being ratchet you get a bunch of really cool $#< remove me > at !ing gadgets.and the old scool video game thing when youre bein that reitarded double butt chin guy.this game may be kinda of kidish and some people might think its really gay but its got a lot of humor in it thats why i like it

This game is just awesome the best series ever when I first played it I was hooked to it I could't stop playing it. It is such a fun game I have Ratchet and clank 1,2 and 3. I beat ratchet and clank 2 and 3. The graphics are unbelievable. Whoever doesn't like this game I will tear them apart. There are so many cool weapons and gadgets. If you don't have this game you better get it as soon as possible. I used to play the jak and daxter series but then I started playing the ratchet and clank series. I could play this game forever and not get even a little bit bored. When ratchet and clank 3 came out I was desperate for it. This game is unbelieveble. I can't wait till the next ratchet and clank comes out. Ratchet and clank is a must have game.

Ratchet and clank 1 and 3 were absolutely fantastic. Ratchet and Clank 2 got on my nerves because I got really stuck on planet Boldan. Does anyone know how to get past all the space ships without running out of fuel with the glider. (I do not think that is the real name but I do not know what the name for the gadget is). I think Ratchet and Clank 3 is quite funny because of when he turns into one of his enemy aliens with the tyhra guise. The thing I like about Ratchet and Clank 2 is how you get loads and loads of bolts just by running round a desert.
The best thing about Ratchet and Clank 1 is that you can get so many weapons and gadgets to use. I like how you can transform into a giant on all of the Ratchet and Clank series of games.

This is the best game ever!I have 1,2,3 and I have a cheat for each.1 trippytrails wall jump10x,doublejump,hyperstrike,2 snowskin beat the impossible challenge3 double bladed light saber pause the game and enter circle square circle square up down left left.The sound is great.I love the story.Its extremely fun.The graphics are great.And its pretty cheap now.THIS IS A MUST GET GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The ryno is hard to get but I have a fast way to get it.this way is crappy easy and here it is:beat the kalebo 3 race track and get the hologuise and go back to black water city and turn on the hologuise to turn in to a robot.then enter in the race. no racers will be there.go to the big ramp with lots of boxs.use the taunter to break the boxs and wala the boxs will ceap on giving you bolts.

I have had the first Ratchet & Clank for about 3 years now and I thought that was good enough, but since buying Ratchet and Clank Locked & Loaded I cant stop playing it. It is sending me google eyed from the amount of time I play on it. The graphics are amazing, and so are the weapons. My favourite weapon is the Zodiac, because it is so destructive that you can blow the hell out of stuff. I have completed the game but am stuck on the giant monster on the first misson (you do not have to destroy this to complete the game). The controls for this game take a bit of getting used to but you soon learn. I only had the game last week and have completed it twice. I only got through it so quick because I play it about seven hours a day! The monsters on the game are quite tough to destroy. I like destroying the giant robot on planet Snivelak. The main thing i like about it is that you can get up to 20x more bolts when you complete the game. I thought killing the mutated protopet was pretty tough. When I finished the game once, it said its dificulty would improve and get harder, but i felt it was getting easier. It may have been because I had allready finished it once.

Ratchet and clank is without a doubt a brilliant game the best bit I thought was the bit where you slingshot that robot man to open the door and the bit where you can smash up the megacorp store and finnaly the bit you grind down the railing so all in all even though I haven't got number three I want number four and if they do I hope there's even more challenges along the way if you think you've got any ideas about this longing ratchet and clank for why don't you explain? I have almost compleated the game I have looked on nearly every cheat website and still haven't found any good cheats there all about skill points aint they and I massivly adore the faverite weapon of mine the zodiak lots of peoples favorits I abliterated the entire feld with a couple of shots.

I only got Ratchet&Clank Going Comando about a week or two ago, and i'm only aloud playing a little bit a week, but i've already gotten about 50 hours down on it! Who ever does not like this game... their crazy!!! you should see how many bolts, weapons, armour, gadgets and items i have, there is a lot out there. If you've fought the mutated protopet you will how stuck i am. I can't find enough bolts to buy a zodiac gun to take out that stupid mutated protopet. If you have any info on how to help me please e-mail me at kool_brother< remove me > at hotmail.com! And if you have any info on other levels, cheats or ways to upgrade quickly just e-mail me at the same adress. And also if you have any info on how to get loads more bolts i'd appreciate some help.

I know most of the other rewiews might be a bit better than mine but i have to say normailly the hardness was in the middle for me. I have completed the game several times and wonder if it is worth playing it again. It was a really good game.At first I didn't know what to do (my brother when on the web to search for cheats) and I feel that alot of my friends have trouble to. All summed up It is a really go and a MUST!!!! have game, I have to admit it took me quite a while to work out how to do stuff like the monster protopet, I got a review from this site that a good way was the zodiac. So now after two weeks I have every skill point, every cheat and code, and I have completed everything (with a bit of help. So I say It is a mu tto have game

i really thought this game was easy it took me a whole of 3 days to finish it but i have to admit it was a bit more complicated than spyro i always youst to to play that but now im over the games they just bore me now and a good hint for ratchet and clank 3 up your arsenal is dont always look forward look back you will find hidden places all the levels are pretty much the same all you have to do is youse your brain its all a mind game you have to save up the screws so you can buy weapons and ammo if you gont there is no way in hell you are going to stay in one piece during the game.HEY I SHOULD KNOW I FINISHED THE GAME AND NOW I WISH THERE WILL BE A MORE CHALLENGING RACHET AND CLANK SERIES SO OTHERS AND MYSELF WILL ENJOY IT MORE BYE

rachet and clank locked and loaded is a brilliant platform game (2003) and i feel that the whole world should know its darkest secrets. And by that i mean staehc!!! Firstly the other way to get to the museum is to set your ps2's ttime to about just before 4:00 am and go to boldan silver city i think. then continue through and when you go to the crossroads were the red guy is take a left then go to the fountain in the middle and jump to the top and then you shou;d see a teleport thing you are standing on. when th time gets to 4:00 it will say press tiangle to go to musuem. then wlk along fight the elite squad guarding the enrance and your off. the game is brilliant but could use something more original like you have o save that new girl in locked and loaded form a reaminated drek who can possess people like mr.fizzwiget. if any one likes my idea post it on here. peace out!!!!
