Ok. First of all the graphics are AMAZING!! its the funnest one of the series yet. its kinda hard till you get your 4th weapon beascause 1-3 really suck. i need help finding some life ups, i have only found 1. and if you want a good character go to either Lu Xun, Lei Bei, or Zhao Yun. the battle of fan castle gives you a hell of a lot of expeirience. Its diffrent from the other ones though. the funnest yellow turban map is the yellow turban fortress. this game is da bomb! i love chinese war games and this is by far my favorite. Dynasty Warriors 3 is really good to though.... ya ok um this game is deffinantly recommeded for true gamers.

This game is the best game i ahve ever played and i aint lying. i bought this game for like 4 months ago and i play with it everyday. I still play this game. the graphic and the gameplay is #< remove me > at $!%< remove me > at # bad and i mean it in a good way. i like the new voices unlike the voices from dynasty warrirors 3. It cracks me up. Anyway, this game is now my most favorite game. if this game got a bad review, then those people must be on crack or something. i just hope the next one is as good as this. Gonna go play it now. l8te.

Could use more weapons and be a whole lot harder. Duels are very cheezy. Could use more moves. That's all I can really say negative. The 2 player storymode option is great. Simple yet fun action.
As for a few of you that are bored with the same story and the characters...none of these games were ment for you to play in the first place. As for making up a new story it would be like making up a new bible. This story and these characters are legendary. It would be heresy.

If you are a fan crazy for DW series, I garantee that this will knock your eyes out. It has latest features, like weapon exp., counterattacks, jump charge, even orbs that add elements ( just to name a few). This is the one of the best games for multiplayer and allies. I never get tired of it.

I started to play dynasty warriors series beginned with DW2. This is the best action game I have seen so far. But somehow if there is more stratages it will be much better. Looking forward to see dynasty warriors 5. Don't make LU BU so damn good, instead Zhao Yun is everyone's farvorite. Zhang He is so gay, and that's not true. Create own character was good but add a face to it at the character factory.

WHO SAID KOE must add some new character?The character in this game all exists long ago...If they add their own character the game wont be fun and real.To reach the 10th level for weapon ,you must find it yourself.This has make the game more interesting because it will be boring if we'll get the ultimate weapon so easily...The dynasty warrior 4 ex.legend has released..so buy it and you will feel the game very well if you enjoyed it and do nat make much COMPLEINT about this game..

I played the game, and it rules! First of all, it has the original 39 playable characters. But 3 new characters have been added to the bundle, Cao Ren(Wei), Zhou Tai(Wu) and Yue Ying(Shu). Second, instead of 7-8 levels in Musuo Mode, there are 6 acts, each one with 2-4 levels! Third, new costumes, plus, players can unlock 5 new costumes just by increasing their character's rank, as well as increasing item slots. Fourth, players don't have to find better weapons now. When you beat enemy officers/generals, you gain weapon experience and bodyguard experience. Fifth, there is an Edit Mode, which allows players to create bodyguard units and officers! Cool, eh? And finally(My personal favorite upgrade), new levels have been added, along with challenges, revamped Dynasty Warriors 3(And Xtreme Legends)stages, and multiple Versus Mode choices! My opinion is this is the best Dynasty Warriors game ever!

This game is quite possibly the best combination of an action, strategy and RPG game that has ever existed. The graphics are sweet for such large and numerous levels. The fact that there are over 40 officers keeps this game exciting forever since it would take a LONG time to truly beat the game. Duels add a whole new intensity to conflicts between individual characters and add much more depth to each level than simply going around and killing everyone. The storyline is particularly interesting as it expands from historical fact to numerous "what if"s regarding the fall of the Han dynasty. Not only is there eight completely different campaigns, but also variable endings to most of them. This game is truly addictive and the continuous hunt for hidden and better items is endless. Don't be fooled by the seemingly limited number of characters in the beginning, you will unlock dozens of them within a few hours as well as have to search for hidden ones. There is so much stuff to this game that it is impossible to get everything even by spending hours searching the net. I have only leveled up about half of the characters and I have easily put well over 100 hours into this game. I still have 4 more hidden items to find too! If you buy this game, make sure you aren't going to be busy for the next couple days; you simply can't stop playing this game, especially when you first buy it.

ive layed since dynasty warriors 2 and i think this game is the best game ever my favorite charectors are zhou tai, zhou yu, lu bu, lu xun, and everyone else exept for cao cao and dong zhuo there complete buggers. i have infact comleted this game and think xiao qiao is strangly sexy call mad if you wish but my mates agree with me and cant seem to stop talkin about DW4. if you want any help with the game then E-Mail me and i'll send you help on whatever you need but please spesifyor i can hel i know every thing about the game including how to get the items, harnesses and lv 10 weapons.anyway bak to the game as a little help ill tell you about Lu Bus lv 10 weapon:

This game is pretty good.The cool things like orbs and harnesses
but there are some things that throw it off.The graphics!The DW3
graphics had musou light that actually looked like real light and
the fire was also more easy to see and also the lightning.Also the double musou doesn't do slow motion anymore.I like slow motion!But the new characters are tight!I also like the duels because you can fight an enemy general or officer without interruption from other troops.The new moves are also pretty good.I love the music even though the DW3 had some that were better.And the sounds sound realistic like you are really hurting someone.I like the plot of it being in China and in the Han Dynasty too.The fighting is very good from normal hits to charge combos and also musou attacks.The versus is cool especially the encounter where you fight a friend in the dark.The orbs are the best.Now you don't have to get stuck with one elemental type, but plenty others.The saddles are cool.They help you travel faster on horses and the elephants for rampaging.
You can also look like a real Lu Bu when you put him on a red hare and have his level 7 weapon or higher and that looks really cool in the challenge sequence when it shows you as Lu Bu on a red hare with the real weapon.Overall I say this game is really good and Koei has done a very good job with it.

