O no hulk hogan, jeff hardy arent in the game. Who the $#< remove me > at ! cares. Hulk Hogan sucks and Jeff hasent wrestled 4 ages. all these other people u guys r talking about like Nathan jones, spanky, spike, jamie noble n the fbi all suck. Who really wants to be them. All the people u need r Goldberg, the Rock, Rey Mysterio, John Cena, and the Whole $#< remove me > at !ing Show,"Mr. Monday Night", Mr. Pay Per View, RVD, Rob Van Dam. The only people the game is missing is Macho Man, and the Warrior 4 legends. Butt other than that who cares. And who really loved the commentary they sucked. I would do the 5 star splash and 10 minutes later they would say oh no hear comes the 5 star splash. They Sucked. And who the $#< remove me > at ! do u people think mades these games. They r humans to. they need time off to. They can't sit with every wrestler and record their voices. And they did have to release it by the end of this year. Besides before the game came out they never said they would have voices so why did u all expect it. The new matches r great. And yes the entrances could be better but who actually cares about how their wrestler comes out worry about how they fight. And the season is the perfect lenght. In SYM the season got boring cuz u were the same person for 2 seasons straight. Besides 4 the entrances after u watch them 5 times ur not going to waaatch them again. So basically stop hating and get off THQ's dick. HCTP is assume all though i didn't get the game yet. But i did rent it. Now in the words of John Cena U can't see this review now get off HCTP's dick before u feel the F U.

this is a cool game and the grappling system is awesome,but the thing that gets me is that every time a PPV starts, you know when its all grey they show your guy punch your opponent,and when its almost done they show your opponent do there finisher but not yours..and the season mode is very short..plzz give me tips about created superstars..if u share me some stuff ill share with you..

I think that the game is pretty dame tight because it has the Elimination Chamber but did you know that you can unlock that match in WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth! and you can also have casket matches in Smackdown Shut Your Mouth!But what I think would really be fun for everyone is to have matches like Ambulance Match,Buried Alive,Casketmatch,And even a match where ever thing would get crazy like a match where you would just completely kill the oppenant, like blood all over their body and have the blood even rub on to things And even a match where you would be able to Throw the oppenant into a burning Dumpster like Shane did to Kane and by the way where the hell is Shane McMahon anyway.

Smackdown HCTP is a great game but Jeff Hardy, Jamie Noble, Nidia, William Regal, La Resitance, Spike Dudley, Rosey, Molly, Hardcore Holly,Zach Gowen, Shane McMahon, Mr. America, Shannon Moore, Nathan Jones,& Gail Kim are Missing. Don't get me wrong it's a great game but some of these superstars could have been included. Also what's up with Hillbilly Jim over Randy Savage & Hogan. I love the game but it needs a updated roster & better legends. Overall the game rules and THQ was ALMOST THERE. Any Questions please email me.

Overall, when is THQ going to give us something new? Blood and the damage system were needed, but the storyline always sucks. Who wants to skip through CPU matches and watch word dialogue? I thought games were supposed to be for the person playing- including title control! The unlockables and all the legends suck! You can't injure anyone or have 2 player season, either. Stables should always come out together automatically. There is no skill as usual and tag moves suck. WWE really sucks now with wcw, so I guess I can't even expect the game to be better.

The game has very good graphics. The superstars entrances are nearly perfectly matched. Lots of diiferent and high flying matches.But some things could be improved. The one thing since the begining of the smackdown games is how the superstars don't talk it is so dumb. You make the graphics great then you can't put in some sound. But overall the game is a must buy if you are a big wrestling fan or if you just want to see a braw and panties match the game has it all.

I think that Smackdown here comes the pain is a great game with great features however there can be some touchups for the next WWE games for example there were a lot of Supaerstars that are in the WWE but not all of them were in the game such as (Spike Dudley, Rosie, The FBI, Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, I think also that the music needs to be updated and when the superstars are walking in I think that they have to look a little more realistic, I think that you should have real voices and not just words, I think you should have the real announcers for smackdown, I think that you should allow more than 3 matches in one night because when does everybody get to wrstle and what is up with the legents and their entrances

I must say this new installment of WWE Smackdown isn't without flaws but it still kicks ass! So what the ladies can't bleed, no more Hulk and the lacking of some of the new entrace music. The only thing that worries me is, where's Jeff Hardy? On the other hand, the new controls are much better (once you've gotten used to them) and the graphics are more realistic than ever. And of course the best new feature... BLOOD! Now you're finally able to bust heads open like pineata's. All the old matches from the previous games are still available and there are some new ones as well. Bra's and Panties, First Blood and Elimination Chamber just to name a few. There's also the posibility to unlock a couple of wrestling ledgends such as Hawk, Animal, Sgt. Slaughter and OLD SCHOOL TAKER!!! In short, any selfrespecting wrestling fan should own this game!

