dynasty warriors 4 is tha best action/rpg game ever made in tha history of games.why do i think this? because 1.tha graphics r killer.2.tha character's really bring personality 2 tha game.and 3. tha game's overall graphics,tha music fits tha situations,and if u have a playstation 2 dw4 shood be tha first game u buy!! now 2 xiahou dun,he is without doubt tha best player in tha game bcuz he starts out with a relatively high bow defense,his weapons r fun cuz tha reach,and tha most characteristic trait about him is his 1 eye.

Some of the major issues/problems I had with the game are the lack of weapons, and graphics. In a way I like the new way of leveling up your weapon. However, I dont like the fact that the weapon doesnt change or you cant find a better weapon. I found that to be a very fun part of the game. Additionally, I dont like how far back the characters are now. It doesnt make me feel as "into" the game as I did in Dynasty Warriors 3. Other then these problems I have with the game, I think they did a great job of adding more to it.

DW4 is not as good as DW3 or DW3 Extreme Legends because the weapons in this game don't have other stats like defense.also, the bow shooting is not as good as DW3 because you can't move it all around while performing musou bow.the graphics are pretty good and the extra fighting moves are nice though and that's what helped this game become a good one.If the koie company (creator of the DW series) were to make a fifth game,I would like it tobe more like the third one but also,the extra fighting moves from the fourth one.

My friend introduced me to Dynasty Warriors 3 at first and i was addicted,I didn't have any problems,I know it's hard for the makers to get the game perfect,so I had no problems with it.
Then for my b-day i got DW4,I havent stopped playing it since,Xiahou Dun was my main character,but....then I tried out Guan Yu and beat the game with Shu,and then I tried it with Ma Chao,and Ma Chao has been my favorite ever since,so I give it a 10/10 in everything,yea I know i'm being corny but it's MY oppinion...Peace Out

The graphics, weapons,attacks,and charcter design is great. But, I don't like the way you have to get a horse. I liked that if you gain ranks you might get a horse in the previous one.The features like edit mode and challange mode are great.And there are so many characters to choose from. You will definately find a favourite( Mine is Zhou Tai). And the speacial combos look really cool!Also, I can't belive that I can't find any cheats.I won't take that off the rating because it makes the game more challenging.

This game is the coolest. I think this should be the game of the year. The graphics were totally good. When I saw it ,I was just like WOW.When I first played it I said to myself I'll never get bored of this game and i've never been bored since. The gameplay is really good. I don't think anything can top it. The games sound has always been good.I don't think it will ever get worse.This game is one of the best games i have ever played. It will take a much more interesting game to make me stop playing this one.

This game is awsome! The AI is much more challenging, the characters look better than ever, and the duels are awsome! But even with all these inprovements, it still seemed like I had played the same enviroments that I played in DW3. Also, I hate the fact that they made my favorite chariters is stupid looking outfits. Like Zhou Yu, who was in full armor in the last game, now looks like he is wearing a toga.
The Bottom Line: Newbys will love this game, but sesoned vets will be left shaking their heads.

This game is the best game i ahve ever played and i aint lying. i bought this game for like 4 months ago and i play with it everyday. I still play this game. the graphic and the gameplay is #< remove me > at $!%< remove me > at # bad and i mean it in a good way. i like the new voices unlike the voices from dynasty warrirors 3. It cracks me up. Anyway, this game is now my most favorite game. if this game got a bad review, then those people must be on crack or something. i just hope the next one is as good as this. Gonna go play it now. l8te.

i think dynasty warriors 4 rocks i love the new dueling system its sweet i used to suck at duels but now im the king at them i also admire the graphics and the levels are amazing they really explain alot about the three kingdoms like the way jiang wei hung zhong and wei yan all used to belong to wei and the weapon experiance thing is classic it saves me from going around around every were searching for get weapons. i defanly suggjest this to anyone who likes sword games or anyone who follows the dw legacy.

