Gave it 10 Stars!!!!!!! |
| Amanda from Detroit, Michigan, USA says (28/Nov/2003): |
this game is off the hook!!! my favorite characters are sesshomaru, demonic inuyasha, and naraku. i like the game b/c of the graphics and the awesome story line. i dont like the fact that demonic inuyasha cant be played in the story mode, but its cool! i also love the picture album in kagome's backpack. i think i remember how to get totosai and demonic inuyasha...
totosai: when u beat the game w/all characters, myoga should give u a message. go to kagome's backpack and beat all the timings// demonic inuyasha: beat the game w/totosai.

It's not good its way better!!!!!!!!!!! |
| Kirara_Fan from USA says (26/Aug/2004): |
Its really fun after the first 2 weeks but after awhile it does get boring. but it is fun tring to get all pictures!! i graghics could be better though but they do look cute like that though. I would Give it A MILLION stars but sadly i can't .But i wish it had it in the english voices cause my parents walk by my room a hear a different language and they give me this weird look IT'S CREEPY!!!!!! I also like you don't have to memorize 500 LITTLE BUTTONS FOR COMBOS ETC.
P.s KIRARA'S THE BEST CHARACTER EVER MADE!!!!
|
pretty good.. |
| Nekome from toronto ontario canada says (13/Oct/2004): |
I LUV THE ANIME INUYASHA!!!!! and the game was almost as good too! wat i really liked was that u dont have to press MILLIONS of buttons to do a combo. everything's really staight forward.
my favourite character is Kagome. i love her spiritual arrow. and demon inuyasha! SOOOOO SWEET! Sango is good too. o, and its really funny when Miroku rubs the girls' butts! ppl might underestimate Shippo cause he's small, but really he's good. he has good combos and sum attacks wont reach him cause he's so short!!!i really do wish that the words were in english, but at least the words r in english. well, anyways, even tho the graphics weren't the greatest and the sound could use sum work, it was still a great game!!!!!!!!

Stet's InuYasha Game Rev. |
| Stetson from USA says (29/May/2003): |
When I first saw the game in Fred Meyer's I really wanted to get it.My mom said no she didn't want to spend $20.00 on a dumb video game I said it wasn't dumb got in the car.I saw it again for $18.94 at Hushgames.com.I bought it waited 20 days and when it got here I played and I loved it.I kept playing it nonstop until I had to go to bed.I finally unlocked all the characters but I still can't find any cheats. To get Inuyasha Demon Unleashed you have to make new records on all of the mini games then you beat Feduel Fairy Tale with Totosia(if you get a bunch of shards but lose you keep the same amount of shards, this works on every character).I think the game is a bit short but I love it!
|
could be better but still awsome |
| ashley from sesshomaru's castle, japan says (31/Aug/2003): |
as some of you have said it helps when your waiting for inuyasha to come back on the air but now since it has that doesn't mean you can't play it. i thought the graphics were good and the voices i'm a true sesshomaru fan and i felt that the voices weren't the real character's voices.but thats just me for those of you who think their parents wouldn't let them get it becuase of suggestive themes thats just becuase miroku likes to touch the girls butt. they don't show it. its just (pat pat) thats all it says. so its good for all ages about 12+ in my opinon and if your weak and get betten up but love to fight this is the game for you. i loved it and i'm sure many others will

inuyasha, best fighting game for ps2 |
| miyu sora from Quincy (MA) United states says (1/Sep/2003): |
I loved it! In my opinion it's fun for all ages. The voices were not the same but the graphics were above average. The main idea of the game is to obtain different characters such as Kogura, Naraku, sango, Shippo etc. There are even two secret characters whom i will not tell you who they are because that would ruin the whole game. I reccomend this game becuase of its plot, originality, and extreme fun!

InuYasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale is one of the best fighting games ever! |
| Rae from USA says (17/Oct/2003): |
When I first saw it in my magazine, I wanted to get it. And when I saw it in the store, I bought it! Its a pretty basic concept.....but that doesn't stop it from being one of the best fighting games ever! I've beaten it, but I still need to get the last two Mystry Characters though. I freaked out every time I got a new character too. It was like, "OMG, Koga! OMG, Sesshomaru! OMG! Miroku!" (lol) Well, that's my review for InuYasha: A feudal Fairy Tale, ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTING GAMES! Thanx and bye!

The game, the fairy tale, the luv story....gotta luv it all...lol |
| SmileZ from Brooklyn, NY says (30/Aug/2003): |
I think that making this game available was the best!!! I luv Inuyasha and all the characters. Naraku has really cool moves but, sesshomaru is the nicest when it comes to fighting. Just like the show ( that is back on t.v. people..a week already..get with the program)..anyway..=)~ the graphics are really great. I think that the game should be continued on PS2. I like the language in Japanese though...use to reading on the bottom of the screen. I have so much fun playing this game..even my nieces and nephew are now hooked. It was great that I found the game for $20 also. So, glad that a game this cool is also a cool price. It actually took me awhile to get through the game too. All fingers and toes up for INUYASHA!!!

What can I say? It's Inu Yasha! |
| Otaku-Chan ^_~ from Saratoga Springs, NY says (4/Sep/2003): |
I just got this game a week ago and I'm hooked! I must say though, if I wasn't such an avid fan, I'd say "this game is cheesy," but I love it! The japanese dialogue is a major plus, concidering that I can't stomach the dubbed voices. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the poisonous bee mini game. It frustrated me to no ends that I can't beat the computer record and get Myoga's reward (which I'm pretty sure is a secret character ^_^). But, all in all, this game rocks!

Don't get Dragonballz:Urtlamite battle 22, Get this game instead! |
| A gamer from Parise,France says (6/Oct/2003): |
This game is raw! Look at all the charricters you can be!. This fighting game acttually has a stroy unlike most other games. Somtimes the srroy's diffrent from the same charrecter. For example: Inuyasha tags up with Kagome to take out Narruku, and in the next sroy, Inyuasha is fighting Narruku alone. Another thing that makes this thing tottally great is that you don't have to use complex combos to use a Speffictic attack. You can just perfrom the Dragon twister and wolf pack by just pressindf Down,Dow, Sqaure. They shuld make another game like this. This should include Misstress centerpede, Birds of parridice, and other demons.

The Best game after beyblade |
| Avril Avila from Toronto, Canada says (6/Nov/2003): |
Inu-Yasha is so cool dude!! I wish I could give it a zillion stars. The grapfics stinks but the fighting is so awsome. You could be all kinds of charaters and they also learn the same moves!! You should buy this game no matter what. So BUY IT, BUY IT. You should also watch the tv show or even read the MANGA comics.

Very Entertaining! |
| Heather from Panama City, Florida says (31/Jan/2004): |
I love this game! The plot goes right along with the story. You start out with two characters to choose from: Inu Yasha and Kagome. With them you have to fight all the different aquaintances and friends from the game. The idea is to get as many shards of the sacred jewel as you can with your character. Once you get your specified amount, you will open up new characters from the anime. This game is repetitive: once you unlock new characters, they must go and battle for their specified amount of shards to unlock more characters. This all happens in the same fashion. In addition to this cycle though, there are mini games that you can play for extra shards, or to beat time limits of passed records in order to unlock a "suprise" Once you unlock all of the characters and get their required amount of shards then you have pretty much finished the game. Besides the mini games, you can listen to each of the characters background music, sound effects, and voices that you have unlocked. You can look at pictures of the characters, and you can listen to and change what they say durring different situations. My favorite part about the game is that they kept the Japanese voices and kanji. That adds to the coolness factor. You can play the game two player but it's limited. I only recommend this to Inu Yasha fans. You will probally be very confused with the interaction between the characters even with the heavy explainations they give. A big minus about the game is that it is very short. If you play it non stop it should not take you very long at all to beat. I'm sure Bandai could have done SOMETHING to make the game longer. I still love it though. 10 Stars :)

