this is one of the best games i have ever played in a long time it took me about two weeks to beat (with my cosions help) the challeng is great being able to dual or have army against army that is one thing i really loved this game rocks!!!!!!! forty two playable charecters, there is a good dlitch i learned to play expert difficulty while the com is realy at novice what u do is start a game on expert kill about five enemies, save and exit the game change the difficulty to novice then start a new game kill about 5 or so mor enemies, do a spft reset bye pushing select and start at the same time, the load ur orriganel game. the computer will still think its on expert but will really be at novice level. i have goten almost every item and have all but the last sadell. extrem mode was a work of genius, although it could be better. how u ask? i will tell u it could be better by allowing you to be able to have the same states as your charecter did in legend mode or at least be able to use all the idems u have. there is also one other thing if you could keep the items you win in xtream mode for legend mode.

Fu Xi, and Na Wa are lost. The weapon point thing sucks. The character have bad voice. The movies sucks. Opening sucks. 10th weapon sucks. 11th weapon is almost impossible to get. Its horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The new character are horrible except Zhou Tai. The element orb $#< remove me > at ! is horrible. Why cant the element be on the 10th or 11th weapon. The music is much worst then DW3. I wouldnt buy this if i were you. Its just absolutely horrible. Sun Ce and his pop is just dumb. A grown man dont call his dad pop especially in battle. If i was fighting him in real life and he called his dad pop in battle i'll probably break down laughing at him. Lu Bu is a pussy in this one cuz he's so easy to beat. I play hard mode and beat him easily with just a 9th lvl weapon. Meng Huo is still as slow as ever and Zhu Rong got an outfit change. What happen to her sexy outfit before. Dong Zhuo got too much stuff from Dian Chan. Feel sorry for her. Guan Yu is alrite in this one same with Zhao Yun. The other character are bad. What happen to Xiahou Dun's eyepatch. That makes him look ghetto and instead he use a cloth.

DW4 is definietly an imporvement upon DW3 but they did hurt the game too. Pros- Added three more characters. Dueling system is awesome. Levels look cooler and are larger. Leveling up of weapons adds a nice rpg feel to it. Different costumes is a nice touch. The create a officer or bodyguard is an idea they have finally done. The bodyguards seem stronger and more into the fights with you as they level up. Deeper storyline. Switching characters is cool between levels. Additon of seige enignes is a nice touch. Best of all lubu isn't unbeatable. Cons- Levels are too short. Most kills i ever got was like 500. Thats sad compared to DW3 or DW2. The create an officer feature offers little custumizing. Can't mixup the bodyguard units with male and female. Can't make each BG unit something different like you have eight units make 4 of them bowmen, 2 sword, and 2 spear. Same grahics as the previous DW's. my opinion this is solid. A nice edition to the DW franchise but they need to upgrade the graphics and make the create a officer and BG options more diverse. A must-buy for any DW player.

DW4..i really don't find words when it comes to this game.I loved it when i first played it.I started from DW3 and i still enjoy it.The game is absolutely fabulous.I always wished to have something in ps2 that deals with history.DW is one great find.Thanx to KOIE and team.Thumbs up for you!The character designing is great and also the cg is remarkable.I loved almost all the characters but Zhao yun stands the best.I used to watch my siblings play this game.But i had no idea what exactly the game was about.The chinese names seemed hard to remember and the relation between the characters puzzled me.But i came to know that the game provides a section called 'encyclopedia' which tells you about the characters(generals) based on history.Reading about these people was absolutely fun.i didn't know how an hour flipped from my hands.Now i don'thave any problem remembering their names.I know more about chinese history.Most wonderful of all facts is even the kid of age 4 knows their names.It is for the first time i came across a game which suites for all age groups.

Dynasty Warriors are really fun but a little complicated.For example Bo Wan Po in DW4.You have to lure enemies to traps.Koei games rock Kessen2,DW2,DW3,DW4 including the Xtreme Legeneds and thats all the Koei games I've see.Kessen2 roqs u get to use magic spells and skills.DW2 is almost the same as DW3.DW4 is awesome you get to duel and a lot of new maps, some new officers. Right now my cousin is playing Kesson2 killing all the troops.He used Iron Wall to block enemies magic.Wow he defeated andd officer and also made Xiahou Ba mad.I never played DW2 but has seen ppl play it.I have DW3 and all characters!DW4 I am still working on but just need some characters.My favoite guys and girls are Zhou Yu, Zhuge Liang, Sima Yi, Da Quio, Xiao Quio, Yue Ying, Zhao Yun, definety Lu Bu. I hope if they make DW5 when 1 person is defeated the other player can still play.....Well I hope you will play any of these games or any other games that were made from Koei!Any ppl who want to talk to me about more of Koei games please either msg me on aim,msn!