I have Dynasty Warriors2 and it is the best. so i think that Dynasty warriors4 will be even better so i cant wait for it to come out. the dynasty warriors saga is great it takes you to a hole new level of gameing. dynasty warriors has some very cool charactors. such as for the side of shu kingdom zhao yun a brave officer who gallantly speeds of into battle carrying his long spear no one can rivel his bravery especially when he rides out alone into the midst of the enemy.he is my favorit.you can get dynasty warriors2 for only 20 dollers used or for thirty dollers you can get dynasty warriors3 xtreme legends new.so you should buy it as soon as you can

The Grapics are okay and The music is 10X better than the older version. Also i like creating officers is well and i like the new horses. Also the game is quite complicated but good. May Favourite thing about this game is having a long cooler mousou mode that is quite longer than the old one and the speech is quite different on same looking caracters. i love this game it is the best game in the world i suggest everyone play it even if you don't think of trying i love b/c of all the beautiful graphics and also the nice looking character with nice awsome killing techinques that can be made differently in the cool and amzaing game. try try try try this game to those who haven't try. the first time when i saw it, i thought it was going to be boring but its not; it is soooooooooooooo amzaing and it rocks.my favy character is zhuge liang he is sooo smart and claim i love his mosuo and he himself (look) well his background was also very interesting not much p-ple like him but i do b/c he is like the backbone for shu. his rival is sima yi which is a very evil and awsome man too. i also like practically everyone else except for diao chan, dong zhuo, and zhang jiao they are horrible with their sloww movessss and thats all b/c theres not much to complain in this b-e-a-u-ti-ful game. and its un boring for the most part... every one who had played this game should be amazed by the skills that each charater have. muh muh muh (kisses) to the game and everyone who plays it b/c you all are so great for chosing the one and only great killing game in the world alrite bye.love you all

as i tried DYANSTY WARRIORS 3 and XTREME LEGENS man that was so sweet now i have tried DYANSTY WARRIORS 4 its cool but its kind of hard to get all the charcters but thats fine.the game is cool u can get all the wepons faster and all the other stuff.the graphs are ok the so cool and also i like the music.my best and favouite charcters are mainly the girls but not all of them i only like Da Qiao(MY FAVOURITE)Xiao Qiao,Sun Shaing Xiang,Zein Ji
and Diao Chan.for the boys Jiang Wei(MY FAVOURITE)Ma Chao,Gan Ning and Lu Xun.Oh yeah i forgot to say to the

I love this game!!! You can even create your own officers and bodygaurds! Even though you start out with only 9 people, its easy to unlock more. The soundtrack is a little weird though its a mixture of chinese and rock music. This is a definate have to.

I had never played any games based on Romance of Three Kingdoms. Then I saw an ad in Animerica that changed that. This game is awesome! I'd recomend it to anyone! I see alot of 10 scores for the game. I TOTALLY agree.
Characters:11!
I think people such as these characters are quite an example of how people should think. Except for Cao Cao. For some reason he irks me, and people I know. And these people have personalities, which is something I don't see often.
Fighting:10
The only hole in it is that you can't run after enemy soldiers into the strongholds, so they always have a place to hide and taunt you.
Graphics:9
The graphics on this game irk me. Soldiers appear from nowhere and, maybe you've noticed, Zhou Yu must be a god among men, or something, because when he gets hit with that arrow, he just pulls it out and there's no blood on it or him. But other
than those two holes, the graphics are okeeday.
Sound:10
The soundtrack for this game is great, and I love the end theme, Cross Colors.
Funness:10
Just when I am about to get bored, lo and behold, some enemy officer challenges me to a duel. Heh. He's just asking for it.And then, there is the fact that there are good cutscenes.

Dynasty Warriors in one word is Great!!!!!!!!The graphics could be a pinch better, and yes, the idea of the game is the same.The sound of the game is alot better than DW3, and the gameplay is as always the best.The lifespan is the same as the others, 1 bar for your life, and 1 bar for your mosou, or your power up attack.The fun factor is very good ,no alot better than good, excellent!The orignality is the bestever.The value is worth it,and is sold for $$39.There are mucho grande extras!!!!!!!!!!!!However it will never replace Twisted Metal2, the greatest game in the world.

Well with only 3 new charictors, slightly better graphics and a better Level system than the old version of the game (2 or 3) id say it's lacking in the fundimentals of a sequal. it should have had something COMPLETELY unique, not the dull and lacking charictor creation mode.. If ya ask me it's a great game, but if you own Warriors 3, don't bother

this game has lots of characters , heck , i took a looooooooong time playing this exciting game ! i was totaly amazed by their graphics !damn that lu bu , slaying me was what he did best and quickest in the game but at last , after lots of training , i went back to hu lao gate and kicked his dearie little < remove me > at $s so hard , he kissed the moons ! the interactive character creating seection made my day .
