I didn't really like it because it was to short. It didn't compair to 10 at all I would say not to buy it. I really liked ff10.I think that it was kinda dumb that it took the pop singer thing. I like paine, but i like the other people (from 10 better) I just dont think they should have made a sequal. i think they should have made a sequal to ff7!! I think that maybe they should have worked on this one a little bit harder because it wasn't as good as i expected. It is kinda confusing too with shuyen and lenne so if anyone could explain it to me please do.

I'm a big fan of Final Fantacy games. I loved FF X, it was much better than this one. This game is what it is, and Paine says it all the time, it's hard to miss quote one quote "this is too easy". This was the worst 50bucks I ever spent, I should have bought charlie's angels DVD instead, would have been much cheaper. I'll give them the thumbs up for good graphics, thumbs down for weapons, length of game, too easy. I mean the whole game all I did was press "attack". I didnt even have to think to use magic or not because....it's like I could have won this with my eyes closed. They had all this time to make the sequel better...it's like watching T-3 or charlie's angels, it can't get any worse. This game should have been no more than $30. I hope the next one isnt as pathetic as FFX-2. I had no fun playing this, I just finished it for the sake of my 50 bucks, to find the ending was crap.

Ok here is my take on Final Fantasy X-2. Graphics 9, (one off becuse of dubbing) interactive 10, music 11(thats how good it is out of one and ten its eleven) story 7 (because its always diffrent). I really loved the music. Also this game actualy touched me just a bit especialy when 1000 words was played. I love how you can do job classes. I'm and old final fantasy player so i'm used to the whole job class thing. But yeah that did suck when the stroy line came into play. I've been liveing off the faq off the internet. Well this is my opinon.Wanna talk more about e-mail me. ~peace~

i like ffx-2 it was the best game i have ever played even though i didn't finish. it all the good things that has to be in a good game yuna Rikku and paine dressphere and other stuff. at the first time when i saw Paine i thought she was a guy until i realise that she was wearing heal on shoe.But that suks they show like 3 movie. first is at the beginning second is at the thunder plain third is at the end. but it was kool it was the best final fantasy of all the others

Final Fantasy games are my all time favorite for the most part, but X-2 broke ground for a whole new way to play a game. For me change in a game and its proceeders is a positive path to take. Maybe change isn't good for some people, but if you are open-minded to new ideas change should not bother you. The game is based around the story of three girls: Yuna, Rikku, and Paine and their adventures together as sphere hunters. I do agree that the game wasn't the longest, but it does have more satisfaction to it if you try to beat the game without guides or walkthroughs. For one thing the dresssphere function is one of the most unique parts of the game; even though it is more of a game females would enjoy playing, but that doesn't steer me away from it. This function is something you shouldn't want to master because then you've drained most of the uniquity of each charachter away; specializing certain people in certain classes lets you savour the fun of wanting to play it again. Even thought the game may be short it really isn't if you independantly try to beat the game. I gave it a 9 out of 10 only because of the length being short; so far I've played Final Fantasy X 126 hours, but only 44 hours for X-2. I hope this review might help you in your cause.

This is an awesome game even though this is the first FF where you can't switch characters and the dresspheres are a little complicated. The people who think the songstress sucks should get the book of magical dances. It allows you to be immune to magical attacks or the other one allows you to cast anything for ZERO MP. while just beating the game is easy the sidequests like 101 cloister is EXTREMELY HARD but if you get the cat's nip accessory it allows you to do 9999 damage wiht each hit so use a gunner trigger happy level 3 or 4/dice wiht lady luck. The coolest looking dressphere is Paine's dark knight and the best dresspheres are the mascots. Also Rikku's special sphere sucks compared to the other two. What confuses me is that Yuna knew Holy and Flare and Ultima and all her stats were way high in FF 10 but all of a sudden she can't cast those spells and her stats are all the way back to beginner. For people who try to understand why you fight aeons. Complete more missions and pay more attention to the storyline idiots.

any ff games are cool!! 10 for X2!! the gameplay is cool but i think grphics went down jst a bit....and u always xpect a new battle system...the chicks are cool...the garment grids, the dresspeheres are cool 2...the gunner dresspere is jst wird, its awkward to see yuna carrying guns jst like devil my cry star dante!! but its great any rpg fanatic would play this i cant its better than the 1st one yet....for now i'd say the graphics jst went down a bit, coz i havent finished it yet...and i wish somebody could tell me why Squaresoft changed its name 2 Squareenix or sumthin..........i'll give a ten!!!!!

I realy like the game & how there are a bunch of mini games.I don't like how they changed Blitzball which i think is the best thing about Final Fantasy X.In ways its difficult because you have two get the story 100% complete for the good ending, ut the gameplay is pretty easy besides a few hard bosses.I like the New Game plus so you can replay with all your dresspheres & stuff.The Graphics are great & I like the fact that there are songs i think it is one of the best Final Fantay games.Its realy fun because of the mini games & because it is somewhat morefree lance.i also like how they continued the story instead of just ending it without telling the full story, but one thing I would have to to say is bad about the game is that it is shorter then the rest of the games in the Final Fantasy series which I don't like.

I played through it and really enjoyed the story, but the game lacks. It has nothing new location-wise, same places like Bevelle and Luca. I dislike the job changing thing, i prefer 6 to 8 characters with different abilities because it is less tedious to keep track of. And the music sounds like the latest Popstar's album. Yet, the battle system rocks and it follows up the great ff10, so ff fans should buy for storyline value. See, it begins with Yuna singing, which makes no sense, then Rikku and Paine start chasing her and attacking. Its not yuna. Quickly (this game is short), u find out about sphere hunting and the lives of old ff10 characters. Then the game gets darker. It becomes a quest to find "HIM", for he has no name, he is whatever you name him, and a quest to save the planet (again) but this time from Vegnagun. Final Fantasy 10-2 could have been so much better.

