As addicting as the Show! | | Tyler Peterson from Paola, Kansas United States says (29/May/2004): | I'm a huge fan of American Idol the show, and after Fantasia dominated the competition this yeah i decided i would try the game, so for only $20 i decided to buy it. I played all night long, i think its definetly one of the best rhythm games for PS2.
Graphics: 9/10, The characters and setting look great, just for the rair occurence where colors blend into each other.
Sound: 10/10, Great sound, all the characters sing differently, the only thing that would have been better would have been less pop songs.
Gameplay: 8/10, Great gameplay, each song's controls are different, which gives it a variety of playing.
Lifespan: 7/10, it doesnt get boring until after hours of play, and then its still pretty fun.
Overall: 8/10, American Idol is a great game, even though it has it's flaws. None the less, this game is a must have for the fans of the TV show.
| Crap crap crappy crappy crap crap. | | paul from England says (26/Jan/2004): | This is a bunch of horses**t its boring repetetive and will end in small chunks with your piss it will never get good ratings it will never be any better than asswipe and what game when you have to push buttons when the game tells you to ever will and for people who say "oh but you can style there clothes" if thats what turns you on get a little brother or sister because this game wont be as fun as that.

| | Syd from Muncie, IN, USA says (28/Feb/2004): | This game is funny. especially when you mess up and you can hear your person's voice. The dance pad function is really cool. Hell I hate the show, but i'm hooked on the video game. The outfits sucks and everything is pretty random. but you can create a person and the voice and stuff. But for those on the heavy side, it seems they charcters only get as big as a size 12 in womens
