I think nsfu is cool and all but, i love cuztumizing the cars the game makes me mad sometimes and i want to break it in half but i keep trying sometimes i play the game so long that i blister my thumbs i'm up to level 102/111 and can't get past it if anyone has passed this level email me at i also liked the way u can unlock stuff without goin underground just by going to ouickrace and choosin drift to rack up the points blue_berry_shorty< remove me > at yahoo.com. p.s:i'm runnin a mazda mista with all the prefomance levels on it with nos and still can't beat it

first of all, its the 1st time i got into playing car/racing games, its becoz nfs unground's got drag racing and thats what hooked me to play the game.... and its got NOS!!! setting up ur own car is cool....the graphics of GT is cool but NFSU's graphics is much more detailed.....the gameplay, i dnt know to other guys coz its the 1st time i got addicted on car games, but i'll say its the best, and its cool that it does not have cheats for us to play 111 or 112 tasks....the cars are cool but i wish they included more brands...the drag racing is tha best!!!! specially when u unlocked level3 nitro and skyline!!!whoooo!!! i'll give it a 10! because it got me in to playing this kind o game!!! but if they make a nxt one i'll say they must make it the best, beacause i've seen the trailer of "the fast and the furious" game, and its really good....they better make the nxt one good! NFSU is cool i recomend this game for drag or street racers....i challenge u guys to unlock SKYLINE!!!!

I think that this game is very B A D! It seens like I woud drive a tank - not a car! Look at lega Street racing - this is a very good game but it haves some bugs - but N F S U is one big bug!
I think that this game needs more dimamic and real things in game, like buying parts of motor, tires ... not just packet!!! Hello packet, where is sometnihg in there - this sux! I played this game to 3 days and no more. Ok it is god in the biging but then you think that is good, and that it is ql to tuning your car - but then you realize that you are in scenario - and this sux too!

listen, i've never really liked racing games, (since beetle racin on N64.)but I find myself hooked on NFSU. The game itself is just like street racin, and custimizing your car is VERY cool. The soundtrack is alright, but some of the bands are like one's you never heard of, (except lil John and the Eastsidaz.)
ummmmm, yeah, the game is awesome untill you get to about level 60 in Underground mode.(I'm still stuck on "Round and Round we go.") Also, if you get pissed easy at frustratin games, this brings it to a new level. The com cars never crash or hit a curb or wall on a hard turn. I broke my freaking controller because of how hard it is. BY THE WAY, EMAIL ME IF U KNOW ANY CHEATS TO WIN EASIER.)other than that, you should enjoy this game, even if your not a car racing fan:)

I bought this game two days ago. As soon as i started to play this fantastic game i didn't get off it for ages. The graphics are really crisp and fresh and there is so much to do. You have six tipe off races. circut,sprint,drag,drift and lap knockout. And off course there is underground where you get money and a good reputation. the customization for the cars is giant. You can buy vinyl stickers,bonnets,exhaust tip's and loads of other stuff. All in all this is probably the best game i own and will ever own. If it was on sale for £100 i would still buy it.

When you crash you automaticly lose cuz you have to wait so fricken long..then if the other people crash they dont slow down much..and the music sucks tooo..cuz there aint no 36 mafia or anything like that...they have only lil jon and the faggets...theres only the old and gay and $#< remove me > at !ing $#< remove me > at !ty songs.. i dont see why people like this game...its not even realistic

The game is pritty awesome; but the same song that it play's over and over gets realy anoying. Graphics are great. I have never sat down and played a video game as long as i play this one. The best part is when you Street Race, it's all about skill, but like someone else said that when you wreck you slow all the way down and the computer halls ass. Well Don't wreck. I don't have that problem. I would recomend the game to other people who like cars and going fast. Wannna Race? Come find me......

This is one spectacular game by far. I had heard a lot about the game but experiencing it first hand was awesome. NFS Underground brings to life the true aspects of street racing, from mod kits to alloys, disc brakes to turbo packages and last but not least NOS are all well defined. The game graphics itself are amazing with a lot of depth in details of streets such as lighting and roads. The learning curve for the game is not very high and it does not require greater motivation than to keep trying to win. There were some low points however, the people on screen except the main characters could be better defined and the cut scenes at the end of a race is always the same. These could have been made differing from each other. Secondly traffic on the roads could be better defined also, but for all that how many street racing games are there in the market that have all certified brands sporting in the content of the game itself. ANSWER NONE!!!! Therefore even if your not a racing games' fan this game can take away a helpful number of hours out of your daily boredom... Keep racing keep winning upgrades and ROCK ON AMIGOS

Everything about this game is hot i mean who could complain u get to fix up cars and race them. plus u dont have to start out with those really crapy ass car like most of those other games.If ur someone who dont know nothin about cars then get some disney game and tell us what u think of them!!! to all those others who know what they are talkin bout thats whats up!

NFSU is the best racing game for the PS2 to date. NFSU has awsome drag racing, free style mode, and design the car of your dreams. Plus, the hip pop and rap go very well with the game. I got NFSU for Christmas, and I love this game. It's better then Midnight Club II by far. NFS is really fast paced and the citys look real and they look like it just rained, which makes it harder to controll your car, but it's tight. Plus, making that car of your dreams is so simple, a 9 year old can understand. So, don't buy MCII, and go try NFSU because it is just as good as MCII.

