If you liked THUG this ones better. | | Juan Rene Ontiveros Chaparro from El Paso, Texas says (14/Mar/2005): | Tony Hawk Underground 2 is the sixth instalment in this series, and that is the main flaw in this game. A great aspect in this game is the graphics. Also it has around 100 or more songs. In there, including Metalica's "Whiplash". There is even Lamb of God. It also has hip hop. Gameplay, this is pretty much Tony Hawk Underground with new levels. But don't worry this game is much better than Tony Hawk Underground. The levels are better. In story mode there is a sligthly better story. In each level ,in story mode, You have 4 characters per level. Your Charater, a pro skater, and a character that has a unique form of transportation. This could be a skateboard with a motor, a tricycle, a wheelchair. The flaw with this characters is that they only have aorund 4 tricks(flip trick, grab trick, grind, and manual). The fourth one is a guest. Which is not a pro, it is a made up character, but when you find him it gives you a special trick. Every time you find a character you get a set of goals. In the there is only one video for all characters. The story is not really that interesting, kind of boring. there are aound 6 levels in the story mode; and of course and extar level. A great thing about this game is that it is 2 games in one. Which expands the lifespan. There is story mode and and classic mode. Which is a level with 10 goals. The great thing is that they have old school levels plus the ones in story mode. They are probably over 10 levels. Some of the old school levels are Los Angeles, Canada, the School.