im a big fan of the dynasty series i own all of them except dynasty kingdoms i just wish you game creaters would change it up a little. like let us create our own kingdom and pick who we want to have join our kingdom. let us pick which way the story line goes give us alittle freedom to choose how the game turns out thats all the game is awsome in most aspects like the fighting and the story lines cool i just wish you could do more and that it was a little closer to real life but still a playstation game you kniow what i mean.ilet us creat our own guy and weapons outfit kingdom king generals and so on down the line let us create our own castle,the defence alies enemies and so on. let us create our own towns and shops stables and so on .you now stuff like this make it as close to the age the game is supposed to take place but let the gamer chose how it looks and turns outi know it sounds like a lot of stuff to put in a game and it problly is but i belive it would make for one of the best games ever made sold and created

Slaughter! Crazy weapons! What else do i have to say? KOEI KICKS THOSE SQUARE ENIX CHUMPS IN DE BOOTY! The dialogue is still a little emberassing though. I mean, COME ON SUN CE, WHAT IS WITH YOU? "Pops"?(whats scary is my sister thinks that is cute) I am looking forward to #5. If they don't make one, i will be very sad : - ( ROTK IS ALSO REALLY KICK_ASS, MYSTIC HEROES TOO, but its all about DW4 BABY!!! Dynasty warriors 4 is the best game ever. You can Make your own fighter and stuff. This game is way beter than the 1st 2nd and 3rd because the gameplay ane other things are beter. I like the way you can start a level on a horse but that is only if you unlock them. I'm telling you this game is the best you got to play it and trust me you will always want to play it. So you got to buy this game if you dont your mising out on all the fun. So dont mis out playing the best game bver. This game is worth the money so you got to get it and I mean you got to if you dont youe mising out in a lot of fun so buy it. Jost to let you know this is not a lie its the best so you got to get it ok. So if you get this game you will never want to stop playing it because it is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont have much more time so I got to say this game is the best and you got to get it and there are the same fighters from the 3rd game so there is not a lot of new fighters. Dynasty Worriors 4 is a great game! If you like high graphic games that are challinging and fun, than you will LOVE Dynasty Worriors 4! Dynasty Worriors 3 is not even close to being better than Dynasty Worriors 4. For sure it is the best game on earth! it is my recamended game of the year!It's the best war-game on earth!The sound is also great to. Sometimes I only play the game so I can listen to the music!Also there are are ALOT of new charictors.The create your own charictor mode is SWEET you can lead that one charictor into any of the seven forces in Musou mode[Story mode].The new costumes you get are also cool.The new way you get new weapons is also ausom because if you'r tired of killing officer after officer you can get exp points by killing any type of warrior and the more you kill the better you do.The challange mode is also more updated than Dynasty Warriors 3 it has 2 new challanges called Bridge Meele and Demolition.The Time attack and Endurance mode are still there but a little bit more updated.

I just love Dynasty Warriors 3 and 4! I am so addictied to it. I've played that game for about 3 years but I never get bored. I think Da Qaio, Xiao Qaio, Diao Chan, Sun Shang Xiang, and Zhen Ji is the best characters for the girls and Zhao Yun, Ma chao, Lu Bu(because he is so powerful)and Jian Wei for the boys. I just love Da Qiao and Xiao Qaio's costumes. Their the cutest! I don't like it when Sun Ce calls his dad POPS because... isn't it embarassing?I would just call my dad by his name during battle. I have Dynasty Warriors 4 and extreme legends. They're both fun. I like Dynasty Warriors 4 better than 3. Well...because I can create my own bodyguards and officers. There are more stages than Dynasty Warriors 3. I couldn't get Dynasty Warriors 3 extreme legends. I couldn't find it. On this japanese comercial, I saw this new game that looks similar to Dynasty Warriors. I think it was called Sengoku Musou in japanese. I don't mknow what it's called in english... but I'm going to buy it when it comes to hawaii.

I think it's a good game but it's a remake of 3 and 2. I thought it would be a different story. The graphics are good but they still have the same moves except for 2 new ones. Another good thing is there are more battle fields and new characters,and costumes. I think they should change the story. I mean they could made a new story and still have a few of the same genrals.I mean I'm glad they made a 4 but they still have the same weapons too! Another thing thats cool is when you jump and press triangle that move is good when you are surrounded. Also now you can play as different armies in musou mode. And the juggernauts they added were cool becuase they spit out flames, the arbalists they added were neat too because they shot out arrows! Another reason I like this game is I can kick some more butt with Guan Yu. This is my opinion, another thing I don't like is playing as Lu Bu because it's just to easy. I like it with a more challenging story line. But I do have to admit the action is still sweet.

I absolutely loved Dynasty Warriors 3 and Xtreme Legends 3! Nothing is better than mowing down hoards of people with my spear or sword! BUT I can't believe that nobody notices the huge flaw in DW4!? Sure, there's better graphics and a few more people. I even like challenging officers to 1 on 1 duels without the rest of the army getting in the way. But in DW3 all the enemies run toward you in huge packs of like 30 or more as soon as you get near them. In 4 you have to get like, 5 feet away b4 enemies even notice you! So, where are those droves of enemies I love? You only get to fight like 10 people at a time. Yes, there are lots of other goodies, and a few more items, but that one flaw messes up the point of the game. More is better! DW3 was a 10, but DW4 is closer to a 6. I would probably give DW4 a 9 or 10 if I never played the third one, because that is my only complaint. And just for the record, Lu Bu is the easiest person to use and combo with, but Zhang Liao is my favorite and the best!!