This game is awsome!!! It needs some work though like no Shane O Mac. It had Batista thought but shane was in the WWE before Batista whats up with that? Bra and Panties fun to watch girls like Stacy and Trish rip each others clothes off. Also Jeff Hardy isnt here which also is pretty messed up, but overall this game is good. get it through your heads...Jeff Hardy isnt in the WWE anymore....why include him in a game? you dont have raven in the game either...is everyone gonna start b***hing about that? i mean really...get a life, jeff wasnt the greatest ever. he's not even close to legend staus. otherwise. not a bad game...season mode is alittle short..would of lied to have seen a few other wrestlers that had a big part of the storylines when the game was being produced. otherwise, the game plays pretty good, grapple system is much improved. gotta love the bra and panties match. elimination chamber is good. i'm glad that finally stacy kiebler cant slam big show, even though it was good for s**ts n giggles to in SYM to use stacy and f-5 lesnar with her or something along those lines. anyways, the elite one has spoken.

Smackdown HCTP is the best smackdown ever, but it could be great.They need more legends,and their music and entrances.There needs to be more womens matches,Gravy bowl,mud ect. They also need to let you use women in the story mode.The unlockables are LAME. We need more reason to replay. The replay value is ok but only when you are using a created player. the new exp. point system is great. Building up your character can take two or three seasons. I was also wondering where are the current roster adjustments (F.B.I., Mark Henry)? My main gripe is that the wrestlers don't talk. There has to be millions of hours of tape, of the wrestlers. It can't be that hard to go through some of them and take out sound bytes. I think that alone, could bring our favorite shows on T.V. to our home entertainment systems. This game over all is pretty good but the top notch wrestling games are still to come.

The latest installment to the Smackdown series on the PS2 leaves no stone unturn as Here comes the pain deliveres an awesome storyline, blood, panties and even the Elimination chamber. What makes this game the true "Great One" is not only the graphic's,but the ability to use the legends. I mean you can recreate such historic matches as Snuka vs.Piper and who can't forget Ric Flair vs. Sgt. Slaughter. Create-A-Wrestler just keeps getting better with age, its like a fine wine. Also the storyline delivers those classic WWE moments along with some new surpises as well. Who better, than THQ and WWE to lay the smacketh down on the video game industry then this title.

It was fun and excting and the matches were brill,and also new wrestlers are in as Volkoff,Iron Shiek and i loved it when it was released and guess what?I had this imagination to create a Smackdown!game and i've dreamed to be a 5-time WWE wrestler,a youngster to have a special mirage i had and my special rule to every wrestler when i grow up "GAME OVER!"and thats' the Reel Streetboyz' bottom line and i loved matches as elimination chamber,first blood,TLC,and much matches as it was and the game i got here next to me never quits about the decision that it takes',Westsidaz'are kool,say rulz'i'm not a fool i'm the one and the ultimate lone!

Yes it is a great game. The game control is far better with the counter buttons in a great place. The only problem is that there is a limit of wrestlers, no jamie noble, william regal or Jeff Hardy. Sure they've left but why not leave them in there for enjoyment. Why not bring out an update disk with extra wrestlers and matches? The season is far too quick and i have bought everything in the first two years. Overall its a great game but i want to see better when the next comes out.

Wwe smackdown 5 here comes the pain could be better if they had,victorias music,rvds music,dudley boyz new music,kanes new music,and stacys music on it.People like cena,flair and hbk adle to wear wwe title belts on their entrance moves,when wrestlers come to the ring it says their name weight and where their from and ledgions should have entrance music it should have theadore long and miss jackie because they are on peoples entrance movies.
it should have pipers pit and the highlight reel on it. THE divas should have more matches like gravey bowl matches. In matches you should be able to see the announcers and ring announcers. The good things are Elimanation chamber, blood, bra and panties match and ledgions.

hello all teh story lines in teh game have happened in real life before fools! hollywood hogan, legend hogan and warrior, jim ross, jerry lawler, linda mchmahon, tazz and jeff hardy are in teh game just filed on teh disc somewhere so u can't play wit them! and dummie (down before me why have hogan in wrestlemania for gamecube if he's not employed! duh. Jeff hardy is back soon.

Im happy with this game cause there is no hogan, plain and simple he sucks. I am dissapointed about the "legends" chosen for the game. Hill billy Jim should not have been in it, instead it should have been Macho Man Randy Savage. Also dissapointing is the entrances for the legends. Old school Taker should have had his original entrance.

Now granted, SMD-HCTP isn't quite what we all may have expected, but THQ has done a lot worse this year -namely, RAW 2 ! HCTP is the furthest advancement in the series and they delivered everything that they said they would. For the first time, THQ gave us what we asked for - blood,body parts that can be injured, legends ( though I don't know how they could have left Hogan out this time - even though his moves are in the game) and realistic submission holds. THQ featured a questionnaire on their website specifically for the game, about 9 months ago and they delivered. What impressed me the most was the accuracy in the recreation of Goldberg's moves and Ted DiBiase's as well. So what if women in the game can't bleed - we aren't that barbaric are we ? The season mode is slightly improved, but I do have to criticize THQ for not allowing interference by your faction or stable members - what good are stables then ? SMD-SYM certainly allowed it. but overall, after learning the new grappling system,the game is fun, just more work !
