It's a great game27435

A gamer from USA says (8/Jul/2003):
This is really the game to buy(if you are a fan of InuYasha). I knew it was a fighting game, but when I bought it....it blew me away. My sister(who doesn't play many games at all) was having a blast as Miroku and Kagome. First Miroku couldn't keep his hands off Sango's butt, and Kagome just loved forcing Inuyasha's face to the ground(darn that "sit" command!). We loved the game and loved the Japanese. I hope they make an InuYasha game for PS2(or whatever). Maybe they could make it 2 player, and at times in the game you will have to play as Inuyasha, Kagome(and so on).
Fighting demons, making friends, finding new members in the group(Shippo, Miroku, Sango,Sesshomaru and Koga)(Sessmaru and Koga are only helping so they can fight Naraku or Kagura. And only so many people in your group). Like maybe Sesshomaru won't be the best person for Inuyasha to team with, but you need a strong member for a tough demon. Fight Naraku or his puppet, meet Kikyo, help group members and search for the jewel shards. (and don't forget to protect Kagome! )

inuyasha...what more can I say27251

josh from mt joy pa usa says (6/Jul/2003):
the game is for the playstaion so your not going to get the bump mapping the next gen. con. have so whith that in mind it looks great and the backgrounds' are good. you get to fight with or against your favorite or unfavorite characters with moves corresponding to the shw and manga(miroku's but pat). i would have liked to create a demon or get more less but still important inuyasha characters.the story mode is kind of repetitive and could be done better. i watch inuyasha all the time and am waiting for the new episodes so the game will help ease the pain awail. i'm not a fan of cheats but the game needs them despritely since the ai is either too weak or too strong and the character unlok method is wierd but the game will please inuyasa and fighting game fans alike.(inuyasha's wind scar is not a super special attack and the voices are in japenese).

Inu Yasha ....Demon Dog25854

A gamer from U~S~A says (20/Jun/2003):
(Looking around gaming websites) Hmm they should really have an Inuyash...Hey they have an Inuyasha game coming out?! (Thank you God). What any Inu fan/gamer have always wanted. Inuyasha is a fun game..yeah, yeah, yeah like most reviewers already said, all characters, tag team, and humor. The only thing that sucks(Inu??NEVER!) is that its so short!Hopefully they'll have a game on the PS2 where they have a whole storyline RPG,with character voices in English (i do like the jap. ones)but im used to the eng. the voice matches the person( im weired like that, ever watch an anime saga and then watch a movie that comes out and the characters have all diff voices?! Its not the same...uhh away from the point of the message) Well anyway if you got a couple $$ and wanna play a fighting game solo or with your cuz buy this game, its cool...Plus being Kagome knocking out Inuyasha is fun..uh haha

Best Playstation Game Yet25421

Akashi from Wilmington, NC says (14/Jun/2003):
Inu Yasha has always been my favorite anime, and it's finally got it's own game! The Inu Yasha game is defently worth getting. It has excelent different music for each location/battle. The battles scenes are great. Some of the best fight actions i've seen on the regular playstation since Tekken 3. Each of the charaters have their own unique attacks and gameplay. The game never gets old, each time i play it, it gets better and better. It's highly original and there are tons of charaters to compleate the game as. Inu Yasha: a Feudal Fairy Tale, is easy to understand, but not so easy to beat. The only down side is that it's hard to remember all the different attacks, but that's also the best part. There are so many attacks, and combos that you can use to defeat your enemy.

Captures the hilarity of Inu Yasha25226

Greg from Chicago says (11/Jun/2003):
What makes this title a successful fighting genera game is the simplicity in the gameplay. Instead of making an over complicated fighting system, as seen in DBZ Ultimate Battle 22, Feudal Fairy Tale is easy to control with smooth and entertaining fighting. The game has a variety a modes and the tag team fighting is a nice twist taken from Marvel Vs Capcom. To put it simply the game is just fun to play

#1 InuYasha fan25227

William C. Sapaugh from Knightdale, N.C. says (11/Jun/2003):
This is the best game ever I really like how you can actually play as characters from the show. I love the show and can't get myself away from playing this game, I never miss a episode of InuYasha and anyone else who thinks they are the number one fan can kiss my butt. 'Cause I am the only #1 InuYasha fan and no one else is as much of a fan as I am. Just kidding =) but I still think of myself as the number one fan.

inuyasha kicks butt!24751

kat from indiana,USA says (4/Jun/2003):
I love this game! all the characters use there signature moves from the series. I don't really like the japanese voices, because i'm more used to the english ones from the show.but the story line is right on! it coisides with the show perfectly. the grapics for the scenes are really awesome, especially if your a fan of the anime drawing style. i've had the game for a month now and i can't seem to put it down. it's really fun. just wish i could beat those poison insects! All the characters from the show are in it too. in all this game is a must have.

