Better than Vendetta! | | James McLelland from Jersey says (29/Dec/2005): | I have to say that Def Jam: Fight For NY is much more better than Vendetta. You get new rappers like Bonecrusher, Busta Rhymes, Flava Flav and many more. Def Jam Vendetta only had ring arenas, but on FFNY, you don't, but on some arenas, you do. Like the X button you do grapple moves on Vendetta, the X button will now be a push or whip move. My favourite arena has to be the Subway arena, because getting KO'd by a train looks fun. The Create-a-Fighter looks good, and what I like doing is giving them nice gear, jewellry, looks and making it much more tougher. But what I don't like in FFNY is on Story Mode, Snoop Dogg giving you no choice but to fight for him, and having to fight your own men. Besides, Snoop Dogg was quite easy to beat by throwing him out a window. People should definitely get this game for PlayStation2 or Xbox.
| new york rules | | ryan peruzzi from chico cal USA says (11/Feb/2005): | def jam fight for ny if the best so far even though theirs only two games in the series.the best part is sleepin with carmen electra and lil kim.creatin your own fighter is preatty cool by how he looks and all the bling in the world literally. my perosanl favorite is the hige 100000 earing its more shiny than terrell owens and the 6oooo dollar double cross diamond necless.and the new rapers coming into the game like the iceberg him self ice t andx-tothe motha fukin z x-zibit is my favorite.

Diamond chains,rings,watches,ear rings, bracelets ect. you can also dress your guy up in amazing cloths like sean john! Plus you get to have carmen electra as ur girlfriend.this game is porbally worth around $45-$60 canadian. It costes alot but its worth it. Even after u beat the game... you still can try to unlock all the players and arenas. you get to fight a whole bunch of rap artists such as... sean paul,luda, snoop and more. over all i think this game is crazy. and to make the game more fun...i suggest that u DONT use cheats.