FFx-2 definitly brings back the old vesrions of FF. The job system was one of my favorites, but this is a little strange, but overall i liked it. Right now im on chapter 3. The first chapter was kind of gurlish but it gets better. I definitly reccomend this game to anyone who has playedFF-X, because if u payed attention to it, teh ending made sense. FFx-2 isnt as good as ffX, but for some gamers liek myslef, we have been dying to knwo what heppens NEXT, for the last year.
Some good features are... Great Graphics, Quicket Battkle System, Better Yuna, Nice Story
Bad features...kind of gurlish, musics kind of...sissy btu i wa sable to ignore it, too easy, and i didnt really like the fact that u only got to use 3 people

FFX-2 is the best FF game ever. It has non stop fun and action, and it's just the best. It's so good, I can't even start talking about. I'll begen about the missions. Final Fantasy has this new thing where you have to do easy and some no-so-easy missions. Like getting something, looking for someone, or beating someone to the sphere. Plus you get points for getting it done like you get 0.34% which brings you closer to the "Perfect Ending" at the end of the game. FFX-2 brings back old characters from FFX, and you also visit the same places from FFX that have changed alot like Zanarkand Ruins, that they changed it to a theme park. Just plain wrong huh? FFX-2 during battles have something a Dress-sphere, that lets you change "jobs" while at battle. And the costumes have different attacks like Warrior hits hard, White Mage casts Life and Cura. And FFX-2 has the ATB from older FF versions. In case your wondering what ATB means, it means Action Time Battle system. Which the battle is more faster and when your choosing attack, the bad guy will hit you, and you'll lose health points. So overall, FFX-2 has a 10 star on graphics, sound, fun factor and gameplay. So if your ever around this baby, please buy FFX-2 because I've been a gamer for 14 years, and I know that FFX-2 rocks hard.

I would have to say X-2 can be very easy if your just going straight through but if you go for the gold it can be quiet a challenge. Apart from the annoying sidequests (PR, chocobo ranch, cactuar, etc) there is in fact one of the hardest secret bosses in the game. He is Trema underneath Bevelle (with over 999,999 HP!!!!). I've beaten every secret boss from FFVII on up and he still is a challenge. There are only two items to destroy him and I don't have a clue where they are but I'll keep going. I put alot of effort in buying FFX-2 (and all other FF) and by gum Im going to get my moneys worth (all 3 endings). What about you?

I think this game rox! The way to battle rox and it brings bak old memorys of FFX... Im stuk at Besaid trying to find Wakka but ive got my peeps up to lvl 10, so i can own all with my warrior (paine) and my two gunners (yuna, rikku). The way they rebuilt kilika is so awesome! The graffics are only a bit upgraded from ffx but they barely ever have the "good graffic" parts like from ffx but they did have one from the very begging. I luv this game and if possible, could sum1 post something helping me or at least e-mail me...

Alright, I'll admit, this game is about as manly as a purple triangle, as if that really matters. FFX2 is a good game, I suggest that you buy FFX first, just to get the whole feel of it you know? Whether or not you do this is a good addition to Final Fantasy games everywhere it has a good plot, good characters, funny characters, a HIGH difficulty level for those that have little FF experience, okay for the rest,and three HOT chicks as main characters, what else do you need? I gave it an eight, because the game could be better, the music is not so great, the graphics were nice though, however I found the overall flow of the game kind of poor.

right now i am in chapter 5.. and mastered only the white mage/gunner/warrior ..its just to hard to spend repeated amount of time to battling to master the dress spheres.. and is there anything special you do when a chocobo comes into battle? IF SO CAN YOU EMAIL ME AND NOTIFY ME. IM AT ABOUT LEVEL 57 FOR YUNA AT THE BEGINNING OF CHAPTER 5 is that good? this game has many obstacles and difficulties an example of this is that you have to finish the game at 100% to get the special ending. im not into those mini games because i dont get half of it.

Half you people are idiots! most (not all and youl know if im talking about you) of you people like the person who thought yuna would still be a summener LOL! need to get you facts streight! the game isnt about going from point A to point B like ffx was its about playing as much as you want and solving as many mysteries as you can. and if you beet the first 3 chapters in an hour (not possibal maybe 2 hours would be enough time) then your ganna get a crappy ending and i laugh at you HA! now for all you cool people who posted just ignore my disses and e-mail me if you need any help or anything! so peace out to you all.
PS:for the guy who said ff games are all about saving up money and buying good weapons YOUR THE WORST PERSON HERE! ff7 weapons all sucked until the final one witch you cant buy,ff8 HARDLY had a weapon system,ffx was about colecting rare items to make your own ultimat weapon, and the early ff games were really easy and you could ge tthrough most the game with the 1st weapon.

I know I might be a little biased since it is a FF game but, I love this game. I think it's a little girly at the beginning, but I am way to intersted in seeing whether or not it's Tidus. I'm glad they did this, cause the end of FFX pissed me off. I mean, FFVII ended the same way and that kinda ruined the whole games for me. The extreme duress and rage I have felt and the severe emotional damage done due to these damned unexplained endings. I've lived with ambiguous endings to FF games long enough, dammit! Thank you, Square, for finally ending my pain. God, I'm such a loser.