Stet's InuYasha Game Rev.24337

Stetson from USA says (29/May/2003):
When I first saw the game in Fred Meyer's I really wanted to get it.My mom said no she didn't want to spend $20.00 on a dumb video game I said it wasn't dumb got in the car.I saw it again for $18.94 at Hushgames.com.I bought it waited 20 days and when it got here I played and I loved it.I kept playing it nonstop until I had to go to bed.I finally unlocked all the characters but I still can't find any cheats. To get Inuyasha Demon Unleashed you have to make new records on all of the mini games then you beat Feduel Fairy Tale with Totosia(if you get a bunch of shards but lose you keep the same amount of shards, this works on every character).I think the game is a bit short but I love it!

a great game23804

A gamer from new york, USA says (21/May/2003):
i really enjoyed this game. The fighting engine was nice for a change and the voices were awsome. I liked the fact that the game had a bunch of extra things to unlock which included characters and soundbites, to picture. this game was great. I just wish that they made story mode a little more detailed. Hopefully, they will make a ps2 inuyasha game, and give it the calibut story as dbz budokai!

Inuyasha the half demon23436

shadow says (14/May/2003):
I've recently bought this game and ill tell you what its a really god fighting game. I dont mind that its in japenese but they couldve make the game larger. Its cool that when the characters use their special attack a 3sec cut scene is shown, and the fact that they show Inuyasha in demon form as one of the hidden characters is a good detail for the game. Inuyasha is a good fighting game and if you have some spare change and you are a fan of the series i suggest you to buy it in your local game shop.

Finally a Inu-Yasha Game ^_^.23158

Dee from North Bay, Canada says (10/May/2003):
I just bought the game the other day and even though it's 2D graphics wise, it's still an enjoyable fighting game. There could have maybe been some more playable characters but atleast the ones I like are there, and I love playing it even though I've beaten it a few times already. Some people suggested adding the Thunder Brothers which I don't think is a good idea since they aren't major characters in the show or manga. Also some people complained about the voices being Japanese and wished they had been the American voices. The voice acting was done in Vancouver, Canada and most of the voiceactors are actually Canadian, I just thought I'd point that out. I didn't really mind the japanese voices either, since some fighting game english voices can be somewhat scary. It's definately worth spending the money on to buy it if you're a fan of Inu-Yasha, and you like playing fighting games.

Anime lover of the west23150

AJ from SanDiego California says (9/May/2003):
When I first got this game I didn't expect it to be in japanese, but I didn't mind. However, I would like it better if it wasn't so repetative aon had a better story line. I would definantly not recomend this game unless you've watched the show for a while. I myself was a little confused because I've only watched up to the episode where Koga appears. Any way I loved the game and knocking the Shikon no tama outa' the bad guys. ( and girls)

Love it!22414

ChibiSmokey from Phoenix says (27/Apr/2003):
I was recently dragging my sister around the mall and stepped into a store and to my surprise...found this game. I'm a huge fan of the anime and so of course I had to buy it. When I started playing it I couldn't stop. I missed dinner and moved my whole system into the living room to play all nite. It gets a little repetative but I don't mind. ^___^ I love the fact it's in Japanese (the american voices bug me). It's a great game! and I'm hopin they come out with another soon!

Sit, Boy!: Angela's InuYasha game review.22313

A gamer from New York state, U.S. says (26/Apr/2003):
This game is awesome. It seems to be really rare, since I've only seen it in one store, and of course bought it right away, being a fan of Inuyasha. The graphics are 2-D, but it's more like the show that way, so I like it. Also, the way the characters move is different, and more unique than that of alot of other fighting games. Every character has his or her own unique style of movement (minus Kagome and Kikyo). I also like the fact that it's not JUST a fighting game, but you can go on a quest, listen to music, view pictures, and play mini-games. I know some people dislike the fact that the game is subtitled, rather than dubbed, but I find it kind of enjoyable to hear the original voice actors, and hear them speak Japanese. One hilarious element to it, besides Inuyasha's voice, is that Miroku actually has a move where he grabs the female characters's ass.. Some technique, huh? (I have yet to figure out that move... I wonder if you can use it on male opponents?). You also can't say the game is too hard or too easy, because you can switch the difficutly levels. However, the game lacks a real story-line, and can get sort of repetitive, so it's not the best game I've ever played. Not to mention that people who haven't seen the show wouldnt really understand the point of the game. All-in-all, I'd give this game a score of 8.
