Recently ffx-2 came out so i rented it. The story line is pretty dry at first but later on it picks up. I would have loved this game more if it was longer...after 4 days of on and off playing i beat it. The better part of that is that you have to do ALL the side quests to truely beat it (i was only at 50% done). The graphics in the game were really impressive also, although i wish there were more. I also liked the songs "Real Emoition" and "1000 Words". The battle system was good, i really liked the fact that its more intense and realistic than some other fianl fantasies.
Over all, i give it a 8 (2 point deducted because Tidus never came back)

I have beaten ffx2 and i love it. the game is not only visually stunning but it encorporates elements from pass ff's. The game starts out kinda east through out chapters 1-3 but really gets harder during chapter 5. Also with the new game plus system it makes it that much more interesting. After totally beating the game and after the credit roll the game will ask you to save your game as new game plus which allows you to starrt a new game with all dresssphere, items, gil, asessories, garment grids, and abilities you collected in the previous game. Which makes it easier than having to find them all over again. ffx2 is truly a game worth the wait.

NOw i have never played this game but just hearing the reviews does not convince me to buy it. final fantasy XI should be way better it always gets better but apperantly this one isnt that good so i guess im just gonna take a break save my money and have my friend beat it and tell me how it is. i love the sphere grid i got so into that in ffX that i set all the spheres in color so i would have one complete sphere of armor and another couple spheres of magic. I collected all the mansters and beat them all in the zoo well i would have to say that ffX has been the best ever. im not gonna play X-2 because i dont wanna be disappointed.

I would have to say X-2 can be very easy if your just going straight through but if you go for the gold it can be quiet a challenge. Apart from the annoying sidequests (PR, chocobo ranch, cactuar, etc) there is in fact one of the hardest secret bosses in the game. He is Trema underneath Bevelle (with over 999,999 HP!!!!). I've beaten every secret boss from FFVII on up and he still is a challenge. There are only two items to destroy him and I don't have a clue where they are but I'll keep going. I put alot of effort in buying FFX-2 (and all other FF) and by gum Im going to get my moneys worth (all 3 endings). What about you?

Are you a fool. Final fantasy x-2 has more cut scenes than any other final fantasy yet. Did you even watch the Commshperes??? If you actually play the entire thing then you will find there are a ton of movie scenes. If you are looking for high-defenition graphic cut scenes, then I suppose you would be right they didn't have a ton, just around an hours worth. Whoever thinks that is just plain dumb. Now in order for you to have access to all the scenes make sure you go to every town in chapters 2 and 3 and physically talk to Shinra. He will then place the Commspheres and you will have access to them on his network.

This is a must have game for any RPG ps2 gamer. A sequel of FFX. I just got the game and ive been playing none stop. Squaresofts graphics is one of the things that makes their games so good. there are only 3 characters to use instead of... i think 7 characters in FFX. they are Yuna, Rikku, and Paine. this game is great with its new battling system. it's fun till u get stuck then u'll have to do the same thhing over and over. even though it gets frustrating sometimes, this game is one of the best game in my opinion.
too bad i got FFX too late and wasn't able to finish it before I bought the sequel Final FantasyX-2.

I havent been able to play that much, only in chapter 2 but i can tell that ffx's graphis are being used over and over...why isnt there any new areas to explore. I enjoy the dress spheres but i cant understand the meaning of the "songdress(or somthing like that)" its useless. This ff is new and refreshing but square could have used a new setting and some good characters...paine is annoying. Well i dont believe there is a problem with the revealing clothing they wear but why cant they have more than 3 party members. Im gonna go play some ffx-2 now..where is a good site for walkthrough in ffx-2? plz message me.

Give me a Classic like Final Fantasy Tactics for PS1. Keep your awesome girly graphics for panty sniffing geeks.

This game, in my opinion, is definitely better than FFX, but not by too much. It tries out many new systems, such as the Dress Spheres, which add variety, and the Chain Attack system, which makes a change from people standing around doing nothing while others are attacking. The CG sequence at the beginning is one of the best and most entertaining one I've ever seen in a game, and the integration of singing into the game, including the singer dress sphere, gives it a much more modern edge. I love the characters Yuna, Rikku and Paine, and their designs and animation sequences are vincredibly realistic.

any ff games are cool!! 10 for X2!! the gameplay is cool but i think grphics went down jst a bit....and u always xpect a new battle system...the chicks are cool...the garment grids, the dresspeheres are cool 2...the gunner dresspere is jst wird, its awkward to see yuna carrying guns jst like devil my cry star dante!! but its great any rpg fanatic would play this i cant its better than the 1st one yet....for now i'd say the graphics jst went down a bit, coz i havent finished it yet...and i wish somebody could tell me why Squaresoft changed its name 2 Squareenix or sumthin..........i'll give a ten!!!!!