Awesome!!! |
| Sesshomaru's Slave from Mississippi, USA says (18/Apr/2003): |
I love the InuYasha anime, and this is just a Heaven-sent gift for all fans of the anime. I play it nonstop, but the only problem is I can't seem to unlock my favorite character, Sesshomaru. I mean, I've done alot, and I have alot of shrds, but Sessy just ain't showing himself. I like the cutscences and how the game switches to an anime screen when your Super Special Attack connects to the opponent. It eventually gets repetitive, but after you get another character, the fun starts all over. If anyone knows how to get Sesshomaru, someone pleaseeeee tell me, it would be so useful so I could tagteam with Inuyasha and whip some butt in 2player mode.

Sit, Boy!: Angela's InuYasha game review. |
| A gamer from New York state, U.S. says (26/Apr/2003): |
This game is awesome. It seems to be really rare, since I've only seen it in one store, and of course bought it right away, being a fan of Inuyasha. The graphics are 2-D, but it's more like the show that way, so I like it. Also, the way the characters move is different, and more unique than that of alot of other fighting games. Every character has his or her own unique style of movement (minus Kagome and Kikyo). I also like the fact that it's not JUST a fighting game, but you can go on a quest, listen to music, view pictures, and play mini-games. I know some people dislike the fact that the game is subtitled, rather than dubbed, but I find it kind of enjoyable to hear the original voice actors, and hear them speak Japanese. One hilarious element to it, besides Inuyasha's voice, is that Miroku actually has a move where he grabs the female characters's ass.. Some technique, huh? (I have yet to figure out that move... I wonder if you can use it on male opponents?). You also can't say the game is too hard or too easy, because you can switch the difficutly levels. However, the game lacks a real story-line, and can get sort of repetitive, so it's not the best game I've ever played. Not to mention that people who haven't seen the show wouldnt really understand the point of the game. All-in-all, I'd give this game a score of 8.

Too cool for words! It rules playstation! |
| Dog Demon from Elgin, Illinois, USA says (19/Jul/2003): |
Inu yasha is an cool show but a game is even better! I think Inu Yasha with the purple clothes is the best of all! The game has almost everyone from the show, at least all the cool people anyways. And the graphics aren't half bad considering it's originaly for playstation one! Inu Yasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale has everything a good game needs; a variety of characters (this game even lets you be the bad guys!), a great adventure/quest, strong opponents, and cool attacks. Hmmmm... it seems Inu Yasha:FFT qualifies for all of those! The game even follows the story. From the begining with Kikiyo to the fight with Naraku. This game deseves a good ten stars! I can only hope they make more Inu Yasha games like this one, or even for other tv shows. Yu Yu Hakusho would, for example, be a good one.

It's the Best thing I ever played! |
| Joanna from San Lorenzo, CA, USA says (17/Aug/2003): |
You know how Inuyasha is so short (They should make it an hour longer)and you can't wait till it's on again! Well if you play this game you won't be so anxious! It's so cool playing as Kikyo and Kagome. Esspecially when your Kagome, sitting Inuyasha!(It's so Kawaii!) Hopefully they will get it for PS2 one day and we can play out the whole show! If you don't like this game you must be a Baka! >=)

InuYasha: More Than A Fairy Tale! |
| Vampyre from The Wolf's Den says (1/Sep/2003): |
As an *AVID* Inuyasha fan, I have to say that this game is awesome. Despite the frustration of the Japanese dialogue, being able to choose what they say is a nice touch. The speacial moves, while limited, are easy to learn and use in combos. And each of the characters have their own set of moves, like Kagome's 'Sit!' for Inuyasha, and Miroku's groping (for the girls). The quest mode changes, and despite the fact that you have to do the same things for all of them, the interaction is really fun.
I *LOVE* this game, and would recommend it to anyone, but it might confuse you if you aren't a fan.
