Hulk rocks, but Banner Swallows |

I wasn't expecting much from this game (it was in the bargain bin at Bestbuy $4.99 on sale), so I highly enjoy all the smash and butt kicking action with the Hulk himself.
On the other hand, the Banner missions are awful! Stealth killing is the realm of Metal Gear Solid or Syphon Filter (both do a much better job in this realm), not a game that is meant to be about Marvel's resident tank smasher.
The controls are really sticky, making tough moves even harder to execute, and the sneaky stuff has got me pulling out hairs because they are designed so poorly. If I can find some cheats to skip all the Bruce Banner parts, I might play this to the end. Otherwise, it's Ebay all the way with this disapointing game.

I opened this game and wanted to smash the disc the second i layed eyes on the menu it is that bad..really. First of all he does not look like the hulk. The enemy ai is weak. timmy hate playing puny human bruce banner throws measly punches when timmy throw tank.Overall this game is crap crapetty crap crap!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing can stop the Hulk! Even on the PS2. The Hulk game is the best ever. Even that the Hulk game is not based on the movie, I guess I can still live with the EVENTS AFTER THE FILM. But, I was hoping to see the Leader, or Madman in the movie, but oh well. I think its cool how Universal, and Radical made the Hulk characters cel-shaded. And that is really cool. It really brings the comic book look back. The Hulk has some pretty awsome attacks. My DuelShock never stoped rumbling. The Hulk smash levels are super fun. But in the Bruce Banner levels, he doesn't have attacks (only a roll-attack and a punch) and the stealth missions kind-of suck. Still, graphics are COOL, and the sound is tight.

Sorry, but this game is one of the worst uses of a movie license ever. Too much hype on how cool the game was going to be before it came out, and when it was released there was no delivery. The overall look of the game was pretty cool with the cell shaded effect, but that got on my nerves after about five minutes. The cut scenes and the in game graphics had a way-to-shiny glow to them. In the gameplay department, one word describes it "boring." The Hulk only has about two usefull combos, and a few power moves. Repetition is not what I want with a fifty dollar game. And, repetition is what the developers were trying to save us all from when the put in the "stealthy" Bruce Banner parts, but they failed quite successfully. The camera is always too far from the action to be able to complete a stealth kill, and the "first person view" (if you can call it a proper one), never does what you want it to do. I don't understand how anyone could ever like this game, but I will admit for the first couple of minutes I was impressed. This soon faded to absolute regret when I realized I had spent 50 bucks on a game that I just couldn't relate to. To save the best for last...Hulk is the strongest living thing ever, right? Well if so why does it take him 3 Hulk hits to take down one average everday regular ol' human?
A good rental, or borrow if from a friend, but for Gods' sake do not ever consider buying it.

Nothing can stop Hulk just like in the movie he runs very fast just like in Dragonball GT. And i couldn't believe my eyes how does he jump so high?! Well in de game he jumps also high but not that high like in the movie but it's still great. And i am a big fan of Hulk i am gonna give him a 10!

its a good game the graphics are ok the moves are wicked thers millions of them and there all wicked the rage mode attacks are the best attacks anyway the game is wicked all of it even the levels i have got cheats to the game as well the cheats are wicked as well.

This game is unbeilevibale. I am only ten years old, and I love this game so much, but I don't have it. My friend does, and he showed me this game. That was cool. And I really became crazy about it, so my dad bought me one on ebay. And it should coem on tuseday. the day before my birthday. But me and my friend already stuck on level three. the hulk one of the greatest games of all time thegraphics are amazing the fighting is great their should be more hulk games like this there is alot of enemies to fight which I like and I also liked the bosses my most favorite is ravage when I fought him it was like two hulk's fighting there is alot of great stuff to do in this game so go buy it if you liked the hulk

If only the guys at Marvel would be more choosy when it comes the the Videogame side of thier franchises. This game just doesn't do the comic book hero genre any favors. It's too short, with only 6 serious levels to play through, but numerous mid-level saves to make you feel like you've made progress. The grafics are good without being fantastic and the storyline is non-existant, starting a year after the movie finishes. It's a cheap, if not altogether nasty money spinner made to cash in on the movie, which when compared to other Marvel colaberations like Spiderman or X-men just proves that a great game always comes from good gameplay and not just hype. We could all be playing something better than this.

To start off this game isn't very good because it's just not that much fun. If you are a reader of the comics you might like to see you favorite Hulk nemesis's in a game (with the exception of my favorite The Abomination). Other than that its just an average Beat-em-up. With average graphics. One high point for the game is the Eric Bana voice work witch would be even better had the portion were you play a Bruce wasn't so bad. All you do on those parts in the game is sneak around and hide behind boxes. Doesn't sound so bad? Oh it is because the camera horrible and there's not even a reward for stealth killing someone. There is on thing that saves this game, Boss fights. They can be so much fun like the battle with Half-life you can't touch him because he will drain you energy so you must swing a pipe like a base ball bat and hit him into electric generators. My biggest problem is the continue system you only get three continues per level, and the levels are very long. You'll get to the middle of the level with two continues and die twice and have to start all the way at the beginning. So this game has it's flaws but you should be able to beat it with a weekend rental I just wouldn't recommend buying it. Its not worth the money, because it has no replay value.

This game is not only fun to play but very interactive! you can destroy anything from trains to tanks and beyond! the most fun i've had playing a game for a long time! a little short but very much worth playing! animation is very cool, not to mention the screenplay effects.

I dont like the fact you can't stay in 1st person mode and Would not have bought the game had I known. moving and the controls bite Bad. Over all It Cost Way too Much ! This is not the Game of the Year and Feel that to be a LIE .

this here hulk game is off the hizzle.. i was chillin wit my girl.. right.. and then i was like... we's be needing to get that game once i saw that hizzle on the televizzle... then wen i got the game.. i be borrowin my 2'ce removed younger buddys cousin's best friends x box. once i started playin this gizouse in my hizzouse... i forgot bout mah biatch i played so much... but then i got booted to the curb by her.. but i gots mah hulk so dont need n e one.. that wasnt stylin its a mint game get it

The Hulk is the best game (for me) to date. I rented Hulk from Hollywood Video, and when I got home, I had a SMASHing good time! This game brings back old charaters such as Madman and Leader. And Hulk's attacks are out of this world! Right after 10 min. I said "I MUST have this game!" And it will look good next to my Spiderman game.

The hulk is a great game that has awesome graphics. I could play this game the whole day. It is a very challenging game but that is what makes it the best.I have alot of challenging games but I would say that this is the most challenging of all. This is the Best game EVER!!!!!!!!!!

This is an awesome game its the best of both worlds. It's beat 'em up and and sneak up on 'em. It's my favorite game and the most fun. I love this game and all people who enjoy all games and all adventures. This is definetly gonna bost the Hulk's movie. This game is not too hard or too easy. I think all Hulk fans will love this game.

This Game is off the hook. I played it one time and I cant stop playing it. The Game looks so real when youre playing it.Its kinda like the movie. This is one of the best games I have ever played.The best thing that i like about the game is when he gets mad and turns into the hulk gives me a a rush.When the movie comes out im going to see it with my girl.

This game has all the classic hulk moves, and some new ones. The play is well structured with the hulk, but becomes a bit cumbersome with banner. Some cool bosses are placed in the game, and the watercolor-like shading is dark and artistic. Only problem is the hulk needs more power, anyone who has ever read the comic knows this guy can level a city in minutes. Overall, the best hulk game to date.