For those of you whove played any ff instalments, you will agree that it is pretty freakin awesome, but this one tops it off, althought the 11th instalment is out i prefer whoopin some major butt with three hot chicks. although i am not completely finished i think its the best, is it just me or does paine level up faster than the rest of em. i dont care, hey if you have any suggestions or cheats please email me soon.. or if you have any advice on which items and dresspheres work better. PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , I am only 63% complete so i have a while till i finish, so please give me some ifo soon .

Ok here is my take on Final Fantasy X-2. Graphics 9, (one off becuse of dubbing) interactive 10, music 11(thats how good it is out of one and ten its eleven) story 7 (because its always diffrent). I really loved the music. Also this game actualy touched me just a bit especialy when 1000 words was played. I love how you can do job classes. I'm and old final fantasy player so i'm used to the whole job class thing. But yeah that did suck when the stroy line came into play. I've been liveing off the faq off the internet. Well this is my opinon.Wanna talk more about e-mail me. ~peace~

I know I might be a little biased since it is a FF game but, I love this game. I think it's a little girly at the beginning, but I am way to intersted in seeing whether or not it's Tidus. I'm glad they did this, cause the end of FFX pissed me off. I mean, FFVII ended the same way and that kinda ruined the whole games for me. The extreme duress and rage I have felt and the severe emotional damage done due to these damned unexplained endings. I've lived with ambiguous endings to FF games long enough, dammit! Thank you, Square, for finally ending my pain. God, I'm such a loser.

this is game i felt was really really good if you don't mind being in a charlie's angel state at least the graphics are great besides a few times when yuna's and lenne's fingers are blocks but anyways this whole game has a way of connecting every little piece to another and if you take your time to watch and listen you will understand but there is one thing i did not get about this game how come during the whole game they never said Tidus' name they always called him "HIM" it kinda gets annoying but in the long run its a great game and if you liked ff10 you will luv ff10-2

its not a cheat but a way how to beat an enemy equip 'cat snip' to accerrories put unerring grid on, put gunner mode on and warrior mode, make sure your HP is in the yellow enemy hit your enemy with trigger happy and be prepared to be amazed if that dont work you must have the hardest enemy ever, if that dont work switch to the other grid then press l1 again but press r1 this time and then click x make sure yuna has learnt everything because if she isnt she will not be any match .............. oh and use great whirl attack because that is the coolest dudes and dudets

I like the game and I am female. I have been playing the FF games since I was 11. I love them. I don't think FFX-2 was ment to target just the males in the world. And another thing is that the U.S does not make the FF series Japa does. The battle scenes are way better than anything from oter FF game. The way that your Yuna Paine and Rikku can learn white, black and other magic powers in the game is better than other FF game. Them taking out Blitzball where you can actually play it just wrong! Way wrong! I love Blitzball! But I guess Spear Break is okay for right now.

So far the game is great, the battles are fast, but you can easily see what you are doing. The dress sphere things are cool, but when you are chooosing what one you want enimies can still attack. Also, this is the first ff game I have played where you start out choosing where YOU want to go, none of the linear stuff in ff x. The jumping and climbing work really smooth, except sometimes if you dont press the 'o' button at the right time, Yuna wont jump (she will look like she is going to fall), but its not that bad. I cant wait to play it more today...

I didn't really like it because it was to short. It didn't compair to 10 at all I would say not to buy it. I really liked ff10.I think that it was kinda dumb that it took the pop singer thing. I like paine, but i like the other people (from 10 better) I just dont think they should have made a sequal. i think they should have made a sequal to ff7!! I think that maybe they should have worked on this one a little bit harder because it wasn't as good as i expected. It is kinda confusing too with shuyen and lenne so if anyone could explain it to me please do.

this is one of the awesomest games ever! Great graphics, great gameplay and then yuna and rikku oh yea. I recommend getting this game asap because if you dont then you will miss watching yuna and rikku. so if you wanna watch yuna and rikku BUY THIS GAME!!!!! (and watch for me streaking at the 2010 super bowl) I will throw you down a japanese well and you will die in seven days. lol nah just kidding. Geez why wont you buy this game instead of reading reveiws about it. Its a great game (and also yuna and rikku are what makes it even better) Peace Out!