I love dynasty warriors! It has great graphics. I don't like how, when you hit your horse allies, they don't lose life. But that is basically the only thing I don't like about it. They shouldn't make the elephants see through. The hair should move alot more when you fight. You should be able to use, and have the choice of any weapon/item you want for ANY PERSON at any time in the game. I think the movie graphics could be a little better. I may sound picky ,but if they want to sell more, I think they should have these things in mind when they come out with another game(if they do). If it was my game, I think that you should be in charge of officers at some point as you rise through the ranks like real war times; and work your way to the top. I think you should be able to have a range of clothing; this goes along with more choices of facial features, body formes, weapons, and other decorations when you edit your person(same with body guards). So there you have it! That's my opion.

i LOVE playing the two Qiao sisters! their the best two girls in the game! I agree with New Queen of Wu, the Qiaos r the bomb! i use to like DW3 but then i play the Qiao sisters and they where even better than number three! my fav charcters r ( Da Qiao, Xiao Qiao, Diao Chan, Sun Shaing Zaing, and finally Zhen Ji. this game is really addictive, once u start playing u can't stop. my friends and family tell me that it'll turn my brain to mush but i don't care. this game is drugs! Dynasty Warriors is the best game i ever played( the only game i ever played:) if u haven't ever play this game , U BEEN HOLDING OUT!!! Play this game!!!!!!! My favorite stigde is..... the one that has Da Qiao and Xiao qiao. i have Da Qiao's 10th wepon and all of her clothes but.... i have Xiao Qiao's 9th wepon but i have all of her clothes too. my fav clothes for Da Qiao is the one with the pink bows on her hair and she has a purple skirt. My fav clothes for Xiao Qiao is the one she has in number three but it was red.

This game is Excellent. Dueling adds an extra challenge to an already challenging game. Instead of just getting a new weapon you have to grow your weapons up levels which makes the game more fun. The stages are longer with more people you have to fight.The AI of the officers is better to. Instead of an officer that chases after you only in a certain area, an officer will chase after you much farther, if your low health and the officer catches up to you then your dead meat. Now instead of only having one stage to do,there are Acts,and in each Act there are around three stages so the game will last longer. And this will also help get your officer leveled up to prepare for the next stage. The graphics aren't really much better, and the editing part sucks! When you edit a character or bodyguard you go through about three of four steps and then its over. But overall this game is much better than its predecessors and I would reccommend that anyone should at least try this game out.

Man i been playing Dw since well dw3 came out when my bro rented it and the first 10 min i fell in love so when i heard dw4 was out i was OMG... so i bought it and man its ownz i mean i got my zhou tai maxed man he rocks and kicks ass also the game is rlly fun better graphics though the voices and lip movement eh... and story to short. what they shoulda done si make it so u can make your own dynasty and form your own kingdom in the 3 kingdoms. so i would recamend this game to anyone because its bomb and i love it..im playing it right now. and ive never seen a better dw in history. and if u like the topic alot go find the historical book Romance of the Three Kingdoms its a good book gives you more of the story. but ya koei did a great job and now i heard dw4 xtreme legends is out. and it looks real cool and i hope to get to try it out soon but i wonder if legend mode is like mousou mode hmm maybe be maybe not who cares i heard its gonna be ausome and so cool.

Dynasty Warriors 4, is one of the most challeging games I've ever played. I'm quite new to these Dynasty Warriors games, though I've played Dynasty Tactics (a challaging stategy game based on the same characters, which actually turned me on to DW4 by the way) a couple of times & I've enjoyed it. But after purchasing Dynasty Warriors 4, I've had no regrets -- this game is the only game I play now!
The graphics are cool & sounds are alright, but the game play is awesome. You even get to customize your own characters, as well as your bodyguards... & you can also play with a buddy on 2-player mode! Now with these options - plus many more hidden ones, I can see myself never getting tired of this game (which to me, makes it all worth paying the 50 bucks for), unless a Dynasty Warriors 5 comes out - with even more better graphics & even more challaging Musou modes! But, I really recommend DW4 to any gameplayer who loves a good all-out stategy/fighting game!

Man i rock with lubu i made him have full stats everything iam trying to make him have 11th weapon he has 10th tho i have just about all the harneses i lost my dynasty warriors 4 CD =( on dynastywarriors is the game at least i loaded all my data on to it before the CD got lost i just keep betting all my frineds iam trying to help 1 of my frineds unlock lubu its hard for us both heh i wish it can be better i like the game cause its grafics are the best ever the only thing i dont like is if it is dark in the stage i cant really see like if it is fogy it stinks its fun tho my favirote charcter is lubu and my made my made char is like ma chaos sword he also has about all stats full i bet iam like in the top 25 ppl in the whole world who play this game ( thats just my opion lol ) but i bet it i sometime play dynasty warriors the 1st 1 lol but its still fun i play that and dynasty warriors 3 sometimes ( ok now my fingers are starting to hurt.
