I think it broke the scale from one to ten, this should be some great tips for you first go to edit skills and bowmas idem shop when you get there hold R1 and L1 for aleast five sec. then exid out ( keep holding )and your skill bar should go up and when it is at 100% percent every think should be unlocked and all the moves to find out more info on the game vist supercheats.com and that will help you also

they have buu in three forms majin buu,super buu,and kid buu. they have mystic gohan, goten and trunks. goten and trunks can fuse in to gotanks. goku and vegeta can fuse into vegito.they can go to all new super saiyan forms.I think goku can become a super saiyan 3 in this game.you can find the dragonballs easier than the first dragonballz budokai game.they have more beam attacks and their much more powerful then the first game's attacks.they don't have story mode but they have dragon mode and new backrounds. you can information for dragonballz budokai2 on dragonballz.com on the merchandise.

This game is awesome. I miss the story mode but dragonworld kept me busy longer. The graphics are awesome. It actually feels like the show. The atacks are also more explosive.A Kamehameha actually looks like a beam and it doesn't just hit u and u fall down, it is actually realistic to the show and blows up on u. there are some minor problems though. cells voice is always the same (sounds kinda wierd)and they took out android 16,zarbon and dodoria. But i didn't really care about that anyways.Anyone with a ps2 should get this game and if u got a cube, it comes out in the summer of 2004. 2 words, GET IT!

But gohan is off the chain on this game i think i am going to beat it with him. cause i really don't like goku or vegeta. Even doe goku and vegeta is stonger in the game but in the cartoon their not see that's one thing i hate the don't really base it on the cartoon.. But the ssj4.

For all you dragon ballz show lovers this is the perfect game for you. But if you like to fight not the story mode try this cheat. Enter bulmas skill shop repetedly while holding inthe l2 button and exit really quick your skill percentage will go up when you have reached 99% buy a skill and exit. this unlocks all skills. To pick your own skills for your character go to edit skills press x a screen will go up toggle left or right to see diffrent skills. Then exit to duel then pick custom. to use your skills that you picked. The skills you picked while also be on the story mode. Thats all have fun.

This game is off the chain.When you first start the game,click on Dragonworld and while on the first part when the man is talking,press select and r1 and r2 to unlock teen gohan easily.
While in world tournament mode after you win the tournament.When the man says take your prize money,press R3 and L3 to get unlimted zenie.Oh yeah and press R3 and L3 repeatedly.To unlock ss4 for Trunks,Vegeta,and Goku go to badidis space ship and while badidi is talking saying how many people is going to play press square,then o repeatedly in that order.This is the best game and I just told you the best codes.

this game is way better than the first game. it has way better characters,moves,graphics everything about this game is better than the firt budokai.also the story mode is way cool!!i also think it's cool that you can summon shenron the eternal dragon and he can grant you one of three or more wishes.you can also have up to eight players in the world tournament.i think its awsome you can do fusion.i also like the breakthrough capsules that you can get from shenron the eternal dragon. its got tons of characters that you can unlock and you can unlock a special mode called babidies space ship.

this game is very cool plus the charcters are amazing, it has to be the best fighting game i have played it has new features like dragon mode and new levels of supersaiyans with unkown charcters they have taken out dadoria,zarbon and kidgohan but they know have fusion where you can fuse vageta and goku:vageto goku and hercule:gocule goten and trunks:gotenks it realy is the gem in your dragonballz collection it even has majinbuu,superbuu,kidbuu,goten,trunks,dadoria,age19gohan and much more and if you have played the first one you will wiz threw budokai2,ITS DEFFINTELY THE BEST.

I got it for Christmas, It's the best DBZ Game I played so far, I play with Dabura and Kid Buu. I have to try that SS4 Goku code (Just to see if it's real), Everyone I played against is no match for me, my favorite move is "Vanishing Ball",It gives the feeling like I'm doing the Spirit Bomb Attack. The game is cool, I have a big feeling that the next DBZ fighting game will be GT. I don't think the Vogeto code is real, I know the Vegeto code is, I have 98% of my capsule bar filled.
The SS4 code is probably a dud(fake) because Goku became SS4 in the GT Season, not in the Z.