This is the game people been waiting for finally a game where its going to be fun i mean custimizing you're very own car with nos,neon glow,spoilers,decals,mufflers and more!! thats a game i mean the graphics are awsome the sounds is awsome its all around a good game i mean sure if you dont like cool import cars then this is definetly not the game for you but if you do you ROCK beacuse games like grand Trismo series and test drive and midnight club were all crappy finally a game with the freedom of the player to do with the car as he/she wishes is the bomb people say this game sucks its all rice burner cars and crap like that sure the cars may be imports but there betta than american cars! i recomend this to any one who like fast cars fast paced tricked out racing games like i do. ask for this for x-mas like i did! NOTE: all the other modes like drag underground circut and others are all good too :) the only put down i think this game has is that they make you unlock lots of the better cars and parts I think underground mode should have been jest tons of races for money so you can upgrade youre car more like Fast and the furious is going to be in Jan. 2004!

THE GAME: its really good. you can hook up your cars and it looks so tight. The body kits are pretty good. In drifting i recommend you using a auto matic because if you are a manual kind of person its really tough to shift and steer all at once. real life situation is different though. the crashing is not cool because its not realalistic. and if it did crash there could be cheats to turn it off but im more of a realistic guy. the cheats ive been talkin about was the unlocking of tracks. the makers should just put the tracks in there and everything already there.accesories im talking about. they should make this game on x-box live so you can hook up your cars and race other people. other than all of that its pretty good. i give it a 7

I picked up Need For Speed Underground last Friday and I was excited because it was the new Need For Speed game following Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2. When I took the CD and put it in my Playstaion 2 I was already annoyed at that S*** Hip Hop music they were playing for the intro, but that didn't bother me to much because I could turn off the music. But anyway I went right to the Underground section and I was excited about the graphics. But when I noticed that you can't go around other parts of the city, you have to stay on the track I was disappointed. Anyway I tried racing and when I crashed I was slowed down completely, but when an AI player crashed they got right back into F***in' race. Also I can't find any Motherf***ing cheat for this godd*mn game. The NOS is pretty cool but you only have a limited amount. Overall it's got its good and bads.

This game rules i've played it over and over again until my mom says i gotta turn it off..my best was 20 sec on drag beat that if you think you can do better meet me online and we'll see about that..But anyway this game deserves a perfect ten the graphics are awsome i've gotta tell I own every NFS there ever was even one playstation.V-rally porche unleashed but this game is the most heart sopping and tricked out import racing there ever was..Sure people say it sucks but forget them if you dont think this game rocks you got issues.No offense but this game will really set your heart racing.

The single player gameplay is good, and the customization adds an interesting twist to the game. But no one else has seemed to comment about the fact that the soundtrack (which consists of only 20 something songs) is really awful... You will find you know the words to all the awful music by the time your a third through the game. The game does not allow you to import music from mp3 or anything like that.
As far as for the multiplayer... On a 1.5mbit/256kbit adsl internet connection, I find cars wrecking in front of me, causing me to spin out, but then, all of a sudden, they never really wrecked. So their wrecked car zooms about a 1/4 mile in front of you... Very often do you see opponents cars bounce of walls, and make you lose control of your car, when they never even crashed. The multiplayer for this game is no where close to playable unless you have an old 2.88 sitting in your closet. With that im sure you would own, because it would be your car making everyone else wreck.
I bought this game for the multiplayer and for that reason was very dissapointed, and as for single player, I'd just as much want to just play need for speed hot pursuit 2. I think EA could of done alot better.

yea its good i also customised a car at the start aswell then finshed it and said too myself wowses !! then i went underground mode *i didnt read anything about this game i just brought it cause i could ;P* and i thought too myself wow im gonna be a bad ass mofo street racer well a came last lol i like the racing and cutomisation which gran tursimo needed but a couple of things i find anoying main one bascily is that most of the tracks are the same and i know this is suppose too make it harder but what kind of retards decide too have a drag compertition onto on coming traffic ?? yea and one of the fourms i read about the traffic turning into u and the other drivers driving near perfect but other then that its a great game i beats the hell out of any other car simunlations around im using the nissan skyline and it can get too 200 faster then i can say your mum !

I must admit, i couldnt wait to play this game, i saw all the comercials and it looked awesome, and the game did NOT, i repeat DID NOT disappoint me, right off the bat i did wat im sure mostly every one did and customized a car and then did some drags and stuff. That was all fun and games but i wanted my skyline!! i still havent unlocked it, im on race 95 or some thing like that, i should have it beat by the end of the week :D. I liked midnight club 2 and all, i own it, and i dont plan on selling it but this game blows it out of the water. There could be more cars but other then that i dont think this game can be matched!! All those people that are saying "this game isnt that good" or " it sucked" are smoking some thing funny and i want some of wat ever it is, cuz it really screwed them up... This game is a awsome game for the typical "RICER" but if your a GrandTourismo fanatic like me I'd rent NFS underground about 3 times just to pass some time until Grandtourismo 4 hits stores in July 04. After all There is no car game better that Grandtourismo and you all know it.