DW4 is not that good as it seem.The same people WOW! it could of been better.On top of it they got the same story line WOW!WEE! i could of made a better DW than that.LuBu was killed in DW3 how is he back in stronger.Infact every DW3 warrior was killed.NEXT TIME! try making NEW WARRIORS and a BRAND NEW STORY LINE.ALSO more graphics and make blood or fight on moveing boats.THEY ALSO need better masou AND THEN MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER RANKING GAME OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this game is thee best i ever played. i love the weapon exp. thing. i like it because most people in dw3 prolly rushed right into the 3rd and 4th weapons. i know this b/c i was one of them and i realized that it isnt that fun and may be defined as cheating. another thing i liked is the fact that the mighty lu bu actually has his own musho mode. my only dislike is that there were only 3 new characters. i was hoping for more but o well. the fact that lubu has his own mushu mode makes up for that

this game rules but one of the problems is that ive had it for 5 months now and i still cant find a harness wats wid dat. another problem is that the edit mode isnt very good cos u should get to choose the moves and ther should be more cloths.
the best things about the game r that u can play it for hours tryin to kill hard ppl lik lubu(i still havnt killed him on hulao gate) and the graphics rule i think its the best game i own and i own hundreds of games. this game is definitly worth buyin

The best game yet! Still needs to have the amount of enemies and swarming that was in DW3 XL!!! The best challenge is when you can't even see your player. I can't even choose who I like best in this game because they are all more fun with the new added moves and air attacks. I only think they are missing some of the items from XL like beast harness, musou armor. Only major complaint is when the map toggles to show events when it should only appear as a message not the exact location.

Dynasty warriors 4 is a great game if you like statagy, adventure, fighting game. You can do impossible combos with awsome weapons like Tonfas, cresant blades, etc. But thre onley thing that i disagree with this game is that that put one of the strongest generals in the 5th level, Lu Bu! But if you trian a lot and raise your strength he's no prblem at all. You can choose from 3 forces Wie, Wu, and Shu. Over 40 charactors to choose from and you can win special generals like Lu Bu.

This game is awesome! The graphics are so much better and the music and all of the new features rock. I love all of the new sounds and fighting styles more than ever. but it does have its downfalls. For example: The AI needs alot of working on and you do need to be able to command troops, also the editing sould go into far more detail. But overall I think the creators and designers did a great job, anyways, they can always improve on the next one and there BETTER be a next one! lol.

I loved Dynasty Warriors 4! It has to be one of the best games I have played. It is a lot different from all of the other D.W. games. On this one you can create your own officers, and you can edit your bodyguards. Another cool thing is that you can choose the color of your bodyguards uniforms. One thing I was disappointed in was that you couldn't control the new military vehicles and weapons... you only get to destroy them; it's a fun game though. I highly recommend Dynasty Warriors 4.

the gameplay has improved and the graphics to but the game is really easy (so not like dynasty warriors 3 xtreme legends) i thoughd there was a extra hard mode like in xtreme legends the costumes are beter to and the voices either but it not like i expected i played the most dynasty warriors 2 3 xtreme legends and 4 now but i dont see much improve ment from dynastywarriors 3 to 4 and it is way different i like to search for the weapons and the much items but not i this game to bad :(

I have to admit, DW 4 is the best game that koei has made said aside to kessen 2, jsut because im such a great fan of kessen. The only downfalls in DW4 is the character making.. very poorly made and could be made alot better.. They also need NEW characters bacaus it gets lame when you play the same characters on the same levels with the same story line. they need to creat a whole new storyline and everything else, besides that the game is great and i am absolutely addicted to it..

This game was one of the best and most fun games i have ever played. it was cool with the duels. the new items are also really cool. i really recommend it. i think that with the ability to keep going on your weapon and not just stop at lvl 9 will defenitly make this game better. i think that since you get a $#< remove me > at ! load of experience, you will be alot better as a player, i think they should make the opponents forces a little better though.in other words i think you should get it.

WHO SAID KOE must add some new character?The character in this game all exists long ago...If they add their own character the game wont be fun and real.To reach the 10th level for weapon ,you must find it yourself.This has make the game more interesting because it will be boring if we'll get the ultimate weapon so easily...The dynasty warrior 4 ex.legend has released..so buy it and you will feel the game very well if you enjoyed it and do nat make much COMPLEINT about this game..