Everything is great besides dragon mode. I mean everything. The graphics, moves, combos, watever its all good. Now dragon mode, I don't know what they were thinking. That is the most boring waste of time i've ever been through, not to mention it IS hard. No movies, or anything, just this game based chutes and ladders type thing where you fight. REALLY kind of corny. Well that's just my opinion as well as many others. I'm sure some do like it, afterall it is different. Otherwise, the game's all good. Really fun, its worth the buy, especially if your a dbz fan!

The game is fantastic it is one of the best games i have ever played on the only bad thing is when you get kobitoshin you cant actually be kabito kai but never mind the z makers have cracked it the game is an all round winner it is far better than the first budokai and all of the other dragonballz games out and super spirit bomb ia absolutley fantastic dont you think my personal favorite though is....final explosion even thouh you kill yourself my favorite charicter is also vegta he is so cool you have to agree with me here it is the best z game ever made

I know how to unlock every one, go to the skill list, and every times bulma appears press tringle button ones, and as soon as she sais good bye quickly press L1,L2,R1,R2(holding it) by doing that over and over again, u ll notice that the percentege number will keep increasing, do that till it gets to a hundred. Trust me Im not bull $#< remove me > at !ing, and u also get many new skills like babidi space ship, will be able to unlock all types of skills,like the breakthough and many other things. This game is one of the best games in it's class, there are 29 characters and the graphics on the levels are cool. BUT ones u've played Budukai 1.....it just seems to be a abit stolen from the first game....they haven't put that much effort in a more exciting dragin ball z game. SURE it's got fusion and majin buu and all, but i would expect the power of transformation to be much stronger like in the serie's. IF u transform in the game, the attack power only increases by 35% in super sayin 3....and i dont find that alot.MULTIPLAYER IS WICKED THOUGH!!!!

i got budokai 2 the other day and i have all ready done the dragon world mode 3 times. also i have unlocked gotenks, vegeto and super buu. super buu can absorb people and it's f***ing sweet. ithink that this game should be voted the best game ever because it is cool and the capsules are vey hard to get so it makes the game alot more enjoyable. there is also a new mode called babibi's spaceship were you can play verious games and play them with your friends. so enjoy this absolutly fantastic game. also vegeta rules because his final flash looks ace.

this is the best budokai game ever.the graphics are cool and the dragonworld is awsome.the new fusions are awsome with gotenks,vegeto,and gokule are awsome.if you have a good television this game is awsome with the sound effects.buu is totally hard to beat and the new ki waves are awsome.if your a dbz fan this game is for you.the fighting graphics are awsome epecially with the cell shaded characters beware of the fusion technique.if you get it wrong with gotenks u wiil have unexpected results.the fusion of goku and hercule is cool but rediculous

Me and my bro were just playing this it is awesome!!! I was adult gohan and went to elder kai unlock potential and started kicking my brothers a< remove me > at < remove me > at and then all of a sudden he kicked me out to sea and i smashed into rocks! then he threw a spirit bomb at me and i had little health. Then i grabbed the spirit bomb so i rolled the analog stick and i pushed it back and he died! We both cheered. You guys gotta get this! Its da shiznit! If u guys like it post up more! Hey the percentage cheat works too! Hey can someone tell me how to push back kamehameha?

If I were to be asked what the greatest game ever made was it would surely be this one.DBZB2 is the best game invented (until the third one comes out). The only problem was the story mode, it was fun but i just didn't like how you didnt get to see any video's like budokai 1.Other from that the game was GREAT!The sound, picture, everything kicked < remove me > at $$! But what i really want to know is how to get Goku and Hercule to fuse and same with Yamcha and Tien.
